In an embodiment, the peripheral wall 112 is formed by sequentially connecting the first wall 1121, the second wall 1122, the third wall 1123 and the fourth wall 1124 by welding, the first wall 1121 connects the third wall 1123 and the fourth wall 1124 by welding, the second wall 1122 connects the third wall 1123 and the fourth wall 1124 by welding, the gap at the connection of the first wall 1121 and the third wall 1123, the gap at the connection of the second wall 1122 and the third wall 1123, the gap at the connection of the third wall 1123 and the fourth wall 1124 and the gap at the connection of the fourth wall 1124 and the first wall 1121 are sealed by welding, so that the risk of leakage of gas or liquid in the first space 111 through the above-mentioned gaps can be reduced, and the risk of foreign matters outside the first space 111 entering the first space 111 through the above-mentioned gaps can be reduced, thereby reducing the risk of contaminating the cell assembly 20.
In an embodiment, the second housing 12 is connected to the top wall 113, the second housing 12 and the top wall 113 enclose a second space 121, and the first space 111 and the second space 121 are respectively located at two sides of the top wall 113 along the third direction Z.
In an embodiment, the top wall 113 is provided with a first through hole 1131 penetrating therethrough, and the first through hole 1131 is capable of communicating the first space 111 and the second space 121.
In an embodiment, the top wall 113 is provided with a second through hole 1132, and the second through hole 1132 can communicate with the first space 111 and the second space 121.
In one embodiment, the electrochemical device 100 further includes a first terminal 51. In some embodiments, the electrochemical device 100 further includes a second terminal 52. The first terminal 51 is partially accommodated in the first space 111 and is used for electrically connecting the battery cell assembly 20, and a portion of the first terminal 51 passes through the first through hole 1131 and extends into the second space 121 to connect the circuit board 30. The second terminal 52 is partially accommodated in the first space 111 and is used for electrically connecting the battery cell assembly 20, and a portion of the second terminal 52 passes through the second through hole 1132 and extends into the second space 121 to connect the circuit board 30. The first terminal 51 and the second terminal 52 allow the battery cell assembly 20 to be electrically connected to the circuit board 30, and the battery cell assembly 20 can be charged and discharged through the first terminal 51 and the second terminal 52. In one embodiment, the first terminals 51 are connected to the circuit board 30 by direct contact. In one embodiment, the second terminals 52 are connected to the circuit board 30 by direct contact. In one embodiment, one of the first terminal 51 and the second terminal 52 is a positive connection terminal of the cell assembly 20, the other is a negative connection terminal of the cell assembly 20, and the first terminal 51 and the second terminal 52 are used for inputting and outputting electric energy of the cell assembly 20.
In one embodiment, the electrochemical device 100 further includes a second seal 42. In an embodiment, the electrochemical device 100 further includes a third sealing member 43. The second sealing member 42 is at least partially filled in the first through hole 1131, the second sealing member 42 filled in the first through hole 1131 connects the first terminal 51 and the inner wall of the first through hole 1131, and fills the gap between the first terminal 51 and the inner wall of the first through hole 1131, the second sealing member 42 can play a sealing role, the risk that gas or liquid in the first space 111 leaks out through the gap between the first terminal 51 and the inner wall of the first through hole 1131 is reduced, and the risk that sundries outside the first space 111 enter the first space 111 through the gap between the first terminal 51 and the inner wall of the first through hole 1131 is reduced. The third sealing member 43 is at least partially filled in the second through hole 1132, the third sealing member 43 filled in the second through hole 1132 connects the second terminal 52 and the inner wall of the second through hole 1132, and fills the gap between the second terminal 52 and the inner wall of the second through hole 1132, the third sealing member 43 can play a role in sealing, reducing the risk of leakage of gas or liquid in the first space 111 through the gap between the second terminal 52 and the inner wall of the second through hole 1132, and reducing the risk of entry of sundries outside the first space 111 into the first space 111 through the gap between the second terminal 52 and the inner wall of the second through hole 1132.
In one embodiment, the second sealing member 42 is formed by filling a gap between the first terminal 51 and the inner wall of the first through hole 1131 with a second sealant and then curing. In an embodiment, the second sealant includes, but is not limited to, any of an epoxy, a thermally conductive silicone gel, a hot melt adhesive, and a poly-thinner compound.
In one embodiment, the third sealing member 43 is formed by filling a gap between the second terminal 52 and the inner wall of the second through hole 1132 with a third sealant and then curing. In an embodiment, the third sealant includes, but is not limited to, any of an epoxy, a thermally conductive silicone gel, a hot melt adhesive, and a poly-thinner compound.
