Background
For the production line of industrial explosive cartridges, the filled cartridges are distributed in disorder on a conveying belt, so that in order to realize automatic packaging of the industrial explosive cartridges, the cartridges are required to be sorted so that the distribution direction of the cartridges is perpendicular to the advancing direction of the conveying belt, subsequent counting is facilitated, but for the existing cartridge sorting device, the problem of poor cartridge sorting effect exists, for the existing counting device, the cartridges are mainly counted through a sensor, after the number of the cartridges is reached, the conveying belt is required to be controlled to stop, and due to inertia, excessive cartridges slide off the conveying belt easily, so that the counting accuracy is affected.
In addition, the current industrial explosive cartridge packaging mode mainly adopts a carton for packaging, the cost is higher than that of a woven bag packaging mode, and the current packaging system cannot meet the automatic packaging of explosive cartridge bags.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a new automatic industrial explosive cartridge bagging packaging system to improve the efficiency of industrial explosive cartridge packaging.

The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows:
(1) The sorting unit realizes the sorting of the cartridges through the sorting baffle plate positioned between the two sorting rollers, has a simple structure and a good sorting effect, the cartridges after sorting can be removed by the bridge conveyor belt, the return conveyor belt is arranged below the bridge conveyor belt, the removed cartridges are conveyed to the sorting rollers again for sorting, the automatic sorting of the cartridges is realized, and the leveling datum plates and the leveling pushing plates arranged at the two ends of the bridge conveyor belt enable the cartridges to be distributed in the center of the bridge conveyor belt, so that subsequent counting is facilitated.
(2) The counting unit comprises a medicine pressing cylinder, when the number of the medicine pressing cylinders reaches a specified number, the chain plates stop moving and simultaneously the medicine pressing cylinder descends, so that the influence on the counting accuracy caused by automatic sliding of medicine rolls to a medicine roll conveying belt is avoided, the counting sensor and the medicine pressing cylinder are arranged on a mounting plate, and the distance from the mounting plate to the chain plates can be adjusted through an adjusting rod, so that the counting unit can be suitable for counting medicine rolls with different diameters.
(3) The bagging unit comprises a hopper, wherein the hopper can be vertically displaced in the process of controlling the hopper by a hopper lifting device, the stacking can be carried out according to different cartridge specifications, the number of bags and the number of layers, the subsequent bagging is convenient, the stacked cartridges can be moved to the bag opening of the packaging bag by the aid of the moving hopper, the cartridges after stacking can be clamped by the aid of the moving hopper clamping device, the occupied space of the cartridges is further reduced, and the opening of the packaging bag can be opened by the aid of the arrangement of a lower bag supporting sucker, an upper bag supporting sucker, a first bag supporting cylinder, a second bag supporting cylinder, a turning plate cylinder and an opening cylinder, so that the stacked cartridges can be pushed into the packaging bag under the action of the first bag pushing cylinder and the second bag pushing cylinder, and automatic bag packaging of the cartridges is completed.

Referring to fig. 1, the automatic packaging system for industrial explosive cartridge bags provided by the invention comprises:
The material arranging unit 1 is used for arranging the conveyed cartridges so that the distribution direction of the cartridges is perpendicular to the conveying direction and is positioned in the center of the conveying belt;
the counting unit 2 is connected with the discharge end of the material arranging unit 1 at the feed end and is used for counting the finished cartridges to realize quantitative discharging;
the bagging unit 3 is used for conveying the cartridges quantitatively discharged by the counting unit 2 into the packaging bags;
A sealing unit 4 for sealing the package bag filled with the cartridge;
and a bag supplying unit 5 for supplying the bagging unit 3 with a bag having one end opened.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, specifically, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the material sorting unit 1 includes a main conveyor belt 101, a plurality of first material sorting rollers 102 are provided at a discharge end of the main conveyor belt 101, a first material sorting baffle 103 is provided at an end of the first material sorting roller 102 between the two material sorting rollers, and a cylinder for controlling vertical displacement of the first material sorting baffle 103 is provided at a lower end of the first material sorting baffle 103 so that the first material sorting baffle 103 is higher/lower than the first material sorting roller 102;
the discharge end of the first material arranging roller 102 is provided with a bridging conveyer belt 104, the width of the bridging conveyer belt 104 is matched with the length of the explosive rolls, and gaps are arranged on two sides of the bridging conveyer belt 104 to remove the disordered explosive rolls.
A return material conveyer belt 109 is arranged below the bridge conveyer belt 104, and the discharge end of the return material conveyer belt 109 is connected with the main conveyer belt 101 so as to convey the medicine rolls removed from the bridge conveyer belt 104 to the main conveyer belt 101;

