Detailed Description
The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
As shown in fig. 1 to 20, the present invention provides a mahjong machine based on cloud data sharing in a basic hardware structure part, and the overall plan scheme of the mahjong machine is as follows:
the outer shell 100 is used as a basic supporting structure of a hardware structure part, a control center 11 is arranged below the bottom of the outer shell 100, and a shuffling cavity 1, a shuffling mechanism 2, a card lifting mechanism 3, a card storing mechanism 4, a card storing and pushing mechanism 5, a card taking mechanism 6 and a card dealing mechanism 7 are arranged in the outer shell 100; arranging one hundred forty-four mahjong tiles to form the whole mahjong tile set 200, embedding an identification chip in each mahjong tile 201 of one mahjong tile set, and recording the ID coding information of each mahjong tile through the chip; in addition, in order to meet the requirement that the subsequent tile lifting mechanism adsorbs and lifts tiles through magnetic acting force, the whole mahjong tiles are made of magnetic materials, or the magnetic materials are embedded in the mahjong tiles. The chip structure is not shown in the figures, and specifically referring to the information identification technology in the prior art, for example, a radio frequency tag or other ID chip may be provided on each mahjong tile, and correspondingly, a radio frequency reader/writer or other ID card reader may be provided at each identification point of the mahjong machine.
Setting four mahjong machines in different rooms in different places or the same place, wherein each player participates in the game at the current player position on the local mahjong machine, and the four player positions of each mahjong machine are respectively arranged corresponding to four directions of the southeast, the northwest and the north of the geographical direction; each mahjong machine sets one of four directions of south, east, west and north as a current player position; the four mahjong machines are all connected through cloud data sharing communication, identification and marking are carried out through a chip of each mahjong tile, the four mahjong machines carry out shuffling, opening, dealing, playing and other operations through cloud data sharing at the same time, and moving personnel do not need to gather on the same mahjong tile table in the same room and do not interfere with each other; the four mahjong machines are independently arranged and run simultaneously, so that cheating, thousand-year-out and other illegal operations are not easy to occur; the game platform can bring real experience to players, can meet the requirement of simultaneously carrying out activities by players in different places, has no potential safety hazard, avoids cheating, thousands of illegal operations and the like, and provides a fair and healthy game platform.
The overall structural features of each mechanism are as follows:
the control center 1 is used for connecting a power supply and a cloud server.
The shuffling cavity 1 is arranged in the middle of the outer shell 100, and the shuffling cavity 1 is opened on the top surface of the outer shell 100 to form a depressed cavity type shuffling cavity; the shuffling chamber 1 is used for accommodating all the mahjong tiles 201, and all the mahjong tiles 201 can be pushed into the shuffling chamber 1 from the top opening of the shuffling chamber 1.
The shuffling mechanism 2 is arranged on the inner bottom surface of the shuffling cavity 1; the shuffling mechanism 2 is used to rotationally agitate the entire set of tiles 200, thereby disordering the sequence of all the tiles.
The mahjong tile storage mechanism 4 comprises a circular mahjong tile storage groove rail 41, the mahjong tile storage groove rail 41 is arranged at a position above the outer portion of the mahjong tile shuffling cavity 1 in a surrounding mode, and the mahjong tile storage groove rail 41 is used for arranging and storing all mahjong tiles so that the mahjong tiles can be output and dealt through the mahjong tile storage groove rail 41 when a mahjong game is subsequently carried out.
The card lifting mechanism 3 is arranged on the side wall of the shuffling cavity 1, and the card lifting mechanism 3 is used for lifting the mahjong cards in the shuffling cavity 1 to the same height as the card storage groove rail 41 so as to be transferred to the inside of the card storage groove rail 41 for storage and standby.