In an embodiment, the electrochemical device 100 further includes a third terminal 53. In one embodiment, the electrochemical device 100 further includes a fourth terminal 54. Part of the third terminal 53 is accommodated in the second space 121 and is connected with the circuit board 30, part of the third terminal 53 is connected with the first terminal 51 to be electrically connected with the battery cell assembly 20, part of the fourth terminal 54 is accommodated in the second space 121 and is connected with the circuit board 30, part of the fourth terminal 54 is connected with the second terminal 52 to be electrically connected with the battery cell assembly 20, and the battery cell assembly 20 is connected with the third terminal 53 through the first terminal 51 and is connected with the fourth terminal 54 through the second terminal 52 to be electrically connected with the circuit board 30.
In an embodiment, the first terminal 51, the second terminal 52, the third terminal 53 and the fourth terminal 54 are elastically deformable and flexible structures, the first terminal 51 is connected to the third terminal 53, the second terminal 52 is connected to the fourth terminal 54 before the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 are connected in a matched manner, and then the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 are connected in a matched manner, so that the influence of the relative movement of the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 on the connection of the first terminal 51 to the third terminal 53 and the connection of the second terminal 52 to the fourth terminal 54 can be reduced, and the risk of the connection failure of the first terminal 51 and the third terminal 53 and the risk of the connection failure of the second terminal 52 and the fourth terminal 54 can be reduced through the elastic deformation of the first terminal 51, the second terminal 52, the third terminal 53 and the fourth terminal 54.
In an embodiment, the top wall 113 is provided with a third through hole 1133, and the third through hole 1133 can communicate with the first space 111 and the second space 121.
In one embodiment, the electrochemical device 100 further includes a first wire harness 55, a portion of the first wire harness 55 is accommodated in the first space 111 and is used for connecting the battery cell assembly 20, and a portion of the first wire harness 55 passes through the third through hole 1133 and extends into the second space 121 to electrically connect the circuit board 30.
In an embodiment, the electrochemical device 100 further includes a second wire harness 56, where the second wire harness 56 is accommodated in the second space 121, and the second wire harness 56 is connected to the first wire harness 55 and the circuit board 30, so that the circuit board 30 is electrically connected to the cell assembly 20 through the first wire harness 55 and the second wire harness 56, and the circuit board 30 can obtain electrical signal information, such as voltage information and electrical quantity information, of each cell 21 in the cell assembly 20. Optionally, the circuit board 30 obtains voltage information of the battery cell 21 through the first wire harness 55 and the second wire harness 56.
In an embodiment, the first wire harness 55 includes the first connector 551, the second wire harness 56 includes the second connector 561, the first connector 551 and the second connector 561 are pluggable and connected, and the first wire harness 55 and the second wire harness 56 are pluggable and connected through the connectors, so that the connection efficiency can be improved, and the assembly time can be shortened.
In an embodiment, the first wire harness 55 and the second wire harness 56 are flexible structures capable of being deformed, before the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 are connected in a matched manner, the first wire harness 55 and the second wire harness 56 are connected in a plug manner, then the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 are connected in a matched manner, and the influence of the relative movement of the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 on the connection of the first wire harness 55 to the second wire harness 56 can be reduced through the elastic deformation of the first wire harness 55 and the second wire harness 56, so that the risk of connection failure of the first wire harness 55 and the second wire harness 56 is reduced.
In an embodiment, the top wall 113 is further provided with a fixing portion 1139, where the fixing portion 1139 is disposed on a surface of the top wall 113 and located in the second space 121, and the fixing portion 1139 can be used to connect the first wire harness 55 and/or the second wire harness 56 to limit movement of the first wire harness 55 and/or the second wire harness 56, so as to reduce an influence of shaking of the electrochemical device 100 on the first wire harness 55 and/or the second wire harness 56. In an embodiment, the fixing portion 1139 includes a buckle having an elastic opening, and the buckle can receive the first wire harness 55 and/or the second wire harness 56 and release the first wire harness 55 and/or the second wire harness 56 through elastic deformation of the buckle opening. Optionally, a portion of the second harness 56 is connected to the fixing portion 1139.
