Background
When the existing machining is used for machining the threaded hole, due to the influences of factors such as materials, cutters, processes and the like, the machined thread teeth have the problems of burrs, thermal expansion, cold contraction, deformation and the like, the size, the shape, the surface roughness and the like of the thread are influenced, and the size precision of the thread bottom hole is also influenced. The thread profile and the thread bottom hole are usually required to be subjected to secondary finish machining for correction so as to meet the technical parameter requirements of the threaded hole. In the process of machining, three steps of machining a threaded bottom hole, machining threads, correcting the threads and the bottom hole are needed, machining of the whole threaded hole can be completed through three times of machining, complex tool assembling and disassembling, hole alignment and calibration are needed, machining speed is low, machining procedures are complex, and the precision of the machined threaded hole is relatively low.
In order to simplify the processing procedure, the prior art CN104625254a discloses a composite thread cutter, which comprises a drill bit part, a reamer and a tapping thread part which are coaxially arranged, wherein the drill bit part is arranged at the top end of the cutter, the reamer is arranged behind the drill bit part, and the tapping thread part is arranged at the rear part of the reamer. The above patent will complete drilling, reaming, tapping etc. once, but not correct the processed screw thread and bottom hole at the same time, and can not meet the precision requirement of the screw hole.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a composite thread machining tool and a machining method, and aims to solve the problem that the existing composite thread machining tool cannot meet the precision requirement of a threaded hole in one-time machining.
The technical scheme includes that the composite thread machining tool comprises a tool handle, a thread machining blade and a thread bottom hole machining blade, wherein the tool handle is connected to one end of the thread machining blade, the other end of the thread machining blade is connected with the thread bottom hole machining blade, the tool handle, the thread machining blade and the thread bottom hole machining blade are coaxially arranged, the thread machining blade and the thread bottom hole machining blade have the same cutting direction, and in order to finish machining of threads and correction of thread teeth at one time, machining procedures are reduced, and thread precision is improved, and the composite thread machining tool further comprises a thread bottom hole correction blade and a thread correction blade. The thread bottom hole correcting blade and the thread bottom hole machining blade are positioned on the same axial length section of the compound thread machining tool, the cutting directions of the thread bottom hole correcting blade and the thread bottom hole machining blade are opposite, and the thread correcting blade and the thread machining blade are positioned on the same axial length section of the compound thread machining tool, and the cutting directions of the thread correcting blade and the thread machining blade are opposite.
Further, in order to control the flowing direction of the chips, maintain the precision of the machined surface, reduce the cutting resistance and prolong the service life of the cutting edge, a chip groove is arranged between the thread bottom hole correction blade and the thread bottom hole machining blade, and a chip groove is arranged between the thread correction blade and the thread machining blade.

The method for machining the composite thread comprises the following steps of fixedly mounting a cutter handle on a machine tool, driving a thread machining blade and a thread bottom hole machining blade to simultaneously rotate and feed, finishing preliminary machining of the thread bottom hole by the thread bottom hole machining blade before and finishing preliminary machining of the thread by the thread machining blade after, and driving the composite thread machining tool to rotate and back in the feeding reverse direction by the cutter handle, and finishing correction and finish machining of the thread bottom hole and the thread tooth by the thread bottom hole correction blade and the thread correction blade.

As shown in fig. 1, the compound thread machining tool comprises a tool handle 1, a thread machining blade 2 and a thread bottom hole machining blade 4, wherein the tool handle 1 is connected to one end of the thread machining blade 2, the other end of the thread machining blade 2 is connected to the thread bottom hole machining blade 4, the tool handle 1, the thread machining blade 2 and the thread bottom hole machining blade 4 are coaxially arranged, the cutting blade directions of the thread machining blade 2 and the thread bottom hole machining blade 4 are the same, so that the cutting directions are the same, and both rotate towards the thread rotation direction during feeding. In order to finish the machining of the bottom hole and the thread, finish the correction of the thread profile and the thread bottom hole at one time, and avoid the problem of low thread precision caused by low form and position tolerance precision of the thread and the thread bottom hole during step-by-step machining, the composite thread machining tool is also provided with a thread bottom hole correction blade 3 and a thread correction blade 5. And then the cutter handle 1 drives the composite thread machining cutter to rotate back towards the feeding direction, and the reverse cutting of the thread bottom hole correction blade 3 and the thread correction blade 5 is utilized to finish the correction and finish machining of the thread bottom hole and the thread teeth.
In the machining process, only the compound thread machining tool can be rotated, only the workpiece can be rotated, and the compound thread machining tool and the workpiece can be rotated simultaneously.
According to the size of the screw thread specification, the composite thread machining tool can be manufactured into different specification models.
As shown in fig. 2, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the number of the thread bottom hole processing edges 4 is different from the number of the thread bottom hole correcting edges 3, while the number of the thread processing edges 2 is different from the number of the thread correcting edges 5. The number of the thread hole machining blades 4 and the thread hole correction blades 3, and the number of the thread machining blades 2 and the thread correction blades 5 may be the same or different depending on the actual situation.
In order to control the flowing direction of the chips, maintain the precision of the surface of the machined workpiece, reduce the cutting resistance, prolong the service life of the cutting edge, a chip groove is arranged between the thread bottom hole machining blade 4 and the thread bottom hole correction blade 3, and a chip groove is arranged between the thread machining blade 2 and the thread correction blade 5. The junk slots can be selected from spiral slots or straight slots.
In addition, when chip-removing processing is performed, chip-removing grooves may be provided between the thread processing edges 2, and when chip-removing processing such as extrusion is performed, chip-removing grooves may not be provided between the thread processing edges 2. The chip removal groove can be selected from a spiral groove or a straight groove;
preferably, in order to increase versatility and reduce cost, the junk slots are straight slots.
