The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and examples.
The embodiment provides a cleaning device suitable for carpets, which comprises a machine body 1 and a cleaning mechanism 2;
As shown in fig. 2, the housing of the machine body 1 has a disc-shaped structure, a universal wheel for steering and a pair of driving wheels are mounted at the bottom of the machine body 1, and three wheels are in a three-point supporting state at the bottom of the machine body 1 to maintain the stability of the machine body 1. The machine body 1 is internally provided with a control terminal, a driving mechanism and various obstacle avoidance and road searching sensors, so that the machine body 1 can automatically avoid obstacles and search for road to run. The disc-shaped shell structure of the machine body 1 can be flexibly shuttled into a complex environment together with the universal wheels.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the cleaning mechanism 2 includes a clean water tank 21, a high-pressure water pump 22 and a spray head 23, wherein the clean water tank 21 and the high-pressure water pump 22 are installed inside the machine body 1, the spray head 23 is located at the bottom of the machine body 1, and the clean water tank 21, the high-pressure water pump 22 and the spray head 23 are sequentially communicated through a clean water pipeline 24 to form a water supply channel. The high pressure water pump 22 provides a pressurizing effect to flush the cleaning liquid stored in the cleaning liquid tank 21 from the spray head 23 in a high kinetic energy state, forming a high kinetic energy water column which is sprayed toward the carpet. The water column impacts on the surface of the carpet to remove the garbage and sundries which are mixed in gaps of the carpet fluff, and meanwhile, the water column can also disperse the carpet fluff to clean the region covered by the fluff. Wherein the cleaning liquid can comprise water or liquid with cleaning and decontamination capability, and the user can select different cleaning liquids according to the pollution degree of the carpet.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to improve the cleaning efficiency, in an embodiment, a plurality of spray holes 231 are formed on the spray head 23, each spray hole 231 is communicated with the clean water pipeline 24 connected with the spray head 23, that is, each spray hole 231 is a branch waterway, the high-pressure water pump 22 is pressurized to enable each spray hole 231 to spray high-kinetic energy water column to flush the carpet, the number of spray holes 231 is increased to improve the cleaning area of the carpet in unit time, so that the cleaning effect is finer, more uniform and more comprehensive, and the purpose of improving the cleaning efficiency is further achieved.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, since the area of the carpet washed by the high kinetic energy water jet ejected from each nozzle 231 is limited, in order to avoid the occurrence of a missed washing area due to the excessive distance between two adjacent washing areas, in this embodiment, each nozzle 231 is inclined toward the center line of the machine body 1 in the horizontal plane. Because the direction of the high kinetic energy water column ejected from the nozzle 231 is the same as the direction of the central axis of the nozzle 231, the water columns ejected from each nozzle 231 are concentrated toward the center in a convergent manner, so that the edges of the flushing areas formed by two adjacent water columns are overlapped, and the occurrence of a missed flushing area is avoided.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to make the intervals of the high-kinetic-energy water columns in the flushing area of the carpet surface uniform, when the positions and the inclination angles of the spray holes 231 are set, the spray holes 231 are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the central line of the machine body 1 in the horizontal plane as symmetrical axial directions, each spray hole 231 takes the central line of the machine body 1 in the horizontal plane as a datum line, and the included angle between the central line and the central line of each spray hole 231 is the inclination angle of the spray hole 231. In order from near to far from the central line, the inclination angle of the next nozzle 231 increases by 2.6-3 ° from the inclination angle of the previous nozzle 231 in each adjacent two nozzles 231, that is, the increase angle set by each nozzle 231 is 2.6-3 °. And the increment angles of the spray holes 231 are the same, so that the intervals of the high-kinetic energy water columns in the carpet surface flushing area are equal, wherein the front side and the rear side of the central line are respectively the advancing direction and the retreating direction of the sweeper, and the driving wheels of the sweeper are symmetrically positioned at two sides of the central line. Further, in the present embodiment, the center line is a structural line which is a middle position of the shower head 23 and is perpendicular to the shower head 23.