Fig. 1 and 2 show an aromatherapy liquid container according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The aromatherapy liquid container generally comprises a bottle body 1 for containing aromatherapy liquid, an outer cover 2 and a safety inner cover 3. Wherein, the bottle body 1 is provided with a neck, and the tail end of the neck is provided with a bottle mouth 8. A concave clamping groove 5 is arranged on the neck of the bottle body 1 at a distance from the bottle mouth 8. The external thread 7 is provided on the neck of the bottle body 1 below the neck groove 5. The inner surface of the outer cover 2 is provided with an internal thread matching the external thread 7. When the fragrance bottle is not used (i.e., the fragrance liquid is not volatilized), the outer cap 2 can be screw-engaged with the bottle body 1, as shown in fig. 2. At this time, the outer cover 2 completely covers the safety inner cover 3 at the outer side, so that the appearance of the aromatherapy bottle is kept simple and beautiful. When the aromatherapy bottle is used to volatilize aromatherapy liquid, the outer cap 2 can be screwed off from the bottle body 1 to expose the safety inner cap 3. Preferably, when the outer cap 2 is not screw-coupled with the bottle body 1, it can be coupled to the bottle body 1 by an additional coupling member such as a tether or the like, or attached to the bottle body 1 by being inserted into a receiving part provided on the bottle body 1, so as to avoid loss of the outer cap 2 or other problems associated with preservation, facilitating reuse of the fragrance bottle.
The inner safety cover 3 can be in the form of a plug with elasticity, which can be made of an elastomeric material, such as rubber. Referring to fig. 4, the safety inner cap 3 has an upper cap portion 301 and a circumferentially extending skirt portion 302. The inner surface of the skirt 302 of the inner safety cap 3 is provided with a protrusion which can be in snap fit with a snap groove 5 provided on the neck of the bottle body 1, so that the inner safety cap 3 can be tightly covered on the bottle mouth of the bottle body 1 in a liquid-tight and airtight manner.
Be provided with champignon stick inserting part on the upper cover part 301 of safety inner cup 3 for the champignon stick as the carrier can insert the inside of bottle 1 through this champignon stick inserting part, and then with the champignon liquid contact who holds in bottle 1. In the illustrated embodiment, the fragrance rod insert is in the form of a number of receptacles 4. Before insertion of the fragrance rod, the insertion hole 4 is in a substantially closed state, and when the fragrance rod is inserted, the insertion hole 4 will slightly expand as the fragrance rod is inserted through the safety inner cap, particularly due to the elastic nature of the safety inner cap, and at least a portion of the hole wall thereof closely conforms to the fragrance rod.
In one advantageous example of the invention, the plug socket 4 can be configured as a through hole. Optionally, the aroma stick insertion portion may be covered by a sealing sheet to avoid leakage of aroma liquid through the receptacle 4. When in use, the sealing piece can be first pierced or removed and then the fragrance rod inserted. The sealing disc can for example be in the form of a film. Preferably, the sealing sheet is provided with indentations or markings corresponding to the position of the receptacle 4, so that it can be easily punctured.
Referring to fig. 3, in a further advantageous example of the invention, a layer of sheet material made of flexible material is provided in the opening of the receptacle 4, which is able to cover the opening of the receptacle 4. The sheet has a plurality of slits 9, the slits 9 dividing the sheet into a plurality of fan-shaped flaps. Before the aromatherapy stick is not inserted, the petals are tightly connected to close the insertion hole together; when inserting the champignon stick, the lamella separates each other along joint-cutting 9, bends to the bottle direction, allows the current of champignon stick to paste on the champignon stick.
Preferably, the diameter of the insertion hole 4 is smaller than that of the fragrance rod, so that the insertion hole 4 is closely attached to the fragrance rod when the fragrance rod is inserted.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the direction in which the insertion hole 4 extends in the thickness of the upper lid portion 301 of the inner safety lid 3 is at an angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the bottle body. The angle of each receptacle 4 relative to the longitudinal direction may be the same or different as desired.
