Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a fault detection method for an air conditioning unit according to an embodiment of the present invention. The fault detection method of the air conditioning unit provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied to an air conditioner.
S1, when an inner fan of the air conditioner is started to a preset time, obtaining the outdoor environment temperature and the indoor environment temperature.
In this embodiment, this application mainly detects to commercial air conditioner's important part, prevents that latent unusual the unit can not normal operating that leads to, causes the unit reliability to reduce. Therefore, when the air conditioner needs to be started, the unit of the air conditioner is detected firstly, and when the unit of the air conditioner is detected, the inner fan of the air conditioner is started to a preset time, and the indoor air outlet of the air conditioner is uniform and stable; and then the outdoor ambient temperature and the indoor ambient temperature at that time are acquired.
It should be noted that the preset time is set according to the actual condition of the fan, and the preset time is not limited herein, and in a specific embodiment, the ambient temperature is obtained after the internal fan is turned on for two minutes.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 shows an embodiment of step S1, which is described in detail as follows:
s11: and when an instruction of starting the air conditioner is received, the internal fan is started, and the current time is recorded.
S12: and judging whether the inner fan is started to preset time or not based on the current time.
S13: when the inner fan is started to the preset time, the current temperature of the outer machine environment temperature sensing bulb is obtained and used as the outdoor environment temperature, and the current temperature of the air outlet temperature sensing bulb is obtained and used as the indoor environment temperature.
In this embodiment, when an instruction for starting the air conditioner is received, that is, when the air conditioner needs to be started, the internal fan is started, and the current time is recorded; and then recording the time interval of starting the internal fan in real time based on the current time. When the time interval reaches the preset time, the temperature measured by the external unit environment temperature sensing bulb can be regarded as the outdoor environment temperature because the compressor of the air conditioner is not started at the moment; and the temperature measured by the air-out temperature sensing bulb at the moment is taken as the indoor environment temperature.
Further, a specific embodiment before step S1 is also provided in the present application, which is detailed as follows:
and acquiring preset detection modes corresponding to different preset temperature intervals, and storing the preset detection modes, wherein the preset detection modes comprise parameter intervals when each unit to be detected is in normal operation.
Specifically, since the air conditioner is not determined in the after-sales use condition, the system parameters of the normal operation of the air conditioner under different indoor temperature intervals and different outdoor environment temperature intervals need to be matched in advance, so as to determine whether the unit is operated normally. Therefore, the air conditioner developer generates different detection modes according to different indoor temperature intervals and different outdoor environment temperature intervals. Each detection mode comprises a parameter range corresponding to the unit allowed by the air conditioner in normal operation, and each detection mode corresponds to a temperature interval.
In a specific embodiment, under the working conditions that the indoor temperature is 15-20 degrees and the outdoor temperature is 30-35 degrees, a set of parameters (including the frequency of the compressor, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve, the high pressure and the low pressure) of normal operation of the unit are matched, and the detection mode is set as the detection mode a. In the subsequent fault detection of the air conditioning unit, if 20 degrees indoor and 35 degrees outdoor are detected, and the temperature just falls in the temperature interval of the detection mode A, the unit uses the set parameters of the detection mode A to judge whether the unit normally operates.
And S2, respectively matching the outdoor environment temperature and the indoor environment temperature with a preset temperature interval to determine the current detection mode of the air conditioner.
In this embodiment, since the detection modes corresponding to the respective temperature intervals are already stored in the air conditioner, when the outdoor ambient temperature and the indoor ambient temperature at which the current air conditioner is located are obtained, the outdoor ambient temperature and the indoor ambient temperature are respectively matched with the preset temperature intervals, and the temperature interval in which the ambient temperature at that time falls is identified, so as to determine which detection mode is adopted.
And S3, sequentially acquiring parameters corresponding to the units to be detected in the air conditioner to obtain the parameters of the units to be detected, and sequentially comparing the parameters of the units to be detected with the parameter intervals corresponding to the current detection mode to judge whether each unit to be detected is in an abnormal state.
In this embodiment, since the current detection mode includes the parameter interval corresponding to each unit to be detected, when each parameter corresponding to one unit to be detected is obtained, the parameter of the unit to be detected is compared with the parameter interval corresponding to the current detection mode. And if the parameter of the unit to be detected is not in the parameter interval corresponding to the current detection mode, judging that the unit to be detected is in an abnormal state, generating and sending alarm information corresponding to the unit to be detected, and then stopping the air conditioner. And if the parameter of the unit to be detected is in the parameter interval corresponding to the current detection mode, judging that the unit to be detected has no abnormal state, and continuously detecting whether the next unit to be detected is in the abnormal state until all the units to be detected are detected.