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the spray head 23 as a carrier of the plurality of spray holes 231 is provided in a plate structure, all spray holes 231 are concentrated on the same surface of the plate structure, and each spray hole 231 is aligned along a horizontal straight line perpendicular to the center line. Thereby ensuring that the high kinetic energy water jets ejected from the orifices 231 are adjacent and that the cleaning zones formed on the carpet are also aligned. It should be noted that, in order to improve the cleaning effect of the high-kinetic energy water columns on the carpet, the installation angle between the central axes of all the spray holes 231 and the ground is 35-45 degrees, so that each high-kinetic energy water column washes the carpet from the oblique side, and each high-kinetic energy water column washes the area formed on the surface of the carpet to be elliptical, and compared with the area of the circle center area formed by vertically washing the surface of the carpet by the high-kinetic energy water columns, the area of the circle center area is larger. And all spray holes 231 have the same included angle with the ground, so that the fluff on the carpet can be flushed to the same side, and the fluff of the carpet can be turned over, washed and guided. The carpet surface layer covered by the fluff can be cleaned, garbage wound or mixed between fluff gaps can be flushed away from the area where the carpet surface layer is located, the effect of removing garbage can be achieved, and the fluff can be straightened, so that friction force is reduced.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the direction of each spray hole 231 is opposite to the moving direction of the machine body 1, that is, the high kinetic energy water column washes towards the rear of the machine body 1, so that the residual garbage and sewage after washing is accumulated behind the machine body 1, so that the corresponding mechanism arranged behind the machine body 1 can recycle the garbage and sewage.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1,2, 4 and 5, the cleaning device of the present invention further comprises a recovery mechanism 3 for recovering the waste and sewage washed by the high kinetic energy water column. The recycling mechanism 3 comprises a garbage collection box 31, a sewage tank 32 and a fan 33, wherein the garbage collection box 31 is arranged at the bottom of the machine body 1, the garbage collection box 31 is adjacent to the spray head 23 and is positioned at the rear of the spray head 23, and the garbage washed out by the high-kinetic energy water column is timely contained along with the advance of the machine body 1 and the sewage remained on the carpet surface is collected. The sewage tank 32 and the fan 33 are both arranged inside the machine body 1, and the fan 33 is connected with the sewage tank 32 for extracting air in the sewage tank 32, so that the internal air pressure of the sewage tank 32 is lower than the external air pressure and is in a negative pressure state. The garbage collection tank 31 and the sewage tank 32 are communicated through the sewage pipe 34, so that negative pressure in the sewage tank 32 acts on the garbage collection tank 31, and sewage in the garbage collection tank 31 is sucked into the sewage tank 32 through the sewage pipe 34.
The garbage collection box 31 comprises a box body and a box cover, and when the cover cleaning device is idle, the box cover can be opened to clean sediment in the garbage collection box 31 for the next use. Wherein, the inlet end of the garbage collection box 31 is matched with the width of the floating scraper 37, so that scraped water garbage can effectively enter the garbage collection box 31, and the bottom of the garbage collection box 31 can be provided with radian, so that heavier water garbage can sink to the bottom of the garbage collection box 31.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, in order to avoid the difficulty in cleaning the solid waste sucked into the sewage tank 32, in an embodiment, a filter screen 35 is added at the connection between the sewage pipeline 34 and the sewage tank 32, and the solid waste is filtered by the filter screen 35 and blocked at one side of the waste collection tank 31, so as to realize separate collection of the solid waste and the liquid sewage. When the cleaning device is disassembled and cleaned, the sewage in the sewage tank 32 and the solid garbage in the garbage collection box 31 are cleaned respectively.
The sewage tank 32 is arranged in the machine body 1 in a detachable connection mode, so that sewage can be integrally taken out of the sewage tank 32 to pour sewage, a rubber plug arranged on the sewage tank 32 can be opened, and the sewage in the sewage tank 32 is discharged through a connecting pipeline.
It should be noted that a sensor may be disposed at the filter screen 35 to monitor the amount of newly added garbage at the filter screen 35 in unit time, when the amount of newly added garbage at the filter screen 35 in unit time is smaller than a predetermined value, a signal is excited to prove that the cleanliness of the area is higher, and the control terminal receives the signal to instruct the related driving mechanism and various obstacle avoidance and path finding sensors to operate the machine body 1 to go to other areas for cleaning.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, to prevent the blower 33 from sucking sewage into the blower 33 during the process of sucking air in the sewage tank 32, a blower chamber sealing plate 36 is provided at the connection of the blower 33 and the sewage tank 32 to partition the installation space of the blower 33 to form a blower chamber. The sealing plate is provided in a turnover or liftable structure to control the air duct communication or separation between the blower 33 and the sewage tank 32. In this embodiment, the fan chamber sealing plate 36 is of a turnover structure, and an electric switch is arranged on one side of the installation position of the fan 33, and the fan chamber sealing plate 36 is commanded to be pushed up by the electric switch through a control terminal in the machine body 1 to communicate the fan 33 with the sewage tank 32, or the electric switch is commanded to be retracted by the control terminal in the machine body 1 to separate the fan 33 from the sewage tank 32, so that the fan 33 is protected from sewage infiltration.
Because the working principle of the fan 33 is that the air in the sewage tank 32 is pumped to the outside, the air hole is arranged at the position of the machine body 1 corresponding to the fan chamber, so that the fan can conveniently send out the air.
As shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6, in order to improve the recycling efficiency of the waste and the sewage due to the different thickness of the fluff on the carpet surface, the recycling mechanism 3 further includes a floating scraper 37 in an embodiment, the floating scraper 37 is provided with a collecting opening 371 communicated with the waste collecting box 31, the floating scraper 37 covers the surface of the carpet and the fluff layer, and suction is formed at the collecting opening 371 by the negative pressure in the sewage tank 32, so that the waste and the sewage in the carpet surface layer and the fluff layer are sucked into the waste collecting box 31 through the collecting opening 371. In order to adapt to the height change of the carpet surface, one side of the floating scraper 37 is connected with the bottom of the machine body 1 in a shaft way through the rotating shaft 372, the effect that the floating scraper 37 can turn around the shaft connection side is achieved, in the advancing process of the machine body 1, the floating scraper 37 turns over and undulates along with the thickness change of the carpet, the state that the collecting port 371 is attached to the carpet is always kept, the negative pressure suction force generated at the collecting port 371 is stronger, and garbage and sewage can be efficiently absorbed. The heel can absorb the water vapor of the cleaned carpet, and the drying speed of the carpet is increased.
The connection between the floating scraper 37 and the garbage collection box 31 is made of a soft rubber material, which may be a soft rubber or a silicone rubber material. The flexible glue material can ensure the connection state of the floating scraper 37 and the garbage collection box 31, avoid the leakage of garbage, cargoes and sewage sucked into the garbage collection box 31, and ensure the free fluctuation movement of the floating scraper 37 through the elastic telescopic effect of the flexible glue material, so that the floating scraper 37 can be better attached to the carpet surface.
As shown in fig. 6, in order to further enhance the efficiency of the cleaning apparatus for absorbing garbage and sewage, an elastic sealing strip 373 is provided at the contact surface of the floating scraper 37 and the carpet, and the elastic sealing strip 373 is installed around the collection port 371. When the floating scraper 37 is attached to the carpet, the elastic sealing strip 373 can seal the gap between the floating scraper 37 and the carpet, reduce the number of air leakage points, and further enhance the negative pressure suction force at the collecting port 371. It should be noted that, the elastic sealing strip 373 in this embodiment is made of high elastic materials such as silica gel and soft rubber, and deforms along with the change of the gap between the floating scraper 37 and the carpet, so as to reduce the gap between the floating scraper 37 and the carpet to improve the sealing effect.
As shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6, according to the above embodiment, comb teeth 374 are further provided on the contact surface between the floating screed 37 and the carpet, and in this embodiment, the comb teeth 374 are formed by arranging a plurality of tooth blocks each having a length of 2mm and a width of 2mm. In the process that the floating scraper 37 moves forward along the random body 1 and moves in a friction way on the carpet surface, the comb 374 plays a role in carding the carpet fluff, and rejects residual garbage and hair which are wound or mixed in the fluff, and directly enters the garbage collection box 31 under the action of negative pressure suction force at the collection port 371.
It should be noted that, since the spray head 23 sprays Gao Dongneng water column toward the rear of the machine body 1 in the foregoing embodiment to guide the carpet pile to the rear of the machine body 1, when the floating scraper 37 passes through the washed carpet pile, the comb teeth 374 comb in the reverse direction of the pile, and the guiding effect on the pile can better clean the garbage wound on the pile, trapped between the pile or covered under the pile, thereby improving the cleaning effect of the cleaning device on the carpet.
In one embodiment, in order to maintain the cleaning apparatus in an effective cleaning state, a first water level detector is installed in the clean water tank 21 to monitor the amount of stored water in the clean water tank 21. When the water level in the clean water tank 21 reaches the lower limit, the first water level detector sends a signal to the control terminal, and the control terminal instructs the machine body 1 to stop running, so that the current cleaning device can flush carpets without clean water, and the cleaning work needs to be stopped for manual water replenishment, or the control terminal instructs the driving mechanism and various obstacle avoidance and road finding sensors to move to a preset water replenishment area for automatic water replenishment.
Based on the above embodiment, in order to avoid the problem that the water in the sewage tank 32 is excessively high and overflows the blower chamber sealing plate 36, water is fed into the blower 33. In this embodiment, a second water level detector is disposed in the sewage tank 32, and when the water level in the sewage tank 32 reaches the upper limit of the overflow fan chamber sealing plate 36, the second water level detector sends a signal to the control terminal, and the control terminal instructs the machine body 1 to stop running, so that it is proved that the current sewage tank 32 collects more sewage without space, and the cleaning work is required to stop and clean the sewage tank 32.
The various technical features in the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined as long as there is no conflict or contradiction between the combinations of features, but are not described one by one at a time in the description.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but it is intended that the present invention also includes modifications and variations if they fall within the scope of the claims and the equivalents thereof, if they do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
