As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, the automatic clothing dispensing apparatus 100 includes a cabinet 110, a plurality of clothing cassette units 120, at least one vertical rail 130, at least one lateral rail 140, a first vertical driving device 150, a second vertical driving device 160, a top driving device 170, and a bottom driving device 180.
Although not explicitly shown in the drawings, the cabinet 110 defines a top space, a bottom space, and first and second vertical spaces between the top and bottom spaces. The top space, the bottom space, the first vertical space, and the second vertical space are used to accommodate a plurality of the bedding bag units 120.
As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the cabinet 110 includes a first cabinet 111, a second cabinet 112, a cabinet cover 113, and a gear 114, and the first cabinet 111 and the second cabinet 112 are fixedly connected to define a top space, a bottom space, a first vertical space, and a second vertical space. Wherein, the front side of the first cabinet body 111 is provided with a cabinet opening 1111, and the cabinet opening 1111 is used for medical personnel to take and put the bedding and clothing. The inner side of the front side plate of the first cabinet 111 is provided with a pushing structure 1112, and the pushing structure 1112 is used for pushing the second stopping structure 1221 of the upper box cover 122 of the bedding and clothing unit 120 in the horizontal direction. Preferably, a bottom surface of the pushing structure 1112 near one end thereof is inclined upward, so that the pushing structure 1112 pushes the second stopping structure 1221 to swing in the horizontal direction through the inclined bottom surface, specifically, pushes the second stopping structure 1221 to swing leftward or rightward. A gear shaft 1113 is further disposed on the first cabinet 111, and the gear shaft 1113 is used for mounting the gear 114.
As shown in fig. 3, the cabinet cover 113 is slidably connected to the first cabinet 111 in an up-and-down direction, and the cabinet cover 113 is used for covering the cabinet opening 1111. Preferably, the cabinet cover 113 opens the cabinet opening 1111 in an upward sliding manner, and shields the cabinet opening 1111 in a downward sliding manner. Further, the inner side of the cabinet cover 113 is provided with a first vertical rack 1131 and a first stopper structure 1132, and the first vertical rack 1131 is engaged with the gear 114 (as shown in fig. 11 to 15) so that the cabinet cover 113 is driven by the rotating gear 114 to move upward, thereby opening the cabinet opening 1111. The first stopping structure 1132 interferes with the second stopping structure 1221 of the box cover 122 on the bedding and clothing unit 120 in the vertical direction, so that the cabinet cover 113 moving upwards drives the box cover 122 to move upwards through the interference between the first stopping structure 1132 and the second stopping structure 1221, thereby opening the box opening 12101 of the bedding and clothing unit 120, and further enabling the automatic bedding and clothing dispensing device 100 to realize that the box opening 1111 and the box opening 12101 are opened simultaneously.
Although not shown, in some embodiments of the present invention, the opened cabinet cover 113 may fall back to a position covering the cabinet opening 1111 by its own weight. Alternatively, a person skilled in the art may also provide a first resetting member between the cabinet cover 113 and the first cabinet 111 as required, so that the cabinet cover 113 falls back to the position shielding the cabinet opening 1111 through the first resetting member. The first return member may be any feasible member, such as a compression spring, a tension spring, etc.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a plurality of the bedding bag units 120 are distributed in at least one of the top space, the bottom space, the first vertical space and the second vertical space, and each bedding bag unit 120 can move to any one of the top space, the bottom space, the first vertical space and the second vertical space, and preferably, when the medical staff changes the clean bedding bag, the bedding bag units 120 sequentially and circularly move in the order of the top space, the first vertical space, the bottom space and the second vertical space. Further preferably, the first vertical space and the second vertical space accommodate a plurality of the bedding bag units 120, respectively. And, only one of the top space and the bottom space accommodates one bedding bag unit 120 at the same time, so that the automatic bedding bag dispensing apparatus 100 can accommodate the largest number of bedding bag units 120 while the bedding bag units 120 can move cyclically in the four spaces, thereby storing more bedding bags.
As shown in fig. 4, the bedding bag unit 120 includes a bag body 121, a bag cover 122, a screw nut 123, and a fixing flange 124. The front side of the box body 121 is provided with a box opening 12101 corresponding to the cabinet opening 1111, and four edges of the box body 121 in the horizontal direction are respectively provided with a slider 1211, so that the box unit 120 to be worn is slidably connected with the vertical guide rail 130 through the slider 1211. Optionally, the slider 1211 is flush with the case 121.