In one advantageous example of the invention, the receptacle 4 is configured as a blind hole and, when the fragrance rod is inserted, it passes through.
In an advantageous example of the invention, the fragrance rod insertion part may also be provided without a receptacle, and the receptacle 4 available for insertion of the fragrance rod is formed in the fragrance rod insertion part by the user with an awl or drill or any other suitable tool when ready to be used. In addition, a score, a material thinning portion, or the like, for example, may also be provided at an appropriate position of the fragrance rod insertion portion to facilitate the user to form the insertion hole 4 thereat.
In order to prevent the volatilization and/or leakage of the fragrance liquid in the fragrance bottle during transportation and storage, a volatilization prevention gasket 6 is provided on the upper cap portion of the inner safety cap 3. In one example, the volatilization prevention gasket 6 can be hermetically fixed to the upper lid section 301 of the inner safety lid 3 and needs to be torn off before use. In another example, the outer cap 2 can force the volatilization prevention gasket 6 tightly against the inner safety cap 3 when the outer cap 2 is fitted on the bottle body 1.
According to the aromatherapy liquid container of the first embodiment of the present invention, before use, the outer cap 2 and the safety inner cap 3 are both tightly coupled to the bottle body 1, so that aromatherapy liquid does not flow out even if the bottle body 1 is toppled over; when the safety inner cover is used, the safety inner cover 3 is exposed, and the bulge of the safety inner cover 3 is clamped with the clamping groove 5, so that the bulge and the clamping groove can be separated by large finger force, and the structure can effectively prevent children from opening the safety inner cover 3 by mistake; in addition, since the insertion hole 4 is substantially closed before the fragrance rod is inserted, and after the fragrance rod is inserted, the insertion hole 4 is closely connected with the fragrance rod, so that the fragrance liquid cannot leak and flow out whenever the bottle body 1 is inadvertently tipped over.
Fig. 5 to 8 show an aromatherapy liquid container according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The aromatherapy liquid container according to the second embodiment of the present invention comprises a bottle body 11 for containing aromatherapy liquid, wherein the bottle body 11 is provided with a neck, and a bottle mouth is provided at the end of the neck. The outer surface of the neck is provided with external threads 17.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the integral spinning cap assembly 12 can be detachably coupled to the mouth of the bottle body 11. Wherein the outer cap assembly 12 includes a first cap member 121 (see fig. 7) and a second cap member 122 (see fig. 8). Wherein, in use, the first cover member 121 is sleeved outside the second cover member 122. Both the first cover member 121 and the second cover member 122 have an upper cover portion and a circumferentially extending skirt portion, and the respective upper cover portions of the first cover member 121 and the second cover member 122 are provided with central through holes aligned with each other. The inner surface of the skirt portion of the second cap member 122 is provided with an internal thread matching the external thread 17 on the neck of the bottle body 11 so that the second cap member 122 can be screwed with the bottle body 11.
With further reference to fig. 7 and 8, the inner surface of the upper cover portion of the first cover member 121 is provided with one or more protruding snap-in portions 18, and the outer surface of the upper cover portion of the second cover member 122 is correspondingly provided with recesses 19, the snap-in portions 18 being able to mate with the recesses 19. The first cover member 121 is configured to be rotatable and movable in the longitudinal direction with respect to the second cover member 122 when not engaged with the second cover member 122. When the first cover member 121 is rotated relative to the second cover member 122 so that the latch portion 18 corresponds to the recess 19, the first cover member 121 can be moved downward in the longitudinal direction so that the latch portion 18 is engaged with the recess 19, and the first cover member 121 is latched to the second cover member 122 and brought into an engaged state. Further rotation of the first cap member 121 while maintaining the engagement of the first cap member 121 with the second cap member 122 enables the first cap member 121 to rotate the second cap member 122 together so that the cap assembly 12 engages or disengages the vial 11 via the threaded connection between the internal threads on the second cap member 122 and the external threads 17 on the vial 11.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that although the present invention is not shown, the protruding catch 18 could also be provided on the outer surface of the upper cover portion of the second cover member 122, while the recess 19 could correspondingly be provided on the inner surface of the upper cover portion of the first cover member 121. Other snap fit features can also be used. In addition, various snap-fit features can also be provided on the surfaces of the skirts of the first and second cover members 121, 122 as desired.