In an embodiment, the electrochemical device 100 further includes a fourth sealing member 44, the fourth sealing member 44 is at least partially filled in the third through hole 1133, the fourth sealing member 44 filled in the third through hole 1133 connects the first wire harness 55 and the inner wall of the third through hole 1133, and fills the gap between the first wire harness 55 and the inner wall of the third through hole 1133, the fourth sealing member 44 can perform a sealing function, reduce the risk of leakage of the gas or liquid in the first space 111 through the gap between the first wire harness 55 and the inner wall of the third through hole 1133, and reduce the risk of foreign matters outside the first space 111 entering the first space 111 through the gap between the first wire harness 55 and the inner wall of the third through hole 1133, thereby reducing the risk of contamination of the cell assembly 20.
In one embodiment, the fourth seal 44 is formed by post-curing the fourth sealant to fill the gap between the first bundle 55 and the inner wall of the third through hole 1133. In an embodiment, the fourth sealant includes, but is not limited to, any of an epoxy, a thermally conductive silicone gel, a hot melt adhesive, and a poly-thinner compound.
In an embodiment, the second housing 12 includes a fifth wall 122, a sixth wall 123, a seventh wall 124, an eighth wall 125, and a ninth wall 126, the fifth wall 122 and the sixth wall 123 are disposed opposite to each other along the first direction X, the seventh wall 124 and the eighth wall 125 are disposed opposite to each other along the second direction Y, the ninth wall 126 is disposed opposite to the top wall 113 along the third direction Z, the ninth wall 126 connects the fifth wall 122, the sixth wall 123, the seventh wall 124, and the eighth wall 125, the fifth wall 122, the sixth wall 123, the seventh wall 124, and the eighth wall 125 each connect the top wall 113, and the fifth wall 122, the sixth wall 123, the seventh wall 124, the eighth wall 125, the ninth wall 126, and the top wall 113 enclose to form a second space 121.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in an embodiment, the battery cell 21 includes a battery cell housing 211, an electrode assembly 212, and a tab 213, the electrode assembly 212 is disposed inside the battery cell housing 211, a portion of the tab 213 is disposed inside the battery cell housing 211 and connected to the electrode assembly 212, and a portion of the tab 213 extends out of the battery cell housing 211.
In one embodiment, the electrode assembly 212 includes a positive electrode sheet, a negative electrode sheet, and a separator (not shown) disposed between the positive electrode sheet and the negative electrode sheet, the positive electrode sheet, the separator, and the negative electrode sheet being wound or stacked to form the electrode assembly 212.
In one embodiment, the cell housing 211 includes a first cell housing 2111 and a second cell housing 2112 connected to each other, and after the first cell housing 2111 and the second cell housing 2112 are folded in opposite directions, an internal space capable of accommodating the electrode assembly 212 is formed. In one embodiment, the battery cell housing 211 includes a first battery cell housing and a second battery cell housing (not shown) that are separated from each other, and the first battery cell housing and the second battery cell housing are attached to each other to form an inner space capable of accommodating the electrode assembly 212.
In one embodiment, the cell housing 211 includes a main body portion 2113 and a sealing portion 2114 connected to each other, the sealing portion 2114 extending from the main body portion 2113, the electrode assembly 212 being received in the main body portion 2113, and the tab 213 extending from the sealing portion 2114 to the cell housing 211. The edge sealing portion 2114 includes a top edge sealing 21141 and a side edge sealing 21142 which are connected to each other, the top edge sealing 21141 is located at an end of the main body portion 2113 along the third direction Z, the side edge sealing 21142 is located at an end of the main body portion 2113 along the second direction Y, and the tab 213 protrudes from the cell housing 211 by the top edge sealing 21141. In one embodiment, the number of side seals 21142 is two, with two side seals 21142 located at opposite ends of the main body portion 2113 in the second direction Y, respectively, and a top seal 21141 located between and connecting the two side seals 21142. Tab 213 includes a positive tab 2131 and a negative tab 2132, positive tab 2131 being connected to the positive plate and negative tab 2132 being connected to the negative plate. In one embodiment, positive tab 2131 and negative tab 2132 are located on the same side of cell housing 211. In one embodiment, positive tab 2131 and negative tab 2132 are located at opposite ends of cell housing 211 (not shown).
As an example, the positive electrode tab 2131 and the negative electrode tab 2132 are positioned on the same side of the cell case 211 will be further described below.
Referring to fig. 2,3 and 7, in one embodiment, a plurality of the battery cells 21 are stacked in sequence along the first direction X.
