工作原理:在使用该CNC机床自动给料装置时,首先将多个零件放在零件夹具1302内完成安装工作,之后在初始状态下将底板1301左侧贴合着挤压板1202,之后启动电机二8,电机二8会带动有两段相反螺纹的丝杆901旋转,使得丝杆901外部贯穿的滑块902在两侧贯穿的限位杆903作用下相向运动,从而带动了对接套904对准竖轴1303,与此同时电机二8旋转带动链轮一1101旋转,链轮一1101通过链条1102带动链轮二1103旋转,链轮二1103可以让麻花杆12按照侧面凸起在侧面的限位板上的移动方向上下运动,从而让麻花杆12逐渐下降使得麻花杆12底部的挤压板1202推动组合机构13逐渐靠近两个直角夹头1402,直角夹头1402贴合着底板1301的两个直角,此次过程中底板1301被推动与部分面积的直角夹头1402接触,使得压缩弹簧1403伸缩,直到直角夹头1402与底板1301角度完成贴合时,此时组合机构13偏移被拨正,能够让组合机构13上的竖轴1303与对接套904对齐,无需人工观察,更加方便对接,而且挤压板1202和直角夹头1402能够从侧面夹持着组合机构13,保证组合机构13移动过程中的稳定性,之后启动电动伸缩杆1401,使得直角夹头1402带动底板1301向后运动从而让竖轴1303插进对接套904完成对接,之后启动电机一2,电机一2会带动第一联动杆301顺时针旋转,第一联动杆301外侧底部设置有凸块302,并且凸块302套在直杆303底部,直杆303上端也通过同样方式安装在第二联动杆304外侧左端,此时第一联动杆301旋转就会通过直杆303带动第二联动杆304绕着偏心轴305旋转,从而让驱动杆4旋转到下端,此时启动马达701,马达701会带动旋转杆702旋转,旋转杆702带动套筒703旋转,套筒703内贯穿设置了活动杆704,活动杆704底部连接着操作板6,此时套筒703旋转就会带动活动杆704按照限位块706在滑槽705内的移动方向向下运动,从而推动了操作板6向下翻转,操作板6就可以绕着安装筒501旋转,此时方便放置组合机构13,启动电动伸缩杆1401伸展能够让直角夹头1402带动竖轴1303脱离对接套904,其中电动伸缩杆1401为现有市场上较为成熟的技术,在此不再详细,对接套904通过电磁能够松开竖轴1303,此时反向旋转电机二8,同上述操作带动挤压板1202,但此次为反向运动,使得挤压板1202不再挤压底板1301,使得组合机构13可以脱落,放置到了CNC加工指定位置,完成了整个给料工作,本说明书中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。Working principle: When using the automatic feeding device for CNC machine tools, first put multiple parts in the