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, a second vertical rack 1212 is further disposed on the front side of the box body 121, and the second vertical rack 1212 is engaged with the gear 114 on the cabinet 110. Preferably, the second vertical rack 1212 is provided on one of the sliders 1211 at the front side of the cartridge body 121.
With continued reference to fig. 4, the left and right sides of the box body 121 are respectively provided with fixing posts 1213 having non-circular cross sections, and the fixing posts 1213 are used for mounting the lead screw nut 123.
With continued reference to fig. 4, the cover 122 is adapted to cover the opening 12101, and the cover 122 is slidably connected to the case body 121 in a vertically movable manner. Preferably, the box cover 122 opens the box opening 12101 in such a manner as to slide forward and upward to prevent the box cover 122 from interfering with the upper box-to-be-worn unit 120 when opened.
Although not shown, in some embodiments of the invention, the opened lid 122 may fall back to the position covering the opening 12101 by its own weight. Alternatively, a second restoring member may be provided between the cover 122 and the case body 121 as needed by those skilled in the art, so that the cover 122 falls back to the position for shielding the opening 12101. The second return member may be any feasible member, such as a compression spring, a tension spring, etc.
As shown in fig. 4 and 8, the outer side of the box cover 122 is provided with a second stopper 1221. The second stopping structure 1221 normally interferes with the first stopping structure 1132 in the vertical direction, and the second stopping structure 1221 can swing left and right in the horizontal direction.
In order to enable the second stopping structure 1221 to swing left and right in the horizontal direction, the second stopping structure 1221 may be a structure made of an elastic material, such as a plastic rod, a metal plate, or the like. Alternatively, the second stopping structure 1221 is pivotally connected to the cover 122, and a torsion spring is disposed between the second stopping structure 1221 and the cover 122 for restoring and maintaining the second stopping structure 1221 at the initial position. When the second stop structure 1221 is in the initial position, the second stop structure 1221 and the first stop structure 1132 interfere with each other in the vertical direction.
With continued reference to fig. 4, the lead screw nut 123 is provided with a long hole through which the lead screw nut 123 is inserted into the fixing post 1213. Wherein the length of the elongated hole is greater than the length of the fixing column 1213 in the vertical direction so that the lead screw nut 123 is able to float in the vertical direction with respect to the case 121. Further, a vertical first sinking groove 1231 is formed at the front end of the lead screw nut 123, a first thread (not shown) is formed on the side wall of the first sinking groove 1231, a vertical second sinking groove 1232 is formed at the rear end of the lead screw nut 123, and a second thread (not shown) is formed on the side wall of the second sinking groove 1232. The lead screw nut 123 is drivingly connected to the first vertical drive 150 via a first thread in the first countersunk 1231 and to the second vertical drive 160 via a second thread in the second countersunk 1232.
Preferably, the maximum floating stroke of the lead screw nut 123 relative to the cassette 121 is equal to the thread pitch of the first lead screw 152 and the second lead screw 162.
Alternatively, one skilled in the art may make the maximum float travel greater or less than the pitch of the first lead screw 152 and the second lead screw 162, as desired. For example, the maximum float behavior is made half the pitch.
With continued reference to fig. 4, a mounting flange 124 is used to secure the lead screw nut 123 to the cassette body 121 in a horizontal orientation. Specifically, the fixing flange 124 is provided with a through hole, the fixing post 1213 is provided with a threaded hole, and after the screw/bolt passes through the through hole of the fixing flange 124, the screw/bolt is screwed into the threaded hole of the fixing post 1213, thereby screwing the fixing flange 124 and the fixing post 1213 together.
With continued reference to fig. 4, the end of the lead screw nut 123 near the fixing flange 124 is further provided with a sinking groove, and the fixing flange 124 comprises a small diameter section inserted into the elongated hole of the lead screw nut 123 and a large diameter section embedded into the sinking groove.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 5 and 9, in a preferred embodiment of some embodiments of the present invention, there are two vertical guide rails 130, the two vertical guide rails 130 are disposed between the first vertical space and the second vertical space, and the vertical guide rails 130 are slidably connected with the box-to-be-worn unit 120 in the first vertical space and the second vertical space, respectively, so that the vertical guide rails 130 guide the movement of the box-to-be-worn unit 120 in the vertical direction. Further, the two vertical rails 130 are respectively located at the left and right sides of the bedding bag unit 120.
