1. A high-quality production system for new material paint is characterized by comprising a box body, wherein a disc distributing mechanism, a premixing mechanism and a remixing mechanism are sequentially arranged along the vertical direction of the box body;
a plurality of groups of raw material storage units are arranged in the disc separating mechanism, and raw materials with different components are stirred in the disc separating mechanism respectively;
the pre-mixing mechanism comprises a plurality of groups of discharging assemblies respectively corresponding to the raw material storage units, a transfer assembly for sequentially receiving, mixing and outputting raw materials discharged along the discharging assemblies, and a powder spraying assembly arranged below the transfer assembly and used for quantitatively outputting reflective powder;
the remixing mechanism performs multi-stage stirring on the raw materials mixed and output by the premixing mechanism.

the outer cylinder is elastically connected with the inner cylinder through a plurality of groups of elastic pieces, a feed port penetrates through the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder, and an upper cover is arranged on the feed port in an interference fit mode.