Further, in one example of the present invention, the first cover member 121 and the second cover member 122 can be positioned at a distance from each other, and the first cover member 121 can be moved toward the second cover member 122 by a longitudinally outward force. This can be achieved, for example, by an elastic member disposed therebetween.
The mouth of the bottle body 11 is provided with an inner safety cap 13, which can be made of an elastomeric material such as silicone, rubber, or the like, and which tightly covers the mouth of the bottle body 11 in a liquid-tight manner. In the illustrated embodiment, the safety inner cap 13 is in the form of a U-shaped plug with a circumferential flange that overlies the rim of the bottle mouth.
Like the safety inner cap 3 of the first embodiment, an aroma stick insertion portion is also provided on the safety inner cap 13 so that an aroma stick as a carrier can be inserted into the inside of the bottle body 11 through the aroma stick insertion portion to be in contact with aroma liquid contained in the bottle body 11. The position of the fragrance rod insertion part corresponds to the central through hole on the upper cover parts of the first and second cover members 121 and 122. In the illustrated embodiment, the fragrance rod insertion portion includes a plurality of receptacles 14. The configuration of the fragrance rod insertion portion and the insertion hole 14 is substantially the same as that of the fragrance rod insertion portion and the insertion hole 4 in the first embodiment, and the description of the same features will not be repeated here.
Preferably, the receptacles 14 are 0.5mm to 5mm in diameter and 2 to 20 in number. More preferably, the diameter of the insertion holes 14 is 1.5mm or less and the number is 3 to 8. In the most preferred embodiment, the diameter of the socket 14 is less than 1.5mm.
In order to prevent the fragrance liquid in the fragrance bottle from volatilizing and/or leaking through the insertion hole 14 during transportation and storage, a volatilization prevention gasket 16 is provided above the safety inner cap 13. When the second cover member 122 of the outer cap assembly 12 is closed on the bottle opening, the inner surface of the upper cover portion of the second cover member 122 presses the volatilization prevention gasket 16 against the inner safety cap 13.
According to the aromatherapy liquid container of the second embodiment of the present invention, before use, the locking portion 18 is separated from the recess 19, and the cap assembly 12 cannot be detached from the bottle body 11. The cover assembly 12 can be rotated and removed as a whole only when a force is applied to keep the snap-fit portion 18 and the recess 19 engaged with each other. Since such an opening step requires a relatively delicate hand movement, it is possible to effectively prevent the child from opening the outer lid assembly 12 by mistake, causing the fragrance liquid to leak out. In addition, when the outer cap assembly 12 is removed, the safety inner cap 13 is exposed by removing the volatilization prevention pad 16, and then the outer cap assembly 12 is covered on the bottle body 11 again, so that the fragrance stick can be inserted into the insertion hole 14 of the fragrance stick insertion part through the through holes of the first and second cap members 121 and 122 to be used. Since the insertion hole 14 is closely attached to the fragrance rod, the fragrance liquid cannot leak and flow out even if the bottle body 11 is carelessly turned over in use.

The upper cover portion 231 is in the form of a platform that is positioned above the plunger portion 232 and has a diameter that is greater than the diameter of the plunger portion 232. In the assembled state, the lower surface of the upper lid 231 is in close contact with the upper surface of the flange 25. According to the configuration of the present invention, the upper cap 231 enables the inner safety cap 23 to be better fixed to the mouth 28 of the bottle body 21, and the plunger 232 can be used to seal the mouth 28.