In an embodiment, the electrochemical device 100 further includes a plurality of seventh sealing members 45, wherein portions of the plurality of seventh sealing members 45 connect the first wall 1121 and the third wall 1123, portions of the plurality of seventh sealing members 45 connect the second wall 1122 and the fourth wall 1124, portions of the plurality of seventh sealing members 45 connect the fourth wall 1124 and the first wall 1121, the plurality of seventh sealing members 45 can function as a seal, sealing the gap between the first wall 1121 and the third wall 1123, the gap between the second wall 1122 and the fourth wall 1124, and the gap between the fourth wall 1124 and the first wall 1121, reducing the risk of gas or liquid in the first space 111 passing through the gaps, and reducing the risk of impurities outside the first space 111 from leaking into the first space 111 through the gaps, thereby reducing the risk of contaminating the cell assembly 20.
In one embodiment, the seventh seal 45 comprises foam and optionally, the seventh seal 45 comprises waterproof foam.
In one embodiment, the seventh seal 45 is formed by post-curing a sealant applied to the junction of adjacent two of the first, second, third, and fourth walls 1121, 1122, 1123, 1124. In an embodiment, the sealant includes, but is not limited to, any of an epoxy, a thermally conductive silicone gel, a hot melt adhesive, and a poly-dilute compound.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 7 and fig. 8 in combination, in an embodiment, the top wall 113 includes a first surface 11341 and a second surface 11342 opposite to each other, the first surface 11341 faces the first space 111, the second surface 11342 faces the second space 121, the first through hole 1131, the second through hole 1132 and the third through hole 1133 penetrate through the first surface 11341 and the second surface 11342, and the fixing portion 1139 is disposed on the second surface 11342.
In one embodiment, the top wall 113 is provided with a first recess 11343, the first recess 11343 is provided on the first surface 11341, and the opening of the first recess 11343 faces the bottom wall 115. In one embodiment, portions of the first, second, third, and fourth walls 1121, 1122, 1123, 1124 are inserted into the first recess 11343 such that the first, second, third, and fourth walls 1121, 1122, 1123, 1124 are connected to the top wall 113.
In one embodiment, the electrochemical device 100 further includes a fifth sealing member (not shown) at least partially filling the first recess 11343 and contacting inner walls connecting the first wall 1121, the second wall 1122, the third wall 1123, the fourth wall 1124 and the first recess 11343. The fifth seal member can function as a seal, reducing the risk of leakage of gas or liquid from the first space 111 through the gap between the peripheral wall 112 and the first recess 11343, and reducing the risk of contamination of the cell assembly 20 by foreign objects from the first space 111 entering the first space 111 through the gap between the peripheral wall 112 and the first recess 11343.
In one embodiment, the fifth seal is formed by a fifth sealant that is cured after filling within the first recess 11343. In an embodiment, the fifth sealant includes, but is not limited to, any of an epoxy, a thermally conductive silicone gel, a hot melt adhesive, and a poly-thinner compound.
In an embodiment, the top wall 113 is further provided with a second protrusion 1136, the second protrusion 1136 is disposed on the first surface 11341 and extends out of the first surface 11341, the first through hole 1131 penetrates through the second protrusion 1136, the second protrusion 1136 further limits the movement of the first terminal 51, increases the surface area of the inner wall of the first through hole 1131, and improves the sealing effect of the second sealant.
In an embodiment, the top wall 113 is further provided with a third protrusion 1137, the third protrusion 1137 is disposed on the first surface 11341 and extends out of the first surface 11341, the second through hole 1132 penetrates through the third protrusion 1137, the third protrusion 1137 further limits the movement of the second terminal 52, increases the surface area of the inner wall of the second through hole 1132, and improves the sealing effect of the third sealant.
In an embodiment, the top wall 113 is further provided with a fourth protrusion 1138, the fourth protrusion 1138 is disposed on the first surface 11341 and extends out of the first surface 11341, the third through hole 1133 penetrates through the fourth protrusion 1138, the fourth protrusion 1138 further limits the movement of the first wire bundle 55, increases the surface area of the inner wall of the third through hole 1133, and improves the sealing effect of the fourth sealant.
Referring to fig. 3, 9 and 10 in combination, in one embodiment, the bottom wall 115 includes a third surface 11511 and a fourth surface 11512 opposite to each other, the third surface 11511 faces toward the first space 111, and the fourth surface 11512 faces away from the first space 111.
In one embodiment, the bottom wall 115 is provided with a second recess 11513, the second recess 11513 is provided on the third surface 11511, and the second recess 11513 is open to the top wall 113. In one embodiment, portions of the first, second, third, and fourth walls 1121, 1122, 1123, 1124 are inserted into the second recess 11513 such that the first, second, third, and fourth walls 1121, 1122, 1123, 1124 are connected to the bottom wall 115.
