The automatic packing device for the packing bags comprises a packing box, wherein a funnel is fixedly connected to the top of the packing box, a feeding pipe is fixedly connected to the bottom of the funnel, side clamping assemblies used for clamping the packing bags are arranged on the left side and the right side of the packing box, bag opening assemblies used for opening the packing bags are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the packing box, a packing assembly is arranged in the packing box, an air extraction assembly is fixedly connected to one side of the packing box and comprises a fixing frame, a driving belt is rotatably connected to the bottom of the fixing frame, a lifting frame is fixedly connected to one side of the driving belt, an exhaust pipe is fixedly connected to the top of the lifting frame, a sintering filter stick is fixedly connected to the bottom of the exhaust pipe, and the bottom of the sintering filter stick penetrates through the packing box and extends into the packing assembly.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

According to the invention, the air in the packaging bag is pumped out through the exhaust pipe and the sintering filter stick, so that the situation that the air in the packaging bag is extruded to expand rapidly by falling of the material when the material in the packaging bag is filled is avoided, and then dust in the material is brought out when the air is discharged upwards, the filling convenience is improved, and meanwhile, the dust in the material is sucked and discharged when the sintering filter stick falls, so that the overflow of the dust is further reduced.
2. According to the invention, the arc-shaped grooves on the clamping plates push the packaging bag to be attached to the outer wall of the elliptical cover, so that a gap between the packaging bag and the elliptical cover is sealed, and dust overflow during filling is reduced.

As shown in fig. 1-9, an automatic packing device for packing bags comprises a packing box 1, wherein two groups of suction covers 10 are fixedly connected to the outer walls of two sides of the packing box 1, dust overflowed from a bag opening during packing is pumped away through the two groups of suction covers 10, a funnel 101 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the funnel 101, a feeding pipe 1011 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the funnel 1, side clamping assemblies 2 used for clamping packing bags are arranged on the left side and the right side of the packing box 1, bag opening assemblies 3 used for opening the packing bags are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the packing box 1, a packing assembly 4 is arranged in the packing box 1, one side of the packing box 1 is fixedly connected with a suction assembly 5, the suction assembly 5 comprises a fixing frame 501, a driving belt 503 is rotatably connected to the inside of the bottom of the fixing frame 501, a lifting frame 504 is fixedly connected to one side of the driving belt 503, a suction pipe 505 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the lifting frame 504, a sintering filter rod 506 penetrates through the packing box 1 and extends into the packing assembly 4, a driving wheel 5011 is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the top of the fixing frame 501, the driving belt is rotatably connected to the outer wall of the driving wheel 5011, a motor outer wall of the driving belt 502 is fixedly connected to the driving end of the driving belt 502, and the driving belt 503 is fixedly connected to the driving end of the driving frame 502 is driven by the driving belt 502.

