When the photovoltaic junction box is produced, all circuit modules in the whole photovoltaic junction box are completely installed, the hollow cylinder 11 extends into the long cylinder part 1101 in the box body 1 and is inserted into the connector 12, the circuit at the other end of the connector 12 is connected to the corresponding direct current anode connecting terminal 6, the direct current cathode connecting terminal 7 and the driving power supply 8, when the photovoltaic junction box is installed on site, the conductive end of a connecting line of a photovoltaic assembly or the conductive end of a power supply are inserted into the second inserting hole 1207, and then the conductive end is fixed by extruding the conductive connector body 1201 corresponding to the second inserting hole 1207; then inserting the connector 12 into the short barrel 1102, before inserting, sliding the conductive snap-gauge 1202 of the connector 12 to the center line position of the conductive connector body 1201 to ensure that the connector 12 can be smoothly inserted into the short barrel 1102, and after the connector 12 is inserted into the bottom of the short barrel 1102, under the elastic force of the elastic spring 1105, releasing the conductive snap-gauge 1202 to allow the end portion thereof to be snapped into the inner annular groove 1104 to fix the connector 12; when the circuit needs to be removed for maintenance, the outer ring portion 1305 is rotated to enable the inner ring portion 1302 to rotate from the thin wall position corresponding to the conductive clamping plate 1202 to the thick wall position, so that the conductive clamping plate 1202 moves into the conductive connector body 1201, and the connector 12 can be smoothly pulled out.
As shown in fig. 8, a photovoltaic system includes the photovoltaic combiner box, a fingerprint coded lock 14 electrically connected to the main controller 16 is installed on a box cover 2 of the photovoltaic combiner box, the main controller 16 is in communication connection with the detection module 5, and the main controller 16 is further connected to a wireless communication module; the manifold boxes 2 are connected to the same inverter through electric wires, the inverter is connected with a transformer, and an output line of the transformer is connected with a power supply grid.
In the invention, a two-dimensional code display area is arranged on a display screen of a main controller 16 of a main controller on a box cover 2 of a photovoltaic combiner box, a two-dimensional code displayed in the two-dimensional code display area corresponds to unique information of the combiner box, when an inspector inspects a photovoltaic system, the information of the combiner box is obtained by scanning the two-dimensional code on the display screen, and the maintenance information of the photovoltaic combiner box is synchronously uploaded to an upper computer.
When the photovoltaic system is installed, the wiring assembly is arranged on the photovoltaic junction box, so that the wiring operation of the junction box is facilitated; in addition, in the process of installing or overhauling the photovoltaic system, the mobile terminal can be used for scanning the two-dimensional code on the display screen of the main controller 16 on the photovoltaic combiner box and inputting the number, detection information, geographical position, service photovoltaic module number and other information of the photovoltaic combiner box, so that the information corresponding to the photovoltaic combiner box is uniformly bound to the information corresponding to the two-dimensional code label.

Claims (10)
1. A photovoltaic combiner box comprises a box body and a box cover movably connected with the box body, wherein a mounting plate is arranged in the box body, a busbar, a detection module and a direct current anode connecting terminal are sequentially arranged on the left side of the mounting plate from top to bottom, a direct current cathode connecting terminal is arranged on the right side of the direct current anode connecting terminal, a driving power supply and a photovoltaic lightning arrester are arranged on the right side of the detection module side by side, a direct current circuit breaker is arranged on the right side of the photovoltaic lightning arrester, the busbar is electrically connected with a wire outlet end of the detection module, a wire inlet end of the detection module is electrically connected with a wire outlet end of the direct current anode connecting terminal, one end of the busbar is electrically connected with a leading-out bar, the other end of the leading-out bar is electrically connected with the direct current cathode connecting terminal and the direct current circuit breaker, the photovoltaic lightning arrester is electrically connected with the detection module, the direct current cathode connecting terminal, the direct current circuit breaker and the leading-out bar, and the driving power supply is electrically connected with the detection module and the photovoltaic lightning arrester; the method is characterized in that: be provided with the master controller that has the display screen on the case lid, the lower extreme of box is provided with a plurality of wiring subassemblies, the wiring subassembly includes busbar wiring subassembly and power wiring subassembly, busbar wiring subassembly stretches into the inside one end of box is passed through the connecting wire and is connected with direct current positive pole binding post and direct current negative pole binding post, power wiring subassembly stretches into connecting wire and drive power supply electric connection are passed through to the inside one end of box.
