step one, tensioning, wherein the recycled paper is sequentially transmitted along the outer side wall of a main rotating roller (205) and the outer side wall of an auxiliary rotating roller (208), the main rotating roller (205) rotates anticlockwise along a main shaft (202) under the cooperation of a first bearing (204) in the transmission process, the auxiliary rotating roller (208) rotates anticlockwise along an auxiliary shaft (206) under the cooperation of a second bearing (207), if the recycled paper is loose, a tension spring (209) can drive a swing arm (203) to rotate clockwise under the elastic deformation of the tension spring, so that the auxiliary shaft (206) can be driven to rotate clockwise, and the recycled paper can be tensioned by the auxiliary rotating roller (208);
step two, creasing, namely, enabling the regenerated paper to be transmitted to the middle position of a first creasing roller (305) and a second creasing roller (309) by clockwise rotation of a side rotating roller (303) along a first fixed shaft (302), then enabling the regenerated paper to be creased by clockwise rotation of the first creasing roller (305) along a second fixed shaft (304) and anticlockwise rotation of the second creasing roller (309) along a sliding shaft (308), and then enabling the sliding shaft (308) to slide up and down along the adjusting rod (306) under the coordination of a pressure spring (307) by rotating an adjusting nut (310) to move up and down along the adjusting rod (306), further enabling the second creasing roller (309) to be far away from or close to the first creasing roller (305), and completing depth adjustment of the regenerated paper;
step three, folding, namely detachably connecting a first connecting rod (503) with a first supporting rod (501), adjusting the distance between a first folding wheel (506) and the first supporting rod (501), inserting the first supporting rod (501) into a first locking sleeve (502), detachably connecting the first supporting rod (501) with the outer side wall of the rack (1) through the first locking sleeve (502), adjusting the operation angle of the first folding wheel (506), and then rotating the first folding wheel (506) along a first wheel shaft (505) to enable two sides of the recycled paper to be sunken inwards along two ends of the first folding wheel (506), and limiting and guiding the recycled paper to complete first folding operation in the transmission process of the recycled paper under the matching of a first guide rod frame (4) and a first paper limiting supporting rod (504);
step four, performing secondary folding, namely detachably connecting a second connecting rod (703) and a second supporting rod (701), adjusting the distance between a second folding wheel (706) and the second supporting rod (701), inserting the second supporting rod (701) into a second locking sleeve (702), detachably connecting the second supporting rod (701) and the outer side wall of the rack (1) through the second locking sleeve (702), adjusting the operation angle of the second folding wheel (706), rotating the second folding wheel (706) along a second wheel shaft (705) in a support (704) to enable two sides of the recycled paper to be recessed inwards along two ends of the second folding wheel (706), and limiting and guiding the recycled paper to complete secondary folding operation in the transmission process of the recycled paper under the matching of a second guide rod frame (6) and a second paper limiting supporting rod (707);
gluing, namely gluing the recycled paper after the secondary folding at the middle position of the second folding component (7) and the third folding component (9) through a gluing device (8) arranged on the outer side wall of the rack (1);