As shown in fig. 1 and 8, the bag opening assembly 3 includes two groups of connecting frames 301, the two groups of connecting frames 301 are respectively and fixedly connected to the front side and the rear side of the filling box 1, a bag opening cylinder 302 is fixedly connected to the middle of the connecting frames 301, the output end of the bag opening cylinder 302 is fixedly connected with a bag opening plate 303, one side of the bag opening plate 303 is fixedly connected with a plurality of groups of suckers 304, the suckers 304 are sucked through an external suction device to generate negative pressure, the packaging bag is sucked and opened, the bottom of the connecting frame 301 is fixedly connected with a sealing cylinder 6, the output end of the sealing cylinder 6 is fixedly connected with a clamping plate 601, and one side of the clamping plate 601 is provided with an arc groove 602.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6 and fig. 7, the above-mentioned filling assembly 4 includes two sets of filling cylinders 401, two sets of filling cylinders 401 are fixedly connected at the top of the filling box 1, and are located in two sides of the funnel 101 respectively, the output ends of the two sets of filling cylinders 401 all penetrate through the filling box 1 and are jointly connected with a movable plate 402, a filling tube 403 is fixedly connected in the middle of the movable plate 402, the filling tube 403 is sleeved on the outer wall of the feeding tube 1011, a sealing sleeve 4031 is fixedly connected at the top of the filling tube 403, the sealing sleeve 4031 is adhered to the outer wall of the feeding tube 1011 and is sealed, an elliptical cover 404 is fixedly connected at the bottom of the movable plate 402 and is matched with an arc-shaped groove 602, when the clamping plate 601 clamps the packaging bag, the outer wall of the packaging bag is pushed to be adhered to the outer wall of the elliptical cover 404 through an arc-shaped groove 602 on the clamping plate 601, and the packaging bag is sealed, and dust is prevented from overflowing.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 5, two sides of the filling box 1 are respectively and fixedly connected with two groups of mounting plates 8, the bottoms of the two groups of mounting plates 8 are respectively and rotatably connected with a shrinkage cylinder 801, the output end of the shrinkage cylinder 801 is fixedly connected with a connecting rod 802, one end of the connecting rod 802 is rotatably connected with the bottom of the rotating rod 202, when the bag opening assembly 3 drives the packaging bag to open, the shrinkage cylinder 801 is started, the shrinkage cylinder 801 pulls the rotating rod 202 to move through the connecting rod 802, and the rotating rod 202 drives the side clamping plate 205 to move to the middle position of the packaging bag to drive the packaging bag to shrink, so that the sucker 304 is prevented from falling off from the packaging bag.
As shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, the two sides of the interior of the filling box 1 are rotatably connected with bent shafts 9, the outer walls of the two sides of the filling box 1 are fixedly connected with bag supporting cylinders 901, the output ends of the bag supporting cylinders 901 are connected with one ends of the bent shafts 9, the other ends of the bent shafts 9 are fixedly connected with supporting plates 902, the bent shafts 9 are driven to move upwards by the two groups of bag supporting cylinders 901, the bent shafts 9 drive the supporting plates 902 to rotate downwards into the packaging bags, the two sides of the opening of the packaging bags are opened, and the size of the opening of the packaging bags is increased.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the packaging bag opening device is used by a user, the packaging bag is loaded into the side clamping assemblies 2 on two sides of the loading box 1 through the mechanical arm, then the side clamping cylinders 204 are started, the output ends of the side clamping cylinders 204 move upwards, the two groups of side clamping plates 205 are driven by the rocking bars to rotate inwards to clamp two sides of the opening of the packaging bag, then the two groups of bag opening cylinders 302 in the bag opening assemblies 3 are started, the bag opening cylinders 302 drive the bag opening plates 303 to move towards two sides of the packaging bag, the sucking discs 304 on the bag opening plates 303 are attached to two sides of the packaging bag, the negative pressure switches on the sucking discs 304 are opened, the sucking discs 304 adsorb the two sides of the packaging bag, then the bag opening cylinders 302 are started to reset, the two sides of the packaging bag are pulled to move, the opening of the packaging bag is opened, meanwhile, the two groups of shrinkage cylinders 801 are started to rotate through the connecting rods 802 respectively pulling the two groups of rotating rods 202, the two groups of rotating rods 202 drive the side clamp assemblies 2 to move and shrink towards the direction of the packaging bag, then the bag opening air cylinders 901 are started, the bag opening air cylinders 901 pull the bent shafts 9 to move upwards, the bent shafts 9 drive the supporting plates 902 to rotate downwards into the opened packaging bag to open the packaging bag, the opening edges of the packaging bag are prevented from being bent inwards, the opening angles are increased, then the filling air cylinders 401 are started, the filling air cylinders 401 drive the filling pipes 403 and the elliptical covers 404 to move downwards through the moving plates 402 and enter the opened packaging bag, the filling pipes 403 slide downwards on the outer walls of the feeding pipes 1011 through the sealing sleeves 4031, then the two groups of sealing air cylinders 6 are started, the two groups of sealing air cylinders 6 drive the two groups of clamping plates 601 to move towards the packaging bag, the outer walls of the packaging bag and the elliptical covers 404 are pushed to be attached through the arc grooves 602 on the clamping plates 601 to seal gaps between the packaging bag and the elliptical covers 404, reduce the dust when filling and spill over, then start driving motor 502, driving motor 502 output drives the drive belt 503 and rotates, the drive belt 503 rotates on drive wheel 5011, the one side area of drive belt 503 takes the crane 504 to move down, crane 504 passes through exhaust tube 505 and drives sintering filter rod 506 and move down, space through between oval cover 404 and filling tube 403 is moved to the wrapping bag inside, then take out the air in the wrapping bag through exhaust tube 505 and sintering filter rod 506, avoid when filling the material in the wrapping bag, the material whereabouts extrudes the air in the wrapping bag and makes the wrapping bag expand rapidly, then take out the dust in the material when air upwards discharges, improve the convenience of filling, simultaneously sintering filter rod 506 is at the whereabouts, absorb the discharge to the dust in the material, further reduce the overflow of dust.