The outer lid 22 includes an upper lid portion 221 and a circumferentially extending skirt portion 222. The upper lid portion 221 of the outer lid 22 is provided with a central through hole 223. The skirt 222 of the outer cap 22 has a protrusion on the inner surface thereof, which is engaged with the lower portion of the flange 25 of the bottle body 21, thereby covering the outer cap 22 on the mouth 28 of the bottle body 21. In a closed state, the upper cover part 221 of the outer cover 22 is closely attached to the upper surface of the upper cover part 231 of the safety inner cover 23, and the safety inner cover 23 is exposed through the through hole 223; the skirt 222 covers the entire sides of the inner safety cap 23 and the flange 25 of the bottle body 21 to further seal the space between the inner safety cap 23 and the bottle body 21.
Preferably, the outer cover is an integrally formed one-piece part. Preferably, the outer lid 22 is made of a metal sheet, such as aluminum foil.
The safety inner cap 23 is provided at a position corresponding to the through hole 223 with an aroma stick insertion portion so that the aroma stick as a carrier can be inserted into the inside of the bottle body 21 through the aroma stick insertion portion, and then contacted with aroma liquid contained in the bottle body 1. In the illustrated embodiment, the fragrance rod insertion portion includes a plurality of receptacles 24. The configuration of the fragrance rod insertion portion and the insertion hole 24 can be substantially the same as that of the fragrance rod insertion portion and the insertion hole 4 in the first embodiment, and the description of the same features will not be repeated here.
Preferably, the insertion hole 24 is configured as a blind hole and can be pierced before use, allowing the fragrance rod to be inserted through the safety inner cap 23 into the bottle body 21.
Preferably, the plunger portion 232 is a hollow structure, and a blind hole is provided on the upper cover portion 231 at a position corresponding to the hollow portion of the plunger portion 232 to facilitate piercing of the blind hole.
Preferably, in case that the insertion hole 24 is configured as a through hole, a pierceable sealing sheet covering the fragrance rod insertion portion is additionally provided to prevent fragrance liquid from leaking out when not in use.
Preferably, the inner safety cover 23 is an integrally formed, one-piece part.
Preferably, an awl, a pin or the like, which can be used to pierce the blind hole and/or the sealing sheet, can be attached to the bottle body 21 to facilitate the use of the aromatherapy liquid container.
Referring to fig. 11, in another example, the central through-hole 223 in the upper cover part 221 of the outer lid 22 can be initially sealed by the lid sheet 224. The lid plate 224 is connected to the periphery of the central through-hole 223 by a breakable connection, and is provided with a pull ring 225 on the upper surface thereof. When in use, the user may remove the lid flap 224 by pulling on the pull ring 225 to expose the central through hole 223 and thereby expose the inner safety cap 23.
According to the aromatherapy liquid container of the third embodiment of the present invention, since the outer cap 22 is tightly wrapped around the safety inner cap 23 and the outside of the mouth flange 25, children will not be able to remove the outer cap 22 from the bottle body 21, causing danger. In use, the user can insert the fragrance rod into the bottle body 21 to begin using, simply by conveniently penetrating the insertion hole 24 with an attached awl or any other suitable device. Since the insertion hole 24 is designed to closely fit with the fragrance rod, the fragrance liquid cannot leak out even if the bottle body 21 is inadvertently tipped over in use.

The intermediate lid 34 can be made of an elastomeric material such as silicone, rubber, or the like. In assembly, the middle cap 34 is pushed toward the inner cap 33 with force such that the sealing portion 341 extends into the inner cap 33 through the through hole 331 of the inner cap 33 and the catching groove 342 is snap-fitted with the edge of the through hole 331, thereby allowing the middle cap 34 to be tightly fitted over the upper cap portion of the inner cap 33. The edge of the intermediate lid 34 is circumferentially provided with a mounting groove 346 capable of allowing a snap tab 332 on the inner lid 33, which will be described in more detail below, to pass therethrough, thereby restricting relative rotation between the inner lid 33 and the intermediate lid 34. In addition, the intermediate cap 34 is provided with a cladding 345 extending downwardly from the edge of the disc-shaped body, the lower end flange 347 of which is able to be positioned with a form fit within the recess 334 in the upper part of the inner cap 33 to further secure the intermediate cap 34 to the inner cap 33. Since the covering part 345 covers the outer edge of the upper cover part of the inner cover 33, a better seal can be effectively obtained.