In one embodiment, the electrochemical device 100 further includes a sixth seal (not shown) at least partially filling the second recess 11513 and contacting the inner walls connecting the first wall 1121, the second wall 1122, the third wall 1123, the fourth wall 1124, and the second recess 11513. The sixth seal can function as a seal, reducing the risk of gas or liquid in the first space 111 leaking out through the gap where the peripheral wall 112 connects with the second recess 11513, and reducing the risk of debris outside the first space 111 entering the first space 111 through the gap where the peripheral wall 112 connects with the second recess 11513.
In one embodiment, the sixth seal is formed by filling the second recess 11513 with a sixth sealant and then curing. In an embodiment, the sixth sealant includes, but is not limited to, any of an epoxy, a thermally conductive silicone gel, a hot melt adhesive, and a poly-thinner compound.
In one embodiment, third surface 11511 is coupled to cell assembly 20 and is configured to support cell assembly 20. Optionally, the third surface 11511 is planar, and the planar third surface 11511 can reduce impact on the cell assembly 20 when the electrochemical device 100 is rocked.
In an embodiment, the bottom wall 115 is further provided with a first protruding portion 1153, the first protruding portion 1153 is disposed in the second recess 11513, and the first protruding portion 1153 extends from the bottom wall 115 of the second recess 11513 toward the top wall 113. The portion of the peripheral wall 112 extending into the second recess 11513 abuts against the first protrusion 1153, so that a gap exists between the peripheral wall 112 and the bottom wall 115 of the second recess 11513, and the sixth sealing member filled in the second recess 11513 can be fully contacted with the peripheral wall 112, so that the risk that the sealing effect is affected due to the fact that the sixth sealing member is too small in the second recess 11513 due to close fit between the peripheral wall 112 and the second recess 11513 is reduced.
In an embodiment, the number of first protrusions 1153 is plural, first protrusions 1153 are spaced apart from each other and disposed in second recess 11513, a portion of first protrusions 1153 is abutted against first wall 1121, a portion of first protrusions 1153 is abutted against second wall 1122, a portion of first protrusions 1153 is abutted against third wall 1123, and a portion of first protrusions 1153 is abutted against fourth wall 1124.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4 in combination, in an embodiment, the electrochemical device 100 further includes an interposer 60, where the interposer 60 is disposed in the first space 111, and the interposer 60 is connected to the plurality of tabs 213 for electrically connecting the battery module 20 and the circuit board 30. The interposer 60 is located between the cell housing 211 and the top wall 113, the interposer 60 is electrically connected to the plurality of cells 21 by connecting the plurality of tabs 213, the interposer 60 electrically connects the plurality of cells 21 to the circuit board 30 by connecting the first terminal 51 and the second terminal 52, and the interposer 60 electrically connects the plurality of cells 21 to the circuit board 30 by connecting the first wire harness 55.
In an embodiment, the interposer 60 includes a substrate 61 and a plurality of conductive members 62, wherein the plurality of conductive members 62 are disposed on the substrate 61 along the first direction X, and the conductive members 62 are used for electrically connecting the tabs 213. In one embodiment, portions of the plurality of conductive elements 62 are connected to the first terminal 51. In one embodiment, portions of the plurality of conductive elements 62 are connected to the second terminal 52. In one embodiment, portions of the plurality of conductive members 62 connect the first wire harness 55. In one embodiment, the substrate 61 includes a PCB (Printed Circuit Board, abbreviated as PCB) board. In one embodiment, the first wire harness 55 is electrically connected to the plurality of conductive members 62 through wires within the PCB board.
In one embodiment, the plurality of conductive elements 62 are integrally formed with the substrate 61. In an embodiment, the plurality of conductive members 62 are integrally formed with the substrate 61 by injection molding, and a part of the conductive members 62 is embedded in the substrate 61. The conductive member 62 is connected with the substrate 61 by injection molding, so that the working efficiency can be improved, and the manufacturing cost of the adapter plate 60 can be saved.
In an embodiment, a portion of the conductive member 62 is exposed on a side of the substrate 61 facing the top wall 113, the substrate 61 is provided with a fourth through hole 611, and the fourth through hole 611 is capable of allowing the tab 213 to pass through the substrate 61, so that the tab 213 can extend out of the substrate 61 to connect with the conductive member 62. In an embodiment, the number of the fourth through holes 611 is plural, and the plurality of fourth through holes 611 are arranged at intervals along the first direction X, and optionally, each of the fourth through holes 611 is provided for one tab 213 to pass through.
