Background
The activated sludge process is a biological treatment technology for wastewater, and is a main method for biological treatment of wastewater with activated sludge as a main body. This technique mixes and agitates the wastewater with activated sludge and aerates the wastewater to decompose organic contaminants in the wastewater, the biosolids are then separated from the treated wastewater, and a portion may be returned to the aeration tank as desired. The activated sludge inhabits the microbiota mainly containing zoogloea, has strong capability of adsorbing and oxidizing organic matters, and utilizes biological condensation, adsorption and oxidation of the activated sludge to decompose and remove organic pollutants in sewage.
In the prior art, the activated sludge used for water treatment is mixed with light sludge, and the adsorptivity and the oxidability of the light sludge are weak, so that the water treatment effect is poor.

According to the sludge screening device provided by the invention, the concentration hopper is arranged in the concentration area, and the light sludge collected by the sludge collecting weir flows into the concentration hopper in the concentration area for concentration, so that the concentrated sludge can be reused conveniently, and the utilization rate of the sludge is improved.

The water body containing the activated sludge in the biochemical tank enters a screening area in the sludge screening device from the bottom, heavy sludge with relatively heavy specific gravity in the water body is screened out by the sludge screening device and then flows back to the biochemical tank for water treatment again, so that the content of the heavy sludge in the water body is improved, and light sludge with relatively light specific gravity is screened into a concentration area for concentration, the sludge age of the sludge is prolonged, and the water treatment effect is further improved.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made apparent and fully in view of the accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown. Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the sludge screening device provided by the invention comprises a main body 1, a filler 2 and sludge receiving weirs 3, wherein a cavity is formed in the main body 1, a partition plate 11 is arranged in the cavity, one side of the partition plate 11 is provided with a screening area 12, the other side of the partition plate is provided with a concentration area 13, the bottom of the main body 1 is provided with an opening, a plurality of layers of filler 2 are arranged in the screening area 12, a plurality of layers of grids 21 are arranged on the filler 2, the grids 21 between adjacent layers are arranged in a staggered manner, a plurality of sludge receiving weirs 3 are arranged in the screening area 12 and are positioned above the filler 2, a sludge receiving pipe 31 is connected below the sludge receiving weirs 3, and the sludge receiving pipe 31 is communicated with the concentration area 13.
The filler 2 is not particularly limited in this embodiment, and four layers of the mesh 21 are provided on the filler 2 in this embodiment to conform to the actual situation.
The filler 2 is made of a polymer material, and specifically, in this embodiment, the filler 2 is made of modified PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride ).
When the water body containing the activated sludge flows upwards from the bottom of the main body 1, as the grids 21 between adjacent layers on the filler 2 are staggered, the water body which can be guided to pass through forms rotational flow, heavy sludge with relatively large specific gravity and dense specific gravity in the water body is intercepted below the filler 2, loose light sludge with relatively light specific gravity such as flocculent sludge, free bacteria, filiform bacteria and the like flows upwards along with the water flow direction and falls into the sludge receiving weir 3 under the action of gravity and then flows into the concentration zone 13, so that the light sludge can be screened out from the water body, the content of the heavy sludge in the water body is improved, the intercepted heavy sludge prefers the population of microorganisms, the sedimentation ratio of the sludge is improved, the microorganism concentration in the water body is increased, the sludge age of the sludge is prolonged, and the biological denitrification and dephosphorization effects in the water treatment are improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the grids 21 of the filler 2 are polygonal, the ends of the grids 21 are aligned with the central positions of the grids 21 of the adjacent layers, so that the grids 21 between the adjacent layers are uniformly and alternately arranged, when a water body flows upwards from the bottom grid 21, the upward water flow is divided into multiple strands by the grids 21 which are alternately arranged, the flowing water body is disturbed by the multiple layers of grids 21, the water body which is guided to pass through forms rotational flow, so that heavy sludge can naturally settle, light sludge rises to the sludge receiving weir 3 along with the water flow and flows into the concentration area 13, the settlement ratio of activated sludge is improved, the content of the heavy sludge in the water body is improved, the sludge age of the sludge is prolonged, the water treatment effect is further improved, and the water treatment device has the advantages of simple structure and obvious treatment effect.
As shown in fig. 3, the grid 21 in this embodiment is hexagonal, two short sides of the hexagon are parallel and have equal length, and the other four sides are parallel and have equal length.
As shown in fig. 1, a concentration hopper 4 is disposed in the concentration zone 13, a sludge discharge pipe 41 is disposed at the bottom of the concentration hopper 4, and light sludge collected by the sludge collecting weir 3 flows into the concentration hopper 4 in the concentration zone 13 for concentration, and the concentrated sludge can be reused after being output by the sludge discharge pipe 41, so that the utilization rate of the sludge is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, the upper ends of the screening area 12 and the concentration area 13 are respectively provided with a water outlet pipe 5, the water outlet pipe 5 is positioned above the sludge collecting weir 3, and the lighter water flow rises to the water outlet pipe 5 for discharging as the light sludge falls into the sludge collecting weir 3 and the concentration hopper 4 under the action of gravity. The water outlet pipes 5 are arranged at different heights, so that the height of the liquid level in the main body 1 can be controlled, and the rising water flow can be further controlled.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the present embodiment is different from the above-described embodiment in that the mesh 21 in the present embodiment has an equilateral triangle shape, and the triangles of the mesh 21 between adjacent layers are arranged in opposite directions.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the present embodiment is different from the above embodiment in that the mesh 21 is square in shape in the present embodiment, in which the vertices of one layer of mesh 21 coincide with the center of the mesh 21 of an adjacent layer.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 8, the present invention provides a sludge screening system, which adopts the sludge screening device in the above embodiment, and further comprises a biochemical tank 6, wherein the biochemical tank 6 is filled with sewage containing activated sludge, the sludge screening device is arranged in the biochemical tank 6, and the bottom of the screening area of the main body 1 is communicated with the biochemical tank 6.
The water body containing the activated sludge in the biochemical tank 6 is conveyed to the sludge screening device from the bottom of the screening area of the main body 1, the heavy sludge with relatively large specific gravity and dense specific gravity in the water body is intercepted at the bottom of the main body 1 by the sludge screening device, loose light sludge such as flocculent sludge, free bacteria, filiform bacteria and the like with relatively light specific gravity flows upwards along with the flow direction of water, and falls into the sludge receiving weir 3 under the action of gravity and flows into the concentration area 13, so that the light sludge can be screened out from the water body, the content of the heavy sludge in the water body is improved, the intercepted heavy sludge prefers the population of microorganisms, the sedimentation ratio of the sludge is improved, the concentration of microorganisms in the water body is increased, the sludge age of the sludge is prolonged, and the biological denitrification and dephosphorization effects in the water treatment are improved.
