The fish skin descaler according to claim 5, further comprising a shaking and dropping mechanism (9) for knocking the descaler (2), wherein the shaking and dropping mechanism (9) comprises a support leg (91), a pendulum (92), a second sliding frame (93), a first guide rod (94), a first spring (95) and a cam (96), the cam (96) is connected to an output shaft of the motor (73), the first guide rod (94) is connected to the left side of the support leg (1), the second sliding frame (93) is slidably connected to the first guide rod (94), the first spring (95) is connected between the second sliding frame (93) and the first guide rod (94), the first spring (95) is wound on the first guide rod (94), the support leg (91) is connected to the right side of the support leg (1), the pendulum (92) is rotatably connected to the support leg (91), the pendulum (92) is slidably connected to the second sliding frame (93), the output shaft of the motor (73) rotates to drive the cam (96) to rotate, and when a convex portion of the cam (96) is in contact with the second sliding frame (93), the second sliding frame (92) rotates counterclockwise to knock the descaler (2).

The fish skin descaler according to claim 7, further comprising a scraping mechanism (11) for cleaning the roller (3), wherein the scraping mechanism (11) comprises a scraping plate (111), a second guide rod (112) and a third spring (113), the upper part and the lower part of the descaler (2) are respectively connected with the second guide rod (112), the scraping plate (111) is respectively connected on the second guide rod (112) in a sliding manner, the third spring (113) is respectively connected between the second guide rod (112) and the scraping plate (111) sliding thereon, and the third spring (113) is wound on the second guide rod (112).
