s3, the air pump 32 pumps external air into the fixed block 31, the air flow passes through the processing block 33, the filter block 35 of the processing block 33 filters dust of the air, the drying agent stored in the drying block 34 absorbs water vapor, the dry dust-free air flow is stored in the fixed block 31, before each bending, the winding assembly 36 rotates to wind the pull rope 37, the pull rope 37 pulls the plug 39 to move, the plug 39 moves to open the opening of the air pipe 41, the air flow is sprayed out through the air pipe 41 and the air spraying plate 42, the air flow flushes the surface of the lower die 8, so that impurities possibly attached to the lower die 8 are blown off, the subsequent bending effect is improved, and the first spring 40 is used for resetting the plug 39, so that the air pipe 41 is plugged again;
s4, when bending, the second spring 43 upwards bounces the protective guard 48, so that the protective guard 48 has a protective effect, when the internal plate is prevented from bending, the plate is prevented from jumping out, the external staff is prevented from being damaged, and the mistaken touch bending area of the external staff is avoided, so that the safety is improved, when protection is not needed, the fourth motor 45 rotates to drive the reel 46, the reel 46 rotates to wind the connecting rope 47, the connecting rope 47 pulls the protective guard 48 to move, and the protective guard 48 is retracted back into the accommodating groove 49.

s1, when a die is required to be disassembled to move out of a bending machine, a motor (9) rotates to drive a gear (10) to rotate, the gear (10) rotates to drive a toothed plate (19) to move, the toothed plate (19) moves to drive a pushing plate (13) to move, a supporting rod (12) of the pushing plate (13) slides on a supporting plate (11), the pushing plate (13) pushes the disassembled upper die (7) and lower die (8) to push the upper die (7) and lower die (8) out of the bending machine, and when the upper die (7) and the lower die (8) are required to be pushed back onto the bending machine, a sucker (14) of the pushing plate (13) is attached to the outer walls of the upper die (7) and the lower die (8), a cylinder (16) drives a piston (17) to move, and the piston (17) moves to enable the sucker (14) to be gradually under pressure, so that the sucker (14) is attached to the upper die (7) and the lower die (8) by the pushing plate (13), and the die (7) is quickly pulled out, and the die is convenient to move, so that the die is convenient to move, and the die is easy to pull;