The mahjong tile storing and pushing mechanism 5 is connected between the top end of the mahjong tile lifting mechanism 3 and the mahjong tile storing groove rail 41, and the mahjong tile storing and pushing mechanism 5 is used for pushing and transferring mahjong tiles 201 lifted to the top end by the mahjong tile lifting mechanism 3 to the mahjong tile storing groove rail 41 and storing the mahjong tiles in the mahjong tile storing groove rail in a regular arrangement mode.
The mahjong tile taking mechanism 6 is arranged at the position below the mahjong tile storage groove rail 41, a mahjong tile falling port 49 is formed in the mahjong tile storage groove rail 41, and the mahjong tile taking mechanism 6 is used for receiving mahjong tiles falling from the mahjong tile falling port 49 and transmitting the mahjong tiles to the mahjong tile distributing mechanism 7.
The dealing mechanism 7 is connected between the top surfaces of the dealing mechanism 6 and the outer shell 100, and the dealing mechanism 7 is used for conveying mahjong on the dealing mechanism to the tile outlet on the top surface of the outer shell.
At least two card outlets are arranged on the top surface of the outer shell 100, one of the two card outlets is a card dealing outlet 102, and the other card outlet is a card playing outlet 101 of a hitting and hitting bar;
when the mahjong is normally dealt and played in the mahjong game activity, the dealing mahjong is conveyed to the corresponding dealing outlet 102 from the dealing outlet 102 by the dealing mechanism 7, and the mahjong played by the players in different places is also output from the dealing outlet of the corresponding player position of the local mahjong machine;
if a player needs to eat the collision bar hu and the mahjong tiles played by the current player form a combination, the player needing to eat the collision bar hu takes the mahjong tile from the tile dealing and playing port 102 of the current player position on the local mahjong machine and brightens the mahjong tile together with other mahjong tiles combined with the same, and the other three mahjong machines correspondingly output the other mahjong tiles combined brightly and brightly at the same time of the collision bar hu playing port 101 of the player needing to eat the collision bar hu;
and the dealing sequence is switched according to the mahjong game rule or the game is ended.
The first embodiment is as follows:

the main structure of the outer shell 100 is a square bottom plate 103 and a top plate 104;
four corners of the top plate 104 are fixedly connected to the bottom plate 103 through four support columns 105, and four sides of the top plate 104 form four player positions; a round hole is arranged in the middle of the top plate 104, and corresponds to the top opening of the shuffling cavity, so that the round hole is used as a card inlet of the shuffling cavity 1; a card dealing and dealing port 102 and a card eating and hitting port 101 are respectively arranged at positions corresponding to each player position on the top surface of the top plate 104, each card dealing and dealing port 102 is arranged at the lower left corner of each player position, and correspondingly, each card eating and hitting port 101 is arranged at the middle of each player position.
A layer of table top plate can be further arranged above the top plate 104, the specific structures of the top plate 104, the bottom plate 103, the supporting columns 105 and the table top plate can be directly technical structures in the prior art, and the size can be adjusted adaptively according to the use requirement in actual operation.
Secondly, the specific structure of the shuffling mechanism 2:
the control center 11 is fixedly arranged below the middle part of the bottom plate 103, the shuffling power mechanism 23 is arranged at the center position of the control center 11, the shuffling turntable 21 and the shuffling propeller 22 are arranged at the middle position above the bottom plate 103, and a power output shaft of the shuffling power mechanism penetrates through the bottom plate from the lower part of the bottom plate and then is connected to the shuffling turntable 21 and the shuffling propeller 22 to provide power to drive the shuffling turntable 21 and the shuffling propeller 22 to rotate, so that the arrangement sequence of all the mahjong tiles is stirred and disordered; the shuffling power mechanism 23, the shuffling rotary disc 21 and the shuffling propeller 22 form the shuffling mechanism 2.
The integral structure of the shuffling power mechanism 23, the shuffling rotary disk 21 and the shuffling propeller 22 of the shuffling mechanism 2, as well as the outer shell, the shuffling mechanism 2 and the control center 11 can adopt the structure of a mahjong machine in the prior art, and only the installation and connection structure on the top plate and the bottom plate of the outer shell needs to be adaptively improved.