For the material arranging unit, the working flow is as follows, when the explosive rolls of the main conveying belt enter the first material arranging roller, the first material arranging baffle can move up and down at regular time, when the first material arranging baffle is higher than the first material arranging roller, the explosive rolls are blocked from being conveyed forward, disordered explosive rolls roll in gaps among the rollers under the driving of the material arranging roller, the explosive rolls rolling among the rollers are turned into transverse directions (perpendicular to the driving direction), then the first material arranging baffle is controlled to move downwards to be lower than the first material arranging roller, the transverse explosive rolls are discharged, and the explosive rolls which are not turned into transverse directions fall onto the return conveying belt from gaps at two sides of the bridge conveying belt when passing through the bridge conveying belt, are conveyed by the return conveying belt to return to the main conveying belt, enter the first material arranging roller for material arrangement again, and manual intervention is not needed in the material arranging process. And the transverse explosive rolls pass through the bridge belt and then pass through the second material arranging roller to carry out secondary material arranging, and then enter the counting unit.
The main conveying belt in the material arranging unit is used for conveying the explosive rolls from the explosive charging machine to the first material arranging roller, the first material arranging roller and the second material arranging roller are used for converting disordered explosive rolls into transverse directions under the rolling of the material arranging roller, the first material arranging baffle plate and the second material arranging baffle plate are used for blocking the explosive rolls to be converted into transverse directions under the rolling of the first material arranging roller and the second material arranging roller before being discharged, the first material arranging baffle plate and the second material arranging baffle plate perform timing up-and-down actions, the width of the bridge conveying belt is narrower, larger neutral spaces are arranged on two sides, the explosive rolls can fall into the neutral spaces on two sides when passing through the vertical or incomplete transverse explosive rolls, the leveling cylinder can repeatedly perform actions at second intervals to beat the transverse explosive rolls to the middle position and convey the explosive rolls forward, and the return conveying belt is used for conveying the explosive rolls removed from the bridge conveying belt to the main conveying belt.

The counting support frame 203 is further connected with a counting mounting plate 207 in a sliding mode, the top of the counting support frame 203 is connected with an adjusting rod 202 in a threaded mode, one end of the adjusting rod 202 is connected with the counting mounting plate 207 in a rotating mode, the vertical displacement of the counting mounting plate 207 is achieved through the rotation of the adjusting rod 202, and the counting sensor 204 and the medicine pressing cylinder 205 are arranged on the counting mounting plate 207.
The counting unit of the invention has the following working procedures that transverse cartridges are conveyed from the chain plate after being tidied by the material management unit, the counting sensor of the cartridges adopts a laser sensor of a Kihn's machine, the heights of cartridges with different specifications can be detected, a signal is sent to the system through one cartridge sensor each time, when the number of cartridges reaches the designated number, the chain plate stops conveying, and meanwhile, the cartridge on the chain plate is pressed by the cartridge pressing cylinder in a descending way, so that the cartridges are prevented from sliding on the cartridge conveying belt due to inertia when the chain plate stops, the counting is inaccurate, the cartridge conveying belt conveys the cartridges, the cartridge pressing cylinder returns, and the chain plate is started again.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in particular, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bagging unit 3 includes:
One side of the bagging mounting frame 301 is provided with a feeding and conveying assembly, one end of the feeding and conveying assembly is connected with the discharging end of the counting unit 2, and the other end of the feeding and conveying assembly is connected with the feeding end of the bagging unit 3;
the hopper lifting device 309 is arranged on the bagging installation frame 301, and the hopper arranged on the hopper lifting device 309 is used for receiving the explosive rolls conveyed by the feeding and conveying assembly and controlling the vertical displacement of the hopper;
the displacement of the movable hopper is controlled by a movable hopper cylinder 311 arranged on the bagging mounting frame 301, and the explosive rolls in the hopper on the hopper lifting device 309 are pushed into the movable hopper by a pushing cylinder 310;
the movable hopper clamping device 317 is arranged on the bagging mounting frame 301 and is used for clamping the cartridge in the movable hopper;
a first bag pushing cylinder 304 and a second bag pushing cylinder 305, which are arranged on the bag mounting frame 301 and are used for pushing the cartridge clamped by the movable hopper clamping device 317 into the packaging bag;
The bag-supporting lower sucker 314 and the bag-supporting upper sucker 315 which are matched with each other are respectively used for clamping two sides of the opening of the packaging bag, and the bag-supporting upper sucker 315 controls the vertical displacement of the bag-supporting upper sucker by a bag-supporting lifting motor 316 arranged on the bagging mounting frame 301 so as to open the opening of the packaging bag;