As shown in fig. 2 and 9, the vertical guide rail 130 is provided with a first slide groove 131 and a second slide groove 132. The first slide groove 131 is matched with the slide block 1211 at the rear side of the box unit 120, and the second slide groove 132 is matched with the slide block 1211 at the front side of the box unit 120. In other words, the slide 1211 of the rear side of the bedding bag unit 120 located in the first vertical space is fitted into the first slide groove 131. The slide 1211 of the front side of the bedding bag unit 120 located in the second vertical space is inserted into the second slide groove 132.
As can be seen from fig. 2 and 9, the profile of the end surfaces of the first and second chutes 131 and 132 is approximately three-quarters of the oblong shape, and accordingly, the portion of the slider 1211 that fits into the first or second chute 131 or 132 is approximately three-quarters of the oblong shape. Therefore, the first slide groove 131 and the second slide groove 132 can inhibit the rotation of the slide 1211 therein and prevent the movement of the slide 1211 therein in the horizontal direction.
Furthermore, those skilled in the art can set the contour of the end surfaces of the first sliding groove 131 and the second sliding groove 132 to any other feasible structure, such as a rectangle, a semicircle, etc., so that the box unit 120 will not move and swing in the left-right direction under the effect of the combined restriction of the first sliding groove 131 and the second sliding groove 132.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 5 and 10, in preferred embodiments of some embodiments of the present invention, there are two transverse rails 140, and both transverse rails 140 are disposed within the headspace of the cabinet 110. The cross rail 140 is used to carry the lead screw nut 123 to support the movement of the clothes box unit 120 in the head space. In other words, when the magazine unit 120 is in the head space, the lead screw nut 123 of the magazine unit 120 is located above the cross rail 140 and in sliding contact with the cross rail 140.
Further, if the screw nut 123 located in the first vertical space is referred to as a first screw nut, the screw nut 123 located in the second vertical space is referred to as a second screw nut, and a distance between the second sinking groove 1232 of the first screw nut and the first sinking groove 1231 of the second screw nut is referred to as a sinking groove interval, the length of the transverse guide rail 140 is equal to the sinking groove interval.
As shown in fig. 5 and 10, both ends of the cross rail 140 are arc-shaped such that both ends of the cross rail 140 are horizontally matched with the sidewalls of the first and second sink grooves 1231 and 1232, respectively. In other words, projections of both ends of the cross rail 140, the side wall of the first sink groove 1231, and the side wall of the second sink groove 1232 on a horizontal plane almost coincide.
Still further, the distance between the bottom end of the lateral guide rail 140 and the top end of the vertical guide rail 130 is smaller than the minimum distance between the top end of the lead screw nut 123 and the bottom end of the slider 1211, so that the lead screw nut 123 is matched with one end of the lateral guide rail 140 during the ascent of the clothing box unit 120 from the first vertical space or the second vertical space to the top space and before the slider 1211 is disengaged from the vertical guide rail 130, so that the lead screw nut 123 is slidably matched with the lateral guide rail 140 in the vertical direction, so as to guide the clothing box unit 120 to continue to ascend.
Meanwhile, the distance between the top end of the lateral guide rail 140 and the top end of the vertical guide rail 130 is greater than the maximum distance between the bottom end of the screw nut 123 and the bottom end of the slider 1211 to prevent the bottom end of the taken-up cassette unit 120 from interfering with the vertical guide rail 130 in the horizontal direction when the screw nut 123 thereof is positioned on the lateral guide rail 140.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, and 5 to 8, the first vertical driving device 150 includes a first motor 151 and a first lead screw 152, the first motor 151 is fixedly installed at the top of the cabinet 110, and the first lead screw 152 is drivingly connected to a rotating shaft of the first motor 151 through one end thereof. The first lead screw 152 extends into the first vertical space and is in driving connection with the box-to-be-worn unit 120 in the first vertical space. Specifically, the first lead screw 152 is engaged with a first thread corresponding to the first sunk groove 1231 of the lead screw nut 123 in the first vertical space. When the first motor 151 rotates, the first lead screw 152 is engaged with the lead screw nut 123 to move the box unit 120 up or down.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the first vertical driving means 150 of the present invention is not limited to the structure shown in fig. 2, 3, 5 to 8, that is, not limited to the structure of two first motors 151 and two first lead screws 152, but may be a structure in which one first motor 151 simultaneously drives two first lead screws 152. Alternatively, only one first motor 151 and one first lead screw 152 are provided, and accordingly, the lead screw nut 123 of the clothes box unit 120 is also provided as one.
