When the diesel engine set 30 works, when the noise sound wave is transmitted from the inside of the cabin to the outside of the cabin, the sound wave is reflected by the weather-resistant steel plate, part of the sound wave is reflected back to the inside of the cabin, other part of the sound wave continues to be transmitted along the air inlet channel or the air outlet channel, then the galvanized mesh plate and the rock wool plate of the first noise reduction piece 151 or the second noise reduction piece 152 above the noise reduction piece are touched, the rock wool plate is also made of porous material, the sound wave drives the air vibration between the hole seams at the moment, further the sound energy is gradually converted into the heat energy to be consumed, the noise reduction effect is realized, the lowest part of the noise reduction piece is a detachable filter screen or filter cotton, and the dust and sand soil can be prevented from flowing into the cabin when the electric louver is opened, and the normal work of internal equipment instruments is influenced.
The inner walls of the box body 10 corresponding to the diesel engine unit cabin 02 and the oil smoke treatment cabin 03 are provided with isolation layers, and the isolation layers are sequentially provided with a water absorption plate, a flame retardant layer and a sound absorption plate from outside to inside. The box body 10 itself can be made of weather-resistant steel plates, the water absorption plate is a rock wool layer, the flame-retardant layer is flame-retardant fiber cloth, and the sound absorption plate is a galvanized mesh plate.
It can be known that the first noise reduction part 151 and the second noise reduction part 152 are arranged, and the inner walls of the box body 10 corresponding to the diesel engine set cabin 02 and the oil fume treatment cabin 03 are provided with isolation layers, so that noise generated when the diesel engine set 30 works can be isolated, and a good sound insulation effect is achieved; the arrangement of the isolation layer can prevent the external high temperature environment from affecting the internal diesel engine set 30 equipment.
In an implementation, still referring to fig. 1-2, the front side wall 141 and the rear side wall 142 of the box 10 corresponding to the diesel module compartment 02 are both provided with a first movable door 161 perpendicular to the second direction to facilitate maintenance of the diesel module 30, and the box 10 corresponding to the power distribution compartment 01 is further provided with a second movable door 162 perpendicular to the second direction to facilitate maintenance of the power distribution assembly 20.
The power distribution assembly 20 comprises an electric connection device and an energy storage device, wherein the electric connection device is provided with a total input port and a total output port, and the energy storage device is electrically connected with the total input port and the total output port; the electric connection equipment is generally a junction box, the junction box is generally provided with an external connection terminal part exposed outside the box body and an internal connection terminal part located in the box body, the energy storage equipment is electrically connected with the external connection terminal part through the electric connection of the internal connection terminal part, a total input port and a total output port in the embodiment are arranged on the external connection terminal part, and the external connection terminal part can realize the connection of the whole power storage station with external commercial power and external loads.
Referring to fig. 6-7, the diesel engine set 30 includes a diesel engine 31 and a generator 32, the generator 32 is electrically connected to a main output port and an energy storage device, in practical application, the diesel engine set 30 further includes an oil tank 33, an oil pump, a backup battery and a control cabinet 34, the diesel engine set cabin 02 is provided with a plurality of sensors, still referring to fig. 1-2, the tank 10 is provided with an oil inlet 081, an oil discharge port 082 and a manual oil supply port 083 corresponding to the diesel engine set cabin 02, the oil pump communicates the oil inlet 081 with the oil tank 33, the oil tank 33 supplies oil to the diesel engine 31, the oil discharge port 082 communicates with the diesel engine 31, and the control cabinet 34 controls the diesel engine 31 and the generator 32. Where the generator 32 is electrically connected to the main output port and the energy storage device, the cable may pass through the first partition wall 11.
Referring to fig. 8, the heat dissipation device 40 is disposed in the diesel engine compartment 02 and adapted to dissipate heat from the diesel engine 30, and includes a heat dissipation fan 41, where the heat dissipation fan 41 is used to drive air to be exhausted from the air inlet 04 to the air outlet 05 through the air outlet 121.