Referring to fig. 5, in particular, the feed conveyor assembly includes a roll inclined conveyor belt 306 and a roll flat conveyor belt 308, which are sequentially disposed, with a roll baffle 307 disposed between the roll inclined conveyor belt 306 and the roll flat conveyor belt 308.
When the explosive rolls on the explosive roll conveying belt are conveyed to the explosive roll baffle plate through the explosive roll oblique conveying belt, the explosive roll baffle plate is blocked to enable the explosive rolls to be flush, then the explosive roll baffle plate is moved downwards to enable the explosive rolls to enter the hopper through the explosive roll flat conveying belt, the hopper lifting device controls the hopper to descend by one layer of explosive roll height, when the second layer of explosive rolls enter, the hopper descends to the bottom, the explosive rolls in the hopper are pushed into the movable hopper by the pushing cylinder, the explosive rolls enter the movable hopper, the movable hopper clamping device operates to clamp the explosive rolls according to the width adjustment of the explosive rolls with different specifications, and the movable hopper moves to the bagging opening to wait for pushing the bag after clamping. When the bagging unit detects that a bag exists, the bag supporting lifting motor controls the upper bag supporting sucker to descend, the upper bag supporting sucker vacuum absorbs the upper portion of the bag opening after the specified position is reached, meanwhile, the bottom of the bag is supported by the lower bag supporting sucker vacuum sucker, the bag supporting lifting motor starts to ascend and pull upwards, after the bag opening is pulled open, the first bag supporting cylinder acts to open one side of the bag opening, the second bag supporting cylinder acts to open the other side of the bag opening again, after the bag opening is opened, the opening cylinder opens the bag opening again, the overturning plate cylinder acts to press the bottom of the bag, and the medicine rolls are pushed in. The automatic width adjustment of the movable hopper has the advantages that the movable hopper is tighter and more compact in bag loading after clamping materials and loading, the shaping effect is good, and the subsequent loading, stacking and transportation are convenient.
Referring to fig. 7, specifically, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the envelope unit 4 includes an envelope conveyor 401 for conveying the package packed with the cartridge, a pressing cylinder 402, a pressing conveyor 403 and a sewing machine 404 are sequentially provided on one side of the envelope conveyor 401, the pressing cylinder 402 is used for pressing the opening of the package, the pressing conveyor 403 is used for conveying the package pressed by the opening to the sewing machine 404, the conveying speed of the pressing conveyor 403 is the same as that of the envelope conveyor 401, and the sewing machine 404 is used for sewing the opening of the package.
The working flow of the bag sealing unit is that after the medicine roll is packaged in the bag packaging unit, the bag opening of the bag is pressed by the pressing cylinder, one end of the pressing is enabled to enter the pressing conveying belt under the action of the bag sealing conveying belt, the pressing conveying belt presses the bag opening to convey to the sewing machine, the sewing machine starts to sew the bag opening after the bag opening is reached, the sealing of the packaging bag is achieved, and the finished product conveying belt conveys the bag after the sealing is completed.
Referring to fig. 8, specifically, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bag supply unit 5 includes a bag supply mounting frame 501, the bag supply mounting frame 501 is provided with a bag supply conveyor 503 and a bag supply suction cup 505 located above the bag supply conveyor 503, one end of the bag supply conveyor 503 is provided with a bag supply conveyor 504, the bag supply conveyor 504 is connected with the bag supply unit 3 to supply bags to the bag supply unit 3, the upper end of the bag supply suction cup 505 is provided with a lifting cylinder 506 for controlling the vertical displacement of the bag supply suction cup 505, and the lifting cylinder 506 controls the horizontal displacement thereof by an adjusting cylinder 502 to feed the bags located on the bag supply conveyor 503 to the bag supply conveyor 504.
The bag supplying unit has the working flow that a plurality of bags are manually stacked on a bag supplying conveying belt, the bag supplying conveying belt conveys the bags to the lower part of a lifting cylinder, after the lifting cylinder moves down to a proper position, a bag supplying sucker moves to suck the bags, the lifting cylinder rises to a proper position, an adjusting cylinder starts to supply the bags forwards, after the bags reach a bagging opening of a bagging conveying belt, vacuum is stopped, the bags are placed at the bagging opening, and the adjusting cylinder returns. When the bag below the lifting cylinder detects that no bag exists, the bag supplying conveyer belt starts to convey the next stack of bags to the position below the lifting cylinder for bag supplying.