With continued reference to fig. 2, 3, and 5 to 8, the second vertical driving device 160 includes a second motor 161 and a second lead screw 162, the second motor 161 is fixedly installed at the top of the cabinet 110, and the second lead screw 162 is drivingly connected to a rotating shaft of the second motor 161 through one end thereof. The second lead screw 162 extends into the second vertical space and is in driving connection with the box-to-be-worn unit 120 in the second vertical space. Specifically, the second lead screw 162 is engaged with a second thread corresponding to the second sinking groove 1232 of the lead screw nut 123 in the second vertical space. When the second motor 161 rotates, the second lead screw 162 is engaged with the lead screw nut 123 to drive the box unit 120 to ascend or descend.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the second vertical driving device 160 of the present invention is not limited to the structure shown in fig. 2, 3, 5 to 8, that is, not limited to the structure of two second motors 161 and two second lead screws 162, but may be a structure in which one second motor 161 simultaneously drives two second lead screws 162. Alternatively, only one second motor 161 and one second lead screw 162 are provided, and accordingly, the lead screw nut 123 of the clothes box unit 120 is also provided as one.
Preferably, the bottom end of the second lead screw 162 is higher than the vertical guide 130, so that when the clothing box unit 120 enters the second vertical space from the bottom empty surface, the slide 1211 slides into the second slide groove 132, and then the lead screw nut 123 is engaged with the second lead screw 162.
Likewise, the bottom end of the first lead screw 122 may be higher than the vertical guide 130, as required by those skilled in the art.
It is further preferable that both the first motor 151 and the second motor 161 are stepping motors to precisely control the taken-box unit 120 to stop at a position where its box opening 12101 is aligned with the cabinet opening 1111 of the cabinet 110.
In addition, a person skilled in the art may also set a hall sensor on the cabinet 110 and a magnet on the box 121 as required. When the clothing cassette unit 120 stops at a position where its cassette opening 12101 is aligned with the cabinet opening 1111 of the cabinet 110, the hall sensor on the cabinet 110 is triggered, so that the automatic clothing dispensing apparatus 100 determines that the current clothing cassette unit 120 has moved to a position where its cassette opening 12101 is aligned with the cabinet opening 1111 of the cabinet 110, and controls the first motor 151 to stop rotating.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 7 and 10, the top drive 170 is mounted on a rear side panel of the top of the cabinet 110 such that the top drive 170 is aligned with the head space. Further, the top driving device 170 includes a push rod (not labeled in the figures) so that the top driving device 170 pushes the clothing cassette unit 120 to move in the direction from the second vertical space to the first vertical space by the push rod. In other words, the push rod serves to push the bedding bag unit 120 in the head space to move from the right side to the left side in fig. 7.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the top drive 170 may be any feasible power device, such as a pneumatic cylinder, a hydro cylinder, an electric cylinder, and the like.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 7 and 8, a bottom driving device 180 is provided in the bottom space of the cabinet 110 for receiving the pouch unit 120 from the first vertical space, moving the received pouch unit 120 to below the second vertical space, and lifting the pouch unit 120 into the second vertical space. Specifically, the bottom driving device 180 includes a horizontal moving device 181 and a lifting platform 182. The horizontal moving device 181 is used for transporting the bedding and clothing unit 120 along the direction from the first vertical space to the second vertical space, and the lifting platform 182 is used for carrying the bedding and clothing unit 120 and lifting the bedding and clothing unit 120.
Illustratively, the horizontal moving device 181 includes a base, a roller mounted on the base, and a driving device (e.g., a motor) for driving the roller to rotate. The lifting platform 182 is a scissor lift platform disposed above the base. Further, four side edges of the lifting platform 182 are respectively provided with a stop structure, so that the lifting platform 182 limits the movement of the box unit 120 in the horizontal direction through the four stop structures.
The moving path of the bedding bag unit 120 in the cabinet 110 according to some embodiments of the present invention will be briefly described with reference to fig. 9.
The first motor 151 of the first vertical driving device 150 rotates forward to drive the box-to-be-worn unit 120 of the first vertical space to move from top to bottom. When the corresponding box unit 120 for bedding and clothing is moved to the box opening 12101 and the cabinet opening 1111 are aligned, the medical staff can take and place bedding and clothing. When the clothes box unit 120 moves to the bottom of the first vertical space, the bottom driving device 180 is controlled to move below the first vertical space, and the lifting platform 182 is raised. As the first motor 151 continues to rotate, the bedding bag unit 120 gradually moves from the first vertical space to the bottom space, and abuts against the lifting platform 182. When the box unit 120 abuts against the lifting platform 182, the lifting platform 182 is synchronously lowered along with the continuous rotation of the first motor 151 until the box unit 120 is separated from the vertical guide rail 130 and completely enters the bottom space.