Further, the specific structure of the shuffling cavity 1 and the card lifting mechanism 3 is as follows:
four card lifting mechanisms 3 are uniformly distributed around the shuffling turntable 21; the four card lifting mechanisms 3 are connected end to end in sequence and mutually combined to form a square space, and the square space forms the card shuffling cavity 1.
The main structure of each card lifting mechanism 3 is composed of a lifting guide member 31, a card lifting support 32, a card lifting power mechanism 33 and a card lifting conveying belt 34, wherein the card lifting support 32 is fixedly connected and supported between the top plate 104 and the bottom plate 103 and surrounds the periphery of the shuffling rotary table 21, and the card lifting power mechanism 33 and the card lifting conveying belt 34 are positioned and supported by the card lifting support 32 and are arranged in the space between the top plate and the bottom plate.
The rising guide member 31 is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the shuffling turntable 21, and a rising guide slope 311 extending obliquely upward from the upper surface of the shuffling turntable is provided on the rising guide member 31; the tile lifting conveying belt 34 is installed on the tile lifting support 32 in a tensioning mode through a tile lifting driving wheel 35, a tile lifting driven wheel 36 and an auxiliary tensioning wheel 37, the tile lifting power mechanism 33 is provided with a tile lifting motor, a power output shaft of the tile lifting motor is connected to the tile lifting driving wheel 35 and provides power to drive the driving wheel 35 to rotate, and therefore the tile lifting conveying belt 34 is driven to circularly rotate on the tile lifting support 32 around the tile lifting driving wheel 35, the tile lifting driven wheel 36 and the auxiliary tensioning wheel 37; the card raising driven wheel 36 is a magnetic wheel made of a magnetic material; when the shuffling rotary disk 21 rotates, mahjong tiles are stirred by the shuffling screw 22, so that the mahjong tiles are obliquely pushed upwards along the ascending guide inclined surface 311 to a position close to the lower part of the mahjong tile ascending driven wheel 36; the mahjong lifting driven wheel 36 formed by the magnetic wheel is absorbed by magnetic acting force and absorbs and keeps mahjong tiles on the mahjong lifting conveying belt along with the circular operation of the mahjong lifting conveying belt; the mahjong tiles can be adsorbed on the tile lifting conveying belt in a mode that the front side faces the tile lifting conveying belt or the back side faces the tile lifting conveying belt according to the conveying requirements of the mahjong tiles and the magnetic point position characteristics of the mahjong tiles.
The shuffling mechanism, the shuffling cavity and the card lifting mechanism directly adopt a shuffling barrel structure in the prior art and perform adaptive size adjustment on the basis of the technical structure in the prior art.
Further, the specific structure of the card storage mechanism 4 is as follows:
the circular card storage groove rail 41 is fixedly supported and installed in the space between the bottom plate 103 and the top plate 104 through a plurality of supporting feet 42, and is specifically positioned at the position above the outside of the card shuffling cavity 1 and below the top plate 104; the top surface of the mahjong tile storage groove rail 41 is provided with an inner circular groove and an outer circular groove to form an inner mahjong tile storage groove 44 and an outer mahjong tile storage groove 45; notches are arranged on the inner groove wall and the outer groove wall 43 of the inner card storage groove 44 corresponding to the tail ends of the card lifting conveying belts 34 of the four card lifting mechanisms to form an inner card storage opening 46 of the inner card storage groove 44 and an outer card storage opening 47 of the outer card storage groove 45; and the outer card storage opening 47 and the inner card storage opening 46 are both located in the same diametrical direction of the card storage groove rail 41, i.e., the outer card storage opening 47 and the inner card storage opening 46 are aligned with each other.
