the traction mechanism (6) comprises a base (61) and a traction buckle (62); the base (61) is fixed on the rack (1); the number of the traction buckles (62) is two, the traction buckles correspond to the two winding drums (51) respectively, and the traction buckles are connected to the base (61) through a reciprocating mechanism.
