Compared with the existing horizontal welding equipment, the novel double-head automatic welding machine provided by the embodiment supports a cylindrical workpiece through two V-shaped rolling support frames in the support frame module when welding operation is carried out, the drive module is controlled by the plc controller to drive the cylindrical workpiece to rotate, a welding area of the cylindrical workpiece is divided into a left part and a right part by using a double-welding-gun device of the welding gun module, the two welding parts are synchronously welded through the matching of the drive module and the welding gun module, the time required by the circular welding processing of the cylindrical workpiece is shortened, the efficiency of the circular welding operation is effectively improved, the height positions of the welding gun devices can be adjusted by automatically controlling two electric lifting tables of the support frame module through the plc controller, different circular welding tasks can be met, the problem that the existing horizontal welding equipment is single in function and only can complete a single welding task is effectively solved, and the purchase cost of production equipment is effectively reduced; and each module all is with frame demountable installation among the double-end automatic weld machine that this embodiment provided, can dismantle fast and make up at will each module according to the actual demand, the effectual practicality that improves novel double-end automatic weld machine.

The embodiment 2 is different from the embodiment 1 in that, as shown in fig. 4, an adjusting plate 4213 is installed on a base of the support frame in a longitudinal sliding manner, a body of the support frame is fixedly installed on the adjusting plate, a plurality of strip bolt holes 4214 are formed in the adjusting plate in the longitudinal direction, and locking bolts are installed in a matching manner, so that the adjusting plate and the base of the support frame can be locked together through the locking bolts, and the longitudinal position of the body of the support frame can be adjusted according to requirements when the support frame is used.

A novel double-end automatic welding machine is characterized by comprising a rack, a driving module, a supporting frame module, an electric adjusting seat module, a welding gun module and a plc controller, wherein the driving module comprises an electric lifting seat, a driving seat and a driving mechanism, the driving seat is installed in the middle of the rack through the electric lifting seat in a matching manner, the plc controller is in control connection with the electric lifting seat, a driving friction roller and a driven friction roller are installed at the top end of the driving seat along the longitudinal direction in parallel at intervals, the driving friction roller is in transmission connection with the driving mechanism, and the plc controller can drive the driving friction roller to rotate at a constant speed through the driving mechanism; the electric adjusting seat module comprises electric adjusting seats symmetrically arranged on the left side frame and the right side frame of the driving module, each electric adjusting seat comprises a support frame which is installed on the corresponding frame in a matching mode, an electric lifting table connected with a plc controller is installed on each support frame in a matching mode, and the height of each electric lifting table can be adjusted through the plc controller; the support frame module comprises V-shaped rolling support frames which are symmetrically arranged on the support frames on the left side and the right side of the driving module, and the V-shaped rolling support frames are positioned between the driving module and the electric adjusting seat and are used for supporting the cylindrical workpiece; the welding gun module comprises welding gun devices symmetrically arranged on a left electric lifting table and a right electric lifting table, each welding gun device comprises an extension bar, a welding gun and a linear driving mechanism, the extension bars are transversely slidably arranged on the electric lifting tables and are in transmission connection with the linear driving mechanisms, and the controller can control the extension bars to transversely move through the linear driving mechanisms; and the welding gun is matched and installed on the inner end of the extension bar and is connected with the plc controller.

The novel double-end automatic welding machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the electric lifting seat comprises a movable base and an electric lifting cylinder, the movable base is installed in the machine frame through bolt matching, the electric lifting cylinder is fixedly installed on the movable base along the vertical direction and is connected with the plc controller, and the telescopic end of the electric lifting cylinder is arranged upwards and is vertically connected with the bottom surface of the driving seat.

The novel double-end automatic welding machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the driving friction roller and the driven friction roller are identical in structure and respectively comprise a friction roller shaft which is packaged on the driving seat along the transverse rotation, a friction roller body is sleeved in the middle of the friction roller shaft in a matching mode, the friction roller body is in key connection with the friction roller shaft, the outer annular surface of the friction roller body is a friction surface, and one end of the friction roller shaft of the driving friction roller extends outwards to form a driving shaft and is in transmission connection with the driving mechanism.