Referring to fig. 7-9, the dummy load 50 is disposed in the lampblack processing chamber 03 and faces the air inlet 121, and is adapted to be electrically connected to the generator 32 when the generator is in operation, in this embodiment, the dummy load 50 is a plurality of resistors 51 extending along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and the resistors 51 are spaced apart along a third direction.
Specifically, referring to fig. 9, the second partition wall 12 is provided with a mounting frame 122 facing the lampblack treatment cabin, two mounting plates 1221 respectively located at two sides of the air passing opening 121 in the second direction are arranged at intervals in the second direction on the mounting frame 122, a plurality of limiting grooves 12211 extending obliquely upwards are arranged in the third direction on each mounting plate 1221, and abutting surfaces 12212 are formed on opposite surfaces of the two mounting plates 1221; each resistor 51 is disposed between the two corresponding limiting grooves 12211 and provided with an abutting portion 511 adapted to abut against the two abutting surfaces 12212 respectively to limit the movement of the resistor 51 in the second direction. The setting of spacing groove 12211 is convenient for putting into or taking out of resistance 51, and because the slope of spacing groove 12211 upwards extends, spacing groove 12211 still can restrict resistance 51 and move along first direction, every resistance 51 is arranged in between two corresponding spacing grooves 12211 and is equipped with the butt portion 511 that is suitable for two butt faces 12212 of butt respectively in order to restrict resistance 51 and move along the second direction, so, after resistance 51 put into spacing groove 12211, mounting bracket 122 is fixed relatively basically, simple structure uses, and the heat dissipation of each resistance 51 of being convenient for.
The lampblack treatment device 60 includes a smoke exhaust pipe 61, an oil release valve 62, an oil return member 63, a first muffler 64, a second muffler 65 and a purifier 66, which are disposed in the lampblack treatment cabin 03.
Referring to fig. 6-7, the smoke exhaust pipe 61 penetrates through the second partition wall 12 to communicate the smoke outlet and the smoke outlet 06 of the diesel engine 31, and an oil drain port is arranged at the lowest point, and the oil drain valve 62 is suitable for opening and closing the oil drain port; the oil return member 63 is adapted to recover the accumulated oil of the smoke discharge pipe 61 when the oil discharge port is opened. Specifically, the smoke exhaust pipe 61 is U-shaped and is provided with a first section 611, a second section 612 and a third section 613 which are connected in sequence, the second section 612 extends along the second direction, the first section 611 and the third section 613 both extend along the third direction, the first section 611 is communicated with the smoke outlet, the third section 613 is communicated with the smoke outlet 06, and the oil drain is arranged at the second section 612; the dummy load 50 is located above the second section 612. The smoke exhaust pipe 61 is U-shaped, occupies a smaller area, and is reasonable and regular in spatial layout. It should be understood that the second section 612 should have enough clearance from the bottom wall of the box body 10 to facilitate opening of the oil drain port and placement of the oil return member 63, and the oil return member 63 may be a groove-shaped or barrel-shaped container.
The first muffler 64 and the second muffler 65 are respectively installed at the first section 611 and the third section 613, and the purifier 66 is connected in series to the third section 613 and is located below the second muffler 65. The first silencer 64 and the second silencer 65 can reduce the noise of the diesel engine 31 during working, the purifier 66 can purify black smoke to avoid polluting atmosphere, the purifier 66 is connected in series with the third section 613 and is positioned below the second silencer 65, on one hand, the purifier 66 is convenient to detach and replace, so that the maintenance is convenient, on the other hand, the second silencer 65 is close to the smoke exhaust port 06, so that the noise is effectively reduced, and the high space in the diesel engine cabin 02 can be fully utilized, so that the accumulated oil is convenient to collect; the first muffler 64 and the second muffler 65 can also be matched to realize two-stage noise reduction, so that the noise of the power storage station is greatly reduced.
