Description

Coptis detoxification paste, preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a coptis detoxifying ointment, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The Diabetic Foot (DF) is one of the most common chronic complications of Diabetes (DM), the treatment includes medical treatment, local debridement, dressing application, surgical treatment, etc., the treatment of DF ulcer is usually very troublesome, patients usually have conditions of vascular ischemia, neuropathy and infection at the same time, the medical comprehensive treatment, surgical debridement and amputation are the main treatment means, the prognosis is often poor, the cost is high, and great pain is brought to patients.
The local treatment of the wound surface is a key step in DF treatment, and the traditional internal medicine dressing change treatment principle is to ensure the full drainage of the ulcer wound surface, the removal of necrotic tissues and the local dryness and permeability on the basis of full infection resistance. The traditional Chinese medicine preparation has certain advantages on treating DF ulcer, can accelerate wound healing, is particularly effective on promoting wound healing of a postoperative section or a freshly debrided wound, reduces the amputation rate and the infection rate, reduces the cost of patients and improves the life quality of the patients.
In addition, the 2016 american counseling committee for pressure sores, more commonly referred to as pressure sores, redefined to define and stage the pressure sores, refers to localized damage to the skin and/or underlying tissues, usually at the site of bony prominence, or associated with medical devices or other implements, hereinafter collectively referred to as pressure sores. The pressure sores not only bring pain to patients, but also reduce the life quality of the patients, increase the economic burden of the patients, cause serious infection and general failure and even endanger life when the over-large pressure sores are not cured for a long time.
Modern Chinese medicine considers that pressure sores are mostly caused by qi consumption and blood consumption after long-term illness and big illness of patients and by long-term lying impairment of qi and blood circulation caused by bedridden failure, and are also partially caused by qi and blood loss and circulation at the pressed parts of the patients, local skin loss of warm-up nourishing and skin and flesh necrosis; the disease condition will be aggravated by the damage and toxicity of the skin due to the rubbing and rubbing. The concept is consistent with the causes of pressure, shearing force, friction force and the like in the pressure sore generation mechanism at home and abroad.
The pressure sores are divided into 4 stages, cannot be staged and deep tissue loss, wherein the pressure sores in the 3 and 4 stages are formed into ulcers due to the damage of the whole skin, severe necrotic tissues reach the bone surface, and the wounds are often combined and infected, so that the treatment difficulty is high. 3. The treatment and care of the stage 4 pressure sore is a troublesome problem for a long time which is confused by clinical nursing personnel, and in severe cases, the life is threatened due to septicemia caused by secondary infection.
According to the principle of comprehensive treatment and nursing measures, local treatment is mainly used for treating pressure sores, and whole-body treatment is used as auxiliary treatment. The clinical dressing change method is that various brands such as Kanghuier transparent paste, foam paste, silver ion dressing, alginate dressing and the like are applied. The existing documents also record that the traditional Chinese medicine has more definite curative effect on the bedsore than the western medicine. However, how to correctly apply external application of traditional Chinese medicine to treat pressure sores still has certain defects clinically.
On the basis, the invention provides a coptis detoxifying ointment and a preparation method thereof.