In an embodiment, the conductive member 62 is disposed between two fourth through holes 611 adjacent to each other along the first direction X, and the tab 213 is bent toward the adjacent conductive member 62 after passing through the fourth through holes 611 and is in contact with the conductive member 62. In an embodiment, two adjacent tabs 213 along the first direction X penetrate through the fourth through hole 611 and then bend in opposite directions, and are connected to the same conductive member 62. In one embodiment, the tab 213 is connected to the conductive member 62 by welding.
In an embodiment, the fourth through holes 611 include two parts, and the two parts of the fourth through holes 611 are disposed at intervals along the second direction Y, so that two tabs 213 on the same cell 21 can be penetrated out of the fourth through holes 611. In an embodiment, the plurality of conductive members 62 includes two portions, and the two conductive members 62 are spaced apart along the second direction Y, so that all the tabs 213 are electrically connected through the plurality of conductive members 62.
Referring to fig. 2, 3,4 and 11, in one embodiment, the second casing 12 is provided with a first connecting hole 127, the top wall 113 is provided with a second connecting hole 116, and the electrochemical device 100 further includes a fastener 80, where the fastener 80 connects the first connecting hole 127 and the second connecting hole 116, so that the second casing 12 is fixedly connected with the first casing 11. In an embodiment, the first connection hole 127 penetrates the second housing 12 in the third direction Z, the second connection hole 116 includes a threaded hole, the fastener 80 includes a bolt, and a portion of the fastener 80 is threaded into the second connection hole 116 after penetrating the first connection hole 127. In an embodiment, the first connecting hole 127 penetrates the ninth wall 126 along the third direction Z.
In one embodiment, the peripheral wall 112 is provided with a third connection hole 1120, and the fastener 80 passes through the first connection hole 127 and is connected to the second connection hole 116 and the third connection hole 1120 to fixedly connect the peripheral wall 112, the top wall 113 and the second case 12, thereby further improving the strength and sealing of the electrochemical device 100. Optionally, the first wall 1121 is provided with a third connection hole 1120. Optionally, the second wall 1122 is provided with a third connecting hole 1120.
In one embodiment, the number of the first coupling holes 127, the second coupling holes 116, and the fasteners 80 are equal, and the positions of the first coupling holes 127 and the second coupling holes 116 correspond.
In one embodiment, the number of the first, second, third and fastening holes 127, 116, 1120 and 80 is equal, and the positions of the first, second and third connecting holes 127, 116 and 1120 correspond.
In one embodiment, the electrochemical device 100 further includes a connection member 70, wherein the connection member 70 is detachably connected to the second case 12, a portion of the connection member 70 is located in the second space 121 and is detachably electrically connected to the circuit board 30, and a portion of the connection member 70 protrudes from the second case 12 and protrudes from the outer case 10. In an embodiment, when assembling the connection circuit board 30 and the second housing 12, the second portion 32 may be first placed in the second space 121 and fixedly connected to the ninth wall 126, and then the first portion 31 may be placed in the second space 121 and connected to the second portion 32. This mounting does not require any particular area of the first portion 31 and the second portion 32 and can reduce the impact of the relative sizes of the first portion 31 and the second portion 32 on the design of the circuit board 30.
In summary, in the electrochemical device 100 of the present application, the casing 10 seals and protects the battery cell assembly 20 through the first housing 11, and the components on the circuit board 30 are at least partially covered and protected through the first sealing member 41 in the second housing 12, so that the protection performance of the electrochemical device 100 can be improved, and the influence of impurities in the external environment on the electrochemical device 100 can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 14, an embodiment of the present application further provides an electrical device 200, including the electrochemical device 100 described in any of the foregoing embodiments, where the electrochemical device 100 is capable of providing electrical energy to the electrical device 200.
In an embodiment, powered device 200 includes, but is not limited to, any one of an unmanned aerial vehicle, an electric automobile, an electric two-wheeled vehicle, a household appliance, and a robot.
In the electric equipment 200, the electrochemical device 100 can adapt to complex working condition environments, such as corrosive liquid environments or wind-sand environments, so that the influence of external environments on the electrochemical device 100 can be reduced, and the influence of performance loss of the electrochemical device 100 on the electric equipment 200 due to the complex environment influence is reduced.
Further, other variations within the spirit of the present application will occur to those skilled in the art, and it is intended, of course, that such variations be included within the scope of the present application as disclosed herein.