Preferably, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 6 to 7 and fig. 10 to 12, the lampblack treatment device 60 further comprises a drain pipe 67 and a cover 68; the top end of the box body 10 corresponding to the oil fume treatment 03 is provided with a containing groove 17, and the notch of the containing groove 17 is flush with the top plate of the box body 10, so that the top of the box body 10 is integrally more flat, convenient to transport and more attractive; the bottom of the accommodating groove 17 is provided with a water outlet 171 and a smoke outlet 06; the covering piece 68 is provided with a fixing part 681 surrounding the smoke exhaust port 06 and a turning cover 682 in rotary connection with the fixing part 681, the fixing part 681 is provided with a smoke exhaust channel communicated with the smoke exhaust port 06, and the turning cover 682 is suitable for being pushed by oil smoke to open the smoke exhaust channel or for being plugged by gravity, so that the influence of sundries falling into the smoke exhaust pipe 61 on exhaust is avoided, and the protection grade of the whole power storage station is improved;
because of the design of the containing groove 17, water is easy to accumulate in the containing groove 17, the problem can be solved by arranging the drain pipe 67, the drain pipe 67 is arranged in the oil smoke treatment cabin 03, one end of the drain pipe 67 is communicated with the water outlet 171, the other end of the drain pipe is suitable for draining water to the outside of the box body 10, the bottom end of the drain pipe 67 can be communicated with a water outlet box, the outer side of the water outlet box is exposed out of the box body and is of a mesh structure, and the mesh structure forms a water outlet 07, so that water can be drained, and sundries can be prevented from entering the drain pipe 67.
In this embodiment, preferably, the cover plate 172 covers the notch of the accommodating groove 17, and the cover plate 172 is provided with an opening for opening the flip 682, so that excessive water accumulation in the accommodating groove 17 can be avoided.
The filter screen plate 70 avoids the covering member 68 arranged in the accommodating groove 17 and forms a drainage space communicated with the water outlet 171 with the accommodating groove 17. In this embodiment, the filter screen 70 is in a step shape, and the filter screen 70 can cooperate with the bottom and the wall of the receiving groove 17 to form a drainage space. The arrangement of the filter screen 70 can prevent sundries from blocking the water outlet 171.
In practical application, in order to facilitate maintenance, the ladder stand is further arranged and is arranged corresponding to the outside of the oil smoke treatment cabin 03, and accumulated water in the storage tank 17 can be treated or the turnover cover 682 can be maintained.
When the mains supply is normal, the mains supply charges the energy storage equipment, when the mains supply fluctuates or temporarily fails, the energy storage equipment can be used as power supply equipment of the load, and when the mains supply is continuously powered down, the diesel engine set 30 supplies power to the load and charges the energy storage equipment, so that stable power supply of the load is realized; the power distribution cabin 01, the diesel engine group cabin 02 and the oil smoke treatment cabin 03 are sequentially arranged along the first direction, and are reasonable in layout, so that the power distribution assembly 20 and the diesel engine group 30 are convenient to maintain, and the oil smoke treatment of the diesel engine 31 is also convenient; the diesel engine set 30 is used for generating electricity to supply power to a load when the mains supply is powered off, when the load is light load or no-load, the diesel engine 31 of the diesel engine set may be insufficiently combusted, when the diesel engine 31 is insufficiently combusted, not only can black smoke be emitted to pollute the atmosphere, so that the power of the diesel engine set is insufficient, after the diesel engine 31 stops working, fuel residues are condensed and reflowed to cause oil accumulation to block the smoke exhaust pipe 61, so that the exhaust is not smooth in the subsequent working; in the technical scheme, on one hand, the dummy load 50 is arranged, the dummy load 50 is electrically connected with the generator 32 when the generator 32 works so as to ensure that diesel oil of the diesel engine 31 is fully combusted under the working state of the generator 32, so that the power of the diesel engine unit 30 is sufficient, and the problem of insufficient combustion of the diesel engine 31 is solved from the source; the box 10 is provided with an air inlet 04 corresponding to the diesel engine unit cabin 02, an air outlet 05 and an exhaust port 06 corresponding to the oil fume treatment cabin 03, namely, the diesel engine unit cabin 02 is only provided with the air inlet 04, the heat dissipation fan 41 drives air to be exhausted from the air inlet 04 to the air outlet 05 through the air passing port 121, the heat of the diesel engine unit cabin 02 can be exhausted outwards through the air passing port 121, compared with the case 10 provided with the air outlet at the other part corresponding to the diesel engine unit cabin 02, the arrangement can increase the air inlet amount, the heat dissipation fan can dissipate heat of a dummy load 50, and the service life of the dummy load is prevented from being influenced by overheating.