The unit to be tested comprises a motor, a filter, a compressor, a refrigerant quantity and a temperature sensing bulb.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 shows an embodiment of step S3, which is described in detail as follows:
s31: and acquiring a current value and a voltage value of the motor, and judging whether the current value and the voltage value of the motor are in a first preset current interval and a first preset voltage interval of the current detection mode so as to judge whether the motor is in an abnormal state.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 shows an embodiment of step S31, which is described in detail as follows:
s311: and acquiring the rotating speed of the inner fan and the rotating speed of the outer fan corresponding to the current detection mode.
S312: the inner fan and the outer fan of the air conditioner are correspondingly adjusted to be the rotating speed of the inner fan and the rotating speed of the outer fan.
S313: and acquiring a current value and a voltage value of the inner fan and acquiring a current value and a voltage value of the outer fan.
S314: and judging whether the current value and the voltage value of the inner fan are in a first preset current interval and a first preset voltage interval of the inner fan in the current detection mode so as to judge whether the inner fan is in an abnormal state.
S315: and judging whether the current value and the voltage value of the outer fan are in a first preset current interval and a first preset voltage interval of the outer fan in the current detection mode so as to judge whether the outer fan is in an abnormal state.
In the present embodiment, in the current detection mode, it is specified at which rotation speed of the inner and outer fans the fault detection is performed for the inner and outer fans. Therefore, the rotating speed of the inner fan and the rotating speed of the outer fan corresponding to the current detection mode are obtained firstly, then the inner fan and the outer fan are adjusted to the corresponding rotating speeds, and when the rotating speeds of the inner fan and the outer fan reach the specified rotating speeds, the current value and the voltage value of the inner fan at the moment are obtained, and the current value and the voltage value of the outer fan are obtained. The current detection mode comprises a first preset current interval and a first preset voltage interval of the inner fan, and comprises a first preset current interval and a first preset voltage interval of the outer fan. Therefore, whether the current value and the voltage value of the inner fan are in a first preset current interval and a first preset voltage interval of the inner fan in the current detection mode or not is judged, if yes, the inner fan is judged to be in an abnormal state, and if not, the inner fan is judged to be in an abnormal state. Similarly, whether the current value and the voltage value of the outer fan are in the first preset current interval and the voltage interval of the outer fan in the current detection mode is judged, if yes, the outer fan is judged to be in an abnormal state, and if not, the outer fan is judged to be in an abnormal state.
It should be noted that the first preset current interval and the first preset voltage interval include a first preset current interval and a first preset voltage interval of the inner fan, and include a first preset current interval and a first preset voltage interval of the outer fan, and the preset current interval and the voltage interval are set according to actual conditions, which is not limited herein. Wherein, the motor includes interior fan and outer fan.
S32: when the motor is in an abnormal state, acquiring the pressure difference between the front and the back of the filter, and judging whether the pressure difference is in a pressure difference setting interval of the current detection mode so as to judge whether the filter is in an abnormal state.
In this embodiment, when the motor determines that there is no abnormality, it is necessary to perform failure detection on the filter. In the embodiment of the application, the pressure difference switch is utilized to detect the pressure difference between the front part and the rear part of the condenser and the front part and the rear part of the evaporator, so that the pressure difference between the front part and the rear part of the filter can be monitored. When the pressure difference detected by the pressure difference switch reaches the pressure difference setting interval of the current detection mode, judging that the filter is in an abnormal state; otherwise, the filter is in an abnormal state, and the user should be reminded that the filter screen of the filter needs to be replaced.
The differential pressure setting section is set according to actual conditions, and is not limited here.
S33: and when the filter is in an abnormal state, acquiring the current value and the voltage value of the compressor, and judging whether the current value and the voltage value of the compressor are in a second preset current interval and a second preset voltage interval of the current detection mode so as to judge whether the compressor is in an abnormal state.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows an embodiment of step S33, which is described in detail as follows:
s331: and when the filter is in an abnormal state, acquiring the frequency of the compressor and the opening of the electronic expansion valve corresponding to the current detection mode.
S332: the compressor is adjusted to a compressor frequency and the electronic expansion valve is adjusted to an electronic expansion valve opening.
S333: and acquiring a current value and a voltage value of the compressor, and judging whether the current value and the voltage value of the compressor are in a second preset current interval and a second preset voltage interval of the current detection mode so as to judge whether the compressor is in an abnormal state.
