Claims (13)

the cigarette conveying device comprises a first conveying component (1) and a second conveying component (2), wherein the first conveying component and the second conveying component are arranged at intervals along a first direction (x) and are respectively used for conveying cigarettes (7) before and after rotation, and the first direction (x) is the conveying direction of the cigarettes (7);
a rotating platform (3) arranged between said first conveyor member (1) and said second conveyor member (2) along said first direction (x) for rotating said smoking articles (7) by a preset angle in the plane of said first direction (x) and a second direction (y) perpendicular to said first direction (x);
an intermediate conveying member (4) arranged between the first conveying member (1) and the second conveying member (2) along the first direction (x), wherein the intermediate conveying member (4) is used for conveying the tobacco products (7) of the first conveying member (1) to the rotary platform (3) and conveying the tobacco products (7) which rotate by the rotary platform (3) to the second conveying member (2); and
and the two limiting assemblies (5) are respectively at least arranged on two sides of the middle conveying component (4) along the second direction (y) and are used for limiting the movement range of the cigarettes (7) in the second direction (y) during conveying and the movement range of the cigarettes during rotation.
2. A smoking article rotation limiting device according to claim 1, wherein the intermediate conveying member (4) comprises two conveyor belts (41), the two conveyor belts (41) being spaced apart in the second direction (y), the rotary platform (3) being located between the two conveyor belts (41).

A smoking article rotation limiting device according to claim 1, wherein the rotary platform (3) is elevatably arranged in a third direction (z), the upper surface of the rotary platform (3) being lower than the upper surface of the intermediate delivery member (4) during delivery of the smoking article (7); the upper surface of the rotary platform (3) is higher than the upper surface of the intermediate conveying part (4) under the condition that the tobacco products (7) are conveyed to the position of the rotary platform (3); wherein the third direction (z) is perpendicular to the first direction (x) and the second direction (y).
4. A smoking article rotation limiting device according to claim 1, further comprising a rotary cylinder disposed below the rotary platform (3) for driving the rotary platform (3) to rotate by the predetermined angle.
5. A smoking article rotation limiting device according to claim 1, wherein said predetermined angle is 90 °.
6. A smoking article rotation limiting device according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the limiting assembly (5) comprises:
a circular arc guide plate (51) arranged concentrically with the rotary platform (3) and configured to be arranged with the largest diagonal of the smoking articles (7) as a diameter for limiting the range of movement of the smoking articles (7) during rotation.
7. A smoking article rotation limiting device according to claim 6, wherein the limiting assembly (5) further comprises:
a first guide plate (52) connected to a first end of the circular arc guide plate (51) and extending in the first direction (x) to a first end of the intermediate transport member (4); and
a second guide plate (53) connected to a second end of the circular arc guide plate (51) and extending in the first direction (x) to a second end of the intermediate conveyance member (4);
the distance between the first guide plates (52) on the two sides is consistent with the width dimension of the cigarette (7), and the distance between the second guide plates (53) on the two sides is consistent with the length dimension of the cigarette (7).
8. A smoking article rotation limiting device according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the limiting assembly (5) further comprises:
a first conveyance guide plate (54) provided on a side portion of the first conveyance member (1) in the second direction (y); and
and a second conveyance guide plate (55) provided on a side portion of the second conveyance member (2) in the second direction (y).
9. A smoking article rotation limiting device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the rotary platform (3) is provided with a negative pressure channel (32) for attaching a smoking article (7) to the rotary platform (3).
10. A smoking article rotation limiting arrangement according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
a first detection means (31) for detecting the state of the smoking articles (7) on the rotary platform (3); and/or
And the second detection part is arranged at the inlet end of the intermediate conveying part (4) and is used for detecting the state of the tobacco (7) on the intermediate conveying part (4).
11. A smoking article rotation limiting arrangement according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
a first shutter (9) liftably provided in a third direction (z) perpendicular to the first direction (x) and the second direction (y) at a position of the intermediate conveying member (4) upstream of the rotary platform (3) for blocking the smoking articles (7) from entering the rotary platform (3) in a raised state; and
the first driving component is used for driving the first baffle (9) to lift.
12. A smoking article rotation limiting device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
-a second shutter (10) liftably provided in a third direction (z) perpendicular to the first direction (x) and to the second direction (y) at a position of the intermediate conveying member (4) downstream of the rotary platform (3) for blocking, in the raised condition, the smoking articles (7) from leaving the rotary platform (3); and
and the second driving component is used for driving the second baffle (10) to lift.
13. A cigarette packing system comprising a smoking article rotation limiting device according to any one of claims 1 to 12.