Claims (10)

1. A container power storage station is characterized by comprising
The oil fume purification device comprises a box body (10), wherein a first partition wall (11) and a second partition wall (12) are arranged in the box body (10) along a first direction to divide the box body (10) into a power distribution cabin (01), a diesel unit cabin (02) and an oil fume treatment cabin (03) which are sequentially arranged along the first direction; the box body (10) is provided with an air inlet (04) corresponding to the diesel engine unit cabin (02), and is provided with an air outlet (05) and a smoke outlet (06) corresponding to the oil smoke treatment cabin (03); an air inlet (121) is formed in the second partition wall (12) along the first direction to communicate the diesel engine unit cabin (02) with the oil smoke treatment cabin (03);
the power distribution assembly (20) is arranged in the power distribution cabin (01) and comprises an electric connection device and an energy storage device, the electric connection device is provided with a total input port and a total output port, and the energy storage device is electrically connected with the total input port and the total output port;
a diesel unit (30) comprising a diesel engine (31) and a generator (32), the generator (32) being electrically connected to the main output port and an energy storage device;
the heat dissipation device (40) is arranged in the diesel engine unit cabin (02) and is suitable for dissipating heat of the diesel engine unit (30), and comprises a heat dissipation fan (41), wherein the heat dissipation fan (41) is used for driving wind to be discharged from the wind inlet (04) to the wind outlet (05) through the wind passing opening (121);
a dummy load (50) which is arranged in the lampblack treatment cabin (03) and is opposite to the air passing opening (121) and is electrically connected with the generator (32); and
the oil fume treatment device (60) comprises a smoke exhaust pipe (61), an oil drain valve (62) and an oil return piece (63) which are arranged in an oil fume treatment cabin (03), wherein the smoke exhaust pipe (61) is communicated with a smoke outlet and a smoke outlet (06) of the diesel engine (31), an oil drain opening is formed in the lowest point of the smoke exhaust pipe, and the oil drain valve (62) is suitable for opening and closing the oil drain opening; the oil return piece (63) is suitable for recovering accumulated oil of the smoke exhaust pipe (61) when the oil drain opening is opened.
2. A container storage station as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that said dummy loads (50) are a plurality of resistors (51) extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, said resistors (51) being spaced apart in a third direction; the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are orthogonal.

