s1: firstly, a worker starts the pearl cotton cutting machine (1), then the control system controls the conveyor belt (43) to slowly rotate at a constant speed, and the rotating conveyor belt (43) can drive the pearl cotton blocks (47) to move below the cutting knife (28) until the pearl cotton blocks (47) are transferred below the cutting knife (28) by the conveyor belt (43);
s2: when the pearl cotton block (47) is transferred to the position below the cutting knife (28) by the conveyor belt (43), the control system controls the first electric slide block (14) and the second electric slide block (16) to move through a program according to the shape to be cut, so that the pearl cotton block (47) is cut;
s3: after the pearl cotton block (47) is cut, the control system conveyor belt (43) drives the cut pearl cotton block (47) to move, and when the cut pearl cotton block (47) moves to the tail end of the conveyor belt (43), a worker can take down the cut pearl cotton block (47).