Subsequently, the bottom driving device 180 moves the quilt box unit 120 to below the second vertical space, and then causes the lifting platform 182 to lift the quilt box unit 120. When the slide 1211 of the clothing box unit 120 slides into the second slide groove 132 and the top end of the lead screw nut 123 abuts against the second lead screw 162, the second motor 161 is enabled to drive the second lead screw 162 to rotate reversely by a preset angle (for example, 30 °, 45 °, 90 °, 180 °, etc.) and then rotate forward, so as to ensure that the lead screw nut 123 and the second lead screw 162 are meshed together. Alternatively, when the screw nut 123 floats to the lowermost position before contacting the second screw 162, the second motor 161 may drive the second screw 162 to rotate forward directly.
Subsequently, the second motor 161 of the second vertical driving device 160 is rotated forward to drive the taken-up cassette unit 120 of the second vertical space to move from bottom to top. When the clothing box unit 120 moves to the head space, the top driving device 170 pushes the clothing box unit 120 to move to a position aligned with the first vertical space. Then, the first motor 151 is first enabled to drive the first lead screw 152 to rotate reversely by a preset angle (e.g., 30 °, 45 °, 90 °, 180 °) and then rotate forward, so as to ensure that the lead screw nut 123 is engaged with the first lead screw 152, and further ensure that the slide 1211 of the clothing box unit 120 can slide into the first slide groove 131 of the vertical guide rail 130.
The principle of the synchronous opening of the box unit 120 and the cabinet 110 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 11 to 15. Among them, the position reference line 200 shown in fig. 11 to 15 is used to facilitate the understanding of the position change of the clothes box unit 120 by those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, when the second vertical rack 1212 on the box 121 is located above the gear 114, the first vertical rack 1131 on the cabinet cover 113 is engaged with the gear 114. The second stopping structure 1221, which can swing left and right, on the cover 122 interferes with the first stopping structure 1132 in the vertical direction before the cover 122 is opened, and does not interfere with the pushing structure 1112.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, when the second vertical rack 1212 on the box body 121 engages with the gear 114, as the box-covered unit 120 continues to descend, the box body 121 drives the cabinet cover 113 to slide upwards through the engagement among the second vertical rack 1212, the gear 114 and the first vertical rack 1131.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, when the first stopping structure 1132 on which the cabinet cover 113 slides upwards abuts against the second stopping structure 1221 on the box body 121, as the box unit 120 continues to descend, the cabinet cover 113 drives the box body 121 to slide upwards together through the first stopping structure 1132 and the second stopping structure 1221 which abut together.
As shown in fig. 14, when the box body 121 slides upwards, the second stopping structure 1221 on the box cover 122 abuts against the inclined bottom surface of the pushing structure 1112 on the first cabinet 111, or before the second stopping structure 1221 abuts against the inclined bottom surface of the pushing structure 1112 on the first cabinet 111, the cabinet opening 1111 and the box opening 12101 are opened simultaneously. At this time, the medical staff can take out the bedding and clothing in the box body 121 and put the bedding and clothing in the box body 121.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, when the box body 121 slides upwards, and the second stopping structure 1221 on the box cover 122 abuts against the inclined bottom surface of the pushing structure 1112 on the first cabinet 111, the second stopping structure 1221 continues to rise with the continued descending of the box-to-be-worn unit 120. The second stop structure 1221 is pushed in the horizontal direction by the inclined bottom surface of the pushing structure 1112, so that the second stop structure 1221 swings to a position out of interference with the pushing structure 1112. At this time, the cartridge cover 122 falls back by its own weight or the restoring member, and shields the cartridge opening 12101 again. Further, as the bedding unit 120 continues to descend, the second vertical rack 1212 is disengaged from the gear 114, and thus the cabinet cover 113 is caused to fall back to a position where it again shields the cabinet opening 1111 by its own weight or a restoring member.
In an application scenario of the automatic bedding and clothing dispensing device 100 of the present invention, the cabinet 110 is further provided with a touch screen and a card swiping area, so that medical staff can know how many sets of clean bedding and clothing are left in the automatic bedding and clothing dispensing device 100 according to information displayed by the touch screen, and the medical staff can issue a command for taking and placing the bedding and clothing to the automatic bedding and clothing dispensing device 100 through the touch screen. The card swiping area is used for identifying the ID card of the medical staff. When medical personnel place the ID card of oneself on the district of punching the card, medical personnel's identity information is discerned to ID recognition device that the automatic dispensing equipment of bedding and clothing was built-in to authorize medical personnel to get when identity information authentication succeeds and put the bedding and clothing.