A container storage station as claimed in claim 2, in which the third direction is vertical; the second partition wall (12) is provided with mounting frames (122) facing the lampblack processing cabin (03), two mounting plates (1221) respectively located on two sides of the air passing opening (121) in the second direction are arranged on the mounting frames (122) at intervals in the second direction, a plurality of limiting grooves (12211) extending upwards in an inclined mode are arranged on each mounting plate (1221) in the third direction, and abutting faces (12212) are formed on opposite surfaces of the two mounting plates (1221); each resistor (51) is arranged between the two corresponding limiting grooves (12211) and is provided with an abutting part (511) which is respectively suitable for abutting against the two abutting surfaces (12212) so as to limit the resistor (51) to move along the second direction.

A container power storage station as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the smoke exhaust pipe (61) is U-shaped and has a first section (611), a second section (612) and a third section (613) connected in sequence, the second section (612) extends along the second direction, the first section (611) and the third section (613) both extend along the third direction, the first section (611) is connected to the smoke outlet, the third section (613) is connected to the smoke outlet (06), and the oil drain is arranged at the second section (612); the dummy load (50) is located above the second segment (612).

A container store power station according to claim 4, characterized in that said fume treatment means (60) further comprises a first muffler (64), a second muffler (65) and a purifier (66); the first silencer (64) and the second silencer (65) are respectively arranged on the first section (611) and the third section (613), and the purifier (66) is connected in series with the third section (613) and is positioned below the second silencer (65).

A container storage station as claimed in claim 5, characterised in that the cooking fume treatment unit (60) further comprises a drain pipe (67) and a cover (68); a containing groove (17) is formed in the top end, corresponding to the oil fume treatment cabin (03), of the box body (10), a notch of the containing groove (17) is flush with a top plate of the box body (10), and a water outlet (171) and the smoke outlet (06) are formed in the bottom of the containing groove (17); the covering piece (68) is provided with a fixing part (681) surrounding the smoke exhaust port (06) and a turning cover (682) in rotary connection with the fixing part (681), the fixing part (681) is provided with a smoke exhaust channel communicated with the smoke exhaust port (06), and the turning cover (682) is suitable for being pushed by oil smoke to open the smoke exhaust channel or for being plugged by gravity; the drain pipe (67) is arranged in the oil smoke treatment cabin (03), one end of the drain pipe is communicated with the water outlet (171), and the other end of the drain pipe is suitable for draining water to the outside of the box body (10).
7. A container storage station as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a filter screen (70); the filter screen plate (70) avoids the covering piece (68) arranged in the containing groove (17) and forms a drainage space communicated with the water outlet (171) with the containing groove (17).

The container power storage station as claimed in claim 7, wherein the box body (10) is provided with a first double-opening door (131) perpendicular to the first direction corresponding to the fume processing compartment (03), and a second double-opening door (132) perpendicular to the first direction corresponding to the power distribution compartment (01);
the box body (10) is further provided with a bottom wall, a top wall, a front side wall (141) and a rear side wall (142), the front side wall (141) and the rear side wall (142) are perpendicular to the second direction, and the second partition wall (12) is detachably and fixedly connected with the bottom wall, the front side wall (141) and the rear side wall (142) of the box body (10).

The container power storage station as claimed in claim 8, wherein the first double-open door (131) is formed with electric louvers, gaps between the electric louvers form the air outlet (05), a plurality of first noise reduction members (151) extending along the second direction are arranged on the inner side of the first double-open door (131) opposite to the air outlet (05) along the third direction, the first noise reduction members (151) are in an inverted V shape and have an obtuse included angle, and an air outlet channel communicated with the air outlet (05) is formed between adjacent first noise reduction members (151);
electric shutters are formed on the front side wall (141) and the rear side wall (142) of the box body (10), gaps among the electric shutters form the air inlet (04), a plurality of second noise reduction pieces (152) extending along the first direction are distributed on the inner side of the front side wall (141) and the inner side of the rear side wall (142) of the box body (10) corresponding to the air inlet (04) along the third direction, the second noise reduction pieces (152) are inverted V-shaped, the included angle of the second noise reduction pieces is smaller than that of the first noise reduction pieces (151), and an air inlet channel communicated with the air inlet (04) is formed between every two adjacent noise reduction pieces (152);
the inner wall that box (10) corresponds diesel engine unit cabin (02) and oil smoke processing cabin (03) is equipped with the isolation layer, the isolation layer is equipped with water absorption plate, fire-retardant layer and acoustic baffle from outside to inside in proper order.

The container power storage station as claimed in claim 9, further comprising an air conditioner (80), wherein the air conditioner (80) is disposed in the power distribution cabin (01) and is used for dissipating heat of the power distribution cabin (01); the box body (10) corresponds preceding lateral wall (141) and back lateral wall (142) of diesel engine unit cabin (02) and all is equipped with first dodge gate (161) of perpendicular to second direction, corresponds distribution cabin (01) is equipped with second dodge gate (162) of perpendicular to second direction.