In this embodiment, when the filter is in an abnormal state, the fault detection needs to be performed on the compressor. The compressor frequency and the electronic expansion valve opening degree are specified in the current detection mode, the compressor and the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner at the moment are adjusted to the corresponding compressor frequency and the electronic expansion valve opening degree, and then the current value and the voltage value of the compressor at the moment are obtained. In a specific embodiment, the compressor operation current and voltage are returned to the voltage and current of the compressor driving plate, and the corresponding values of the current and voltage at the moment are used as the current value and the voltage value of the compressor of the application. Then judging whether the current value and the voltage value of the compressor are in a second preset current interval and a second preset voltage interval of the current detection mode, and if so, judging that the compressor is in an abnormal state; if the compressor is not in the corresponding section, the compressor is judged to be in an abnormal state.
S34: when the compressor is in an abnormal state, the pressures of the front end and the rear end of the compressor are obtained to obtain a high pressure and a low pressure, and whether the high pressure and the low pressure are in a pressure interval corresponding to the current detection mode is judged to judge whether the refrigerant quantity is in an abnormal state.
In this embodiment, when the compressor is in an abnormal state, the refrigerant amount needs to be detected. High-pressure and low-pressure at the front end and the rear end of the compressor are detected through high-pressure and low-pressure sensors. Then judging whether the high pressure and the low pressure are in a pressure interval corresponding to the current detection mode, and if so, judging that the refrigerant quantity is in an abnormal state; if the refrigerant quantity is not in the corresponding pressure interval, the refrigerant quantity is judged to be in an abnormal state. The refrigerant amount refers to the refrigerant filling amount.
S35: when the refrigerant quantity is in the abnormal state, the temperature of the thermal bulb is obtained, and whether the temperature of the thermal bulb is in the temperature interval corresponding to the current detection mode or not is judged so as to judge whether the thermal bulb is in the abnormal state or not.
The temperature sensing bulb comprises an evaporator inlet pipe temperature sensing bulb, an evaporator outlet pipe temperature sensing bulb, an exhaust temperature sensing bulb and a condenser pipe temperature sensing bulb.
In this embodiment, when the refrigerant volume is in the abnormal state, fault detection is performed on various thermal bulbs to obtain the temperature in each thermal bulb, and then whether the temperature of the thermal bulb is in the temperature range corresponding to the current detection mode is determined to determine whether the thermal bulb is in the abnormal state. As long as the temperature in the temperature sensing bulb can be measured, the temperature sensing bulb is in an abnormal state, so that the temperature range corresponding to the current detection mode is the temperature range among all the components when the air conditioner works.
And S4, if all the units to be tested are judged to be in the abnormal state, judging that the air conditioning unit is in the abnormal state, and starting the air conditioner to operate.
In this embodiment, if all the units to be tested are in the abnormal state, it is indicated that the air conditioning unit is in the abnormal state, and the air conditioning unit can normally operate, so that the air conditioner is started to operate. Furthermore, after the air conditioner is started, the technical means of the method can be adopted again to detect the air conditioner again, so that the fault self-checking function of the unit which starts to operate every time can be ensured, the operation reliability of the whole machine is enhanced, and the maintenance and operation cost is reduced.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 shows an embodiment of step S4, which is described in detail as follows:
s41: and if the unit to be tested is in the abnormal state, taking the unit to be tested in the abnormal state as the abnormal unit.
S42: and generating alarm information corresponding to the abnormal unit.
S43: and alarming based on the alarm information, and stopping the air conditioner.
In this embodiment, if any unit to be tested is in an abnormal state, the unit to be tested in the abnormal state is taken as an abnormal unit, alarm information corresponding to the abnormal unit is generated, and finally, an alarm is given based on the alarm information, and the air conditioner is stopped. For example, if the current value and the voltage value of the inner fan and the outer fan are not in the corresponding interval, it is determined that the motor is abnormal, then alarm information corresponding to the motor abnormality is generated, and the air conditioner is stopped, so that the user can remove the air conditioner fault, and the air conditioner is started again.
In the embodiment, when an internal fan of the air conditioner is started to reach the preset time, the outdoor environment temperature and the indoor environment temperature are obtained; respectively matching the outdoor environment temperature and the indoor environment temperature with a preset temperature interval to determine the current detection mode of the air conditioner; sequentially acquiring parameters corresponding to units to be detected in the air conditioner to obtain the parameters of the units to be detected, and sequentially comparing the parameters of the units to be detected with the parameter intervals corresponding to the current detection mode to judge whether each unit to be detected is in an abnormal state; and if all the units to be tested are judged to be in the abnormal state, judging that the air conditioning unit is in the abnormal state, and starting the air conditioner to run. According to the embodiment of the invention, different detection modes can be selected based on different environmental temperatures, the units to be detected in the air conditioner are sequentially detected, and whether each unit to be detected is in an abnormal state or not is judged one by one, so that the air conditioner is comprehensively detected, the maintenance cost of a commercial air conditioner is reduced, and the operation reliability of the whole air conditioner is improved.