The middle cover 34 also includes a fragrance rod insertion portion. The upper cover part of the outer cover 32 is provided with a central through hole aligned with the central through hole 331, and when mounted, the fragrance rod insertion part can be exposed through the central through hole. The aroma stick insertion portion includes a plurality of insertion holes 344. The configuration of the fragrance rod insertion portion and the receptacle 344 can be substantially the same as that of the fragrance rod insertion portion and the receptacle 4 of the first embodiment, and the same features will not be described repeatedly.
Preferably, in case the insertion hole 344 is configured as a through hole, a pierceable sealing sheet covering the fragrance rod insertion portion is additionally provided to avoid leakage of fragrance liquid.
In the example shown in fig. 13 and 14, the receptacle 344 is configured as a blind pierceable hole. The figure also shows a cross score provided at the bottom of the blind hole, which can facilitate the fragrance stick to easily pierce the blind hole.
A snap-fit projection 332 is provided at the upper lid portion of the inner lid 33, and a snap-fit projection 333 is provided on the outer surface of the skirt portion extending circumferentially at the lower end of the inner lid 33. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 15, a boss 321 is provided on the inner surface of the upper cover portion of the outer cover 32, and a bayonet 322 that matches the snap projection 333 on the inner cover 33 is provided at the bottom of the inner surface of the circumferentially extending skirt portion of the outer cover 32.
When assembled, inner cap 33 is nested inside outer cap 32, and outer cap 32 is able to rotate and move in a longitudinal direction relative to inner cap 33. The inner lid 33 and the outer lid 32 are configured to be spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction when not in use. At this time, the outer cap 32 moves independently of the inner cap 33. When the outer cap 32 is pressed down by force, the outer cap 32 approaches the inner cap 33, and when the outer cap 32 is rotated relative to the inner cap 33 such that the catching tabs 332 of the inner cap 33 abut against the bosses 321 of the outer cap 32 and the catching protrusions 333 of the inner cap 33 and the catching grooves 322 of the outer cap 32 are engaged with each other, the inner cap 33 can be rotated together with the outer cap 32, thereby screwing or unscrewing the inner cap 33 and the spout 38.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that, although not shown, the snap-fit action of inner cap 33 with outer cap 32 can be accomplished by various other snap-fit features. The engagement of the engagement projection 332 of the inner lid 33 with the boss 321 of the outer lid 32 and the engagement of the engagement projection 333 of the inner lid 33 with the bayonet 322 of the outer lid 32 do not necessarily exist at the same time, but may exist in only one set.
According to the aromatherapy liquid container of the fourth embodiment of the present invention, before use, the inner cap 33 and the outer cap 32 are separated from each other, and the inner cap 33 cannot be detached from the bottle body 31. The inner cap 33 and the outer cap 32 are integrally rotated only when the engagement tabs 332 and the engagement projections 333 of the inner cap 33 and the bosses 321 and the bayonets 322 of the outer cap 32 are kept engaged with each other by the force, thereby separating the inner cap 33 from the bottle body 31. Since such an opening step requires a relatively fine hand movement, it is possible to effectively prevent the child from opening the inner cap 33 by mistake, causing the fragrance liquid to leak out. In addition, in use, the user can insert the fragrance stick into the bottle body 31 to start using the fragrance stick by simply penetrating the insertion hole 344 with an attached awl or any other suitable device. Since the insertion hole 344 is designed to closely fit with the fragrance rod, the fragrance liquid cannot leak out even if the bottle body 31 is inadvertently tipped over in use.