In this application scenario, the staff in the warehouse puts the clean bedding and clothing into the bedding and clothing box unit 120, and then the medical staff takes and puts the bedding and clothing as required.
When the staff in the warehouse puts clean bedding in the bedding box unit 120, the bedding box unit 120 can move along the following paths in sequence: the first vertical space → the bottom space → the second vertical space → the top space → the first vertical space, and may also move in order along the following paths: first vertical space → head space → second vertical space → bottom space → first vertical space.
When the medical staff changes to get the coveralls (get clean coveralls and put in the coveralls to be cleaned), or, only get the coveralls (get clean coveralls only and not put in the coveralls to be cleaned), the coveralls box unit 120 may move in sequence along the following paths: first vertical space → bottom space → second vertical space → top space → first vertical space.
Based on the foregoing description, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the automatic bedding and clothing dispensing device 100 of the present invention not only facilitates the taking and placing of bedding and clothing by medical staff, but also has a compact and simple structure, and can enable the bedding and clothing box unit 120 and the cabinet 110 to be opened synchronously.
As shown in fig. 16 to 18, in still other embodiments of the present invention, the automatic bedding and clothing dispensing device 100 further includes at least one supporting seat 190 that does not interfere with the lead screw nut 123, and the supporting seat 190 is disposed on a side of the lead screw away from the lead screw nut 123 and is fixedly connected to the cabinet 110. Illustratively, the supporting seat 190 is plural, and a portion of the supporting seat 190 is fixed to the front side wall of the cabinet 110 by bolts and a portion of the supporting seat 190 is fixed to the rear side wall of the cabinet 110 by bolts.

As shown in fig. 18, the support seat 190 fixed to the front side wall of the cabinet 110 and the lead screw nut 123 together clamp the first lead screw 152 in the middle in the horizontal direction, and thus achieve the fixation of the first lead screw 152 in the horizontal direction.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, by having the lead screws (the first lead screw 152 and the second lead screw 162) clamped by the support base 190 and the lead screw nut 123 in the horizontal direction, bending deformation of the lead screws (the first lead screw 152 and the second lead screw 162) during long-term use is avoided, and disengagement of the lead screws (the first lead screw 152 and the second lead screw 162) from the lead screw nut 123 due to deformation is avoided. Thereby ensuring the reliability of the engagement between the lead screws (the first lead screw 152 and the second lead screw 162) and the lead screw nut 123 and the service life of the lead screws.
Preferably, the cross-section of the concave curved surface 191 has a profile that is a portion of a circle, which is preferably no more than half of a circle.
Further preferably, each lead screw corresponds to at least three supporting seats 190, and the at least three supporting seats 190 are distributed at equal intervals along the axial direction of the lead screw.
As shown in fig. 16 and 17, the concave curved surface 191 is provided with a grease groove 192, and the grease groove 192 is used for receiving grease and coating the received grease on the lead screw (the first lead screw 152 or the second lead screw 162).
As shown in fig. 16 to 18, an oil storage cavity 193 is formed at the top of the support seat 190, the support seat 190 is further provided with a passage 194 communicating the oil storage cavity 193 with the oil filling groove 192, the oil storage cavity 193 is used for storing grease, and the grease in the oil storage cavity 193 flows to the oil filling groove 192 through the passage 194 under the action of self gravity.
As can be seen in fig. 17 and 18, the bottom surface of the oil chamber 193 is gradually inclined downward from the end away from the passage 194 to the end close to the passage 194, so that the grease in the oil chamber 193 can flow to the passage 194 along the bottom wall of the oil chamber 193, and waste of the grease is avoided.
The lubrication principle of the support seat 190 for the lead screw is as follows: the grease in the oil chamber 193 can flow to the grease groove 192 through the passage 194 by its own weight, and thus is coated on the lead screw (the first lead screw 152 or the second lead screw 162). Grease on the lead screw (the first lead screw 152 or the second lead screw 162) is uniformly coated on the entire lead screw by the lead screw nut 123 as the lead screw nut 123 moves up and down relative to the lead screw, thereby achieving lubrication of the entire lead screw.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that in other embodiments of the present invention, the support base 190 not only ensures the reliability of the screw during operation, but also provides lubrication to the screw.
