As shown in fig. 13, 14 and 15, the extension plates 22 of this structure are abutted against each other by the ends of the bent segments 224, so that deformation of the two extension plates 22 in the opposite direction can be restricted; meanwhile, under the action of the crimping sections 225, namely, the crimping section 225 on one bending section 224 is crimped on the other bending section 224, so that the two bending sections 224 (i.e. the two extension plates 22) can be limited from being separated from each other. In addition, the second deformation portion 233 and the second clamping portion 234 can be directly formed by punching the extension plate 22, so that the processing is more convenient.
Referring to fig. 14 and 19, in the second embodiment, the second clamping portion 234 is formed by bending the lower end of the second deformation portion 233 inwards and then downwards; the outer side of the second engaging portion 234 is provided with a groove 2341. The second clamping part 234 has simpler structure and more convenient processing; in addition, under the effect of cooperation recess 2341, the dynamics of the mutual joint between second joint portion 234 and the mounting hole 201 has further been increased to increased the degree of difficulty that second joint portion 234 breaks away from mounting hole 201, the stability of mutual joint is higher between second joint portion 234 and the mounting hole 201 promptly.
The present application does not limit the mounting manner between the support plate 21 and the mounting seat 1, for example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4 (or fig. 11 and 12), a threaded hole 211 is provided on the support plate 21, and a fixing hole 10 is provided on the mounting seat 1; the buckle further comprises a screw 3, and the screw 3 penetrates through the fixing hole 10 and then is in threaded connection with the threaded hole 211. During installation, after the screw 3 penetrates through the fixing hole 10, the screw is connected with the threaded hole 211 in a threaded mode, and therefore fixing between the supporting plate 21 and the installation seat 1 can be achieved. As shown in fig. 5 (or fig. 13), when the screw hole 211 is machined, a circular hole 2111 is punched in the support plate 21, one fracture 2112 is punched in the outer periphery of the circular hole 2111, the inner annular surface of the circular hole 2111 is cut off by the fracture 2112, and the outer periphery of the circular hole 2111 is punched, so that the inner annular surface of the circular hole 2111 forms a spiral structure, that is, the inner annular surface of the circular hole 2111 corresponds to a section of screw thread, thereby realizing the screw connection with the screw 3, and the thickness of the support plate 21 is reduced by the machining mode of the screw hole 211; in addition, the threaded hole 211 with the structure can release stress between the screw 3 and the threaded hole 211 through deformation, so that the threaded hole 211 can be prevented from being damaged due to stress concentration, and the threaded hole can be better adapted to the external thread on the screw 3.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4 (or to fig. 11 and 12), in some embodiments of the present application, the mounting base 1 is provided with a positioning groove 14 for fitting the support plate 21. The supporting plate 21 can be positioned through the positioning groove 14, so that the mounting difficulty between the supporting plate 21 and the mounting seat 1 is reduced, and the assembly precision between the supporting plate 21 and the mounting seat 1 is improved; in addition, after the support plate 21 and the mounting seat 1 are fixed by the single screw 3, the positioning groove 14 can prevent the support plate 21 from rotating relative to the mounting seat 1, so that the number of the screws 3 used can be reduced. It is understood that the positioning slot 14 can also be disposed on the supporting plate 21, and the operation principle is the same, which is not described herein.
The detachable mounting manner between the mounting seat 1 and the trim panel 100 is not limited in the present application, for example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4 (or fig. 11 and 12), a clamping seat 101 is provided on the back surface of the trim panel 100, and a first slide 102 is provided on the clamping seat 101; a second slideway 11 is arranged on the mounting seat 1 or formed between the mounting seat 1 and the supporting plate 21; a clamping block 12 protrudes in the second slide way 11, and a clamping groove 103 is recessed in the first slide way 102. As shown in fig. 7 and 8 (or fig. 16 and 17), when the second slideway 11 slides to the end of the first slideway 102, the latch 12 is latched to the latching slot 103, so as to limit the relative displacement between the latching seat 101 and the mounting seat 1. Through the sliding connection between the first slide way 102 and the second slide way 11, the assembling precision between the installation seat 1 and the clamping seat 101 (i.e. the plaque 100) can be improved. Through the clamping fit between the clamping block 12 and the clamping groove 103, the first slide way 102 and the second slide way 11 can relatively slide, so that the installation between the installation seat 1 and the clamping seat 101 (namely the plaque 100) is realized; when the installation seat 1 is forcibly slid in the opposite direction by the action of external force, the latch 12 is forced to disengage from the latch slot 103, thereby realizing the detachment between the installation seat 1 and the latch seat 101 (i.e., the plaque 100). It should be noted that the positions of the latch 12 and the latch slot 103 may be interchanged, that is, the latch 12 is in the first slide 102, and the latch slot 103 is in the second slide 11.
Referring to fig. 11, 16 and 17, in some embodiments of the present application, the mounting base 1 is provided with a hook 13, and when the latch 12 is connected to the latch slot 103, the hook 13 is connected to the connecting base 101, so as to limit the separation of the latch 12 from the latch slot 103. When the fixture block 12 is clamped in the clamping groove 103, that is, when the second slideway 11 slides to the tail end of the first slideway 102, the second slideway 11 and the first slideway 102 cannot slide further, that is, when the mounting base 1 is further slid, the fixture block 12 cannot be separated from the clamping groove 103; and because the hook 13 is clamped in the clamping seat 101 when the latch 12 is clamped in the clamping groove 103, when the mounting seat 1 is slid in the opposite direction, the hook 13 limits the latch 12 from being separated from the clamping groove 103, thereby ensuring the stability of the connection between the mounting seat 1 and the clamping seat 101 (i.e. the decoration plate 100). In addition, when the mounting base 1 needs to be dismounted, the clamping hook 13 is forced to deform by external force, so that the clamping hook 13 is separated from the clamping base 101, and the mounting base 1 can be slid reversely to realize dismounting.

1. The buckle according to claim 2, wherein the extension plate comprises a connecting section and an abutting section, wherein the lower end of the connecting section is connected with the support plate, and the upper end of the connecting section is connected with the first deformation part through the abutting section; the upper ends of the two connecting sections are gradually closed, so that the two abutting sections are abutted to each other.

The buckle according to claim 1, wherein the upper ends of the two extension plates are bent inward to form bent sections, and the ends of the two bent sections are abutted against each other, so as to limit the two extension plates from deforming in the opposite directions; the tail end of at least one bending section extends to form an edge pressing section, and the edge pressing section is in pressure joint with the other bending section, so that the two bending sections are limited to be separated from each other;