A mahjong storage pushing block is arranged above the mahjong storage groove rail 41, a channel mahjong pushing power mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the mahjong storage groove rail and is connected to the channel mahjong pushing power mechanism, four inner-ring mahjong pushing blocks 407 and four outer-ring mahjong pushing blocks 408 can be arranged respectively, and the four inner-ring mahjong pushing blocks 407 and the four outer-ring mahjong pushing blocks 408 are driven to move along the circumferential direction of the mahjong storage groove rail through the channel mahjong pushing power mechanism, so that mahjong tiles are pushed to move rotationally and are arranged and stored along the mahjong storage groove rail; the channel tile pushing power mechanism can be provided with an external power mechanism 402 and an internal power mechanism 401 which respectively drive four inner ring tile pushing blocks 407 and four outer ring tile pushing blocks 408, so that mahjong tiles on the inner tile storage channel 44 and the outer tile storage channel 45 are respectively pushed to move along the circumferential direction; a lower base plate 48 may be further provided to further improve mechanical strength and operational support stability of the mechanical structure.
After the mahjong tiles lifted by the tile lifting mechanism 3 from the shuffling cavity enter the inner tile storage channel 44 through the inner tile storage port 46, the channel tile pushing power mechanism drives the four inner-ring tile pushing blocks to push the mahjong tiles to rotate and move along the inner tile storage channel, so that the mahjong tiles are arranged and stored in the inner tile storage channel; after the inner mahjong tile storage channel is arranged and stored with full mahjong tiles, the mahjong tiles enter the outer mahjong tile storage channel 45 through the outer mahjong tile storage port 47, and the channel tile pushing power mechanism drives the four outer mahjong tile pushing blocks to push the mahjong tiles to rotate and move along the outer mahjong tile storage channel, so that the mahjong tiles are arranged and stored in the outer mahjong tile storage channel.
Until all the mahjong tiles in the shuffling cavity are lifted by the tile lifting mechanism and stored in the tile storage groove rail 41; the number of mahjong tiles which can be stored in the inner mahjong tile storage channel 44 and the outer mahjong tile storage channel 45 of the mahjong tile storage groove rail 41 can be larger than or equal to the number of the whole mahjong tile pair, namely one hundred and forty-four mahjong tiles; that is, the outer mahjong tile storage channel 45 may or may not be filled with all mahjong tiles.
The slot type mahjong tile pushing power mechanism and the mahjong tile storage pushing block can be formed by combining a mechanism capable of moving along the circumferential direction of the mahjong tile storage slot rail in the prior art with common knowledge and performing adaptive improvement.
Further, the storage card pushing mechanism 5 has the specific structure that:
each card lifting mechanism 3 is connected to the card storage groove rail 41 through a card storage pushing mechanism 5; the basic supporting structure of each mahjong storage pushing-in mechanism 5 is a mahjong storage pushing-in support 51, an arc mahjong pushing-in transition groove rail 52 is arranged at the top end of the mahjong storage pushing-in support 51, one end of the mahjong pushing-in transition groove rail 52 is connected to the mahjong lifting conveying belt 34 of the mahjong lifting mechanism 3, and the other end of the mahjong pushing-in transition groove rail is connected to the inner mahjong storage opening 46 of the mahjong storage groove rail 41;
an outlet pushing motor 53 is arranged below the stored mahjong pushing support 51 along the vertical direction, and an output shaft of the outlet pushing motor 53 extends upwards along the vertical direction and penetrates through a mounting plate of the stored mahjong pushing support 51 to be connected with a mahjong pushing crank arm 54 at the top end; after the mahjong tiles are conveyed to the tail end of the tile lifting conveying belt 34 by the tile lifting conveying belt 34 of the tile lifting mechanism 3, the tile pushing crank arm 54 is driven to rotate around the axis of the output shaft of the tile pushing motor at the outlet when the tile pushing motor 53 at the outlet is started, so that the mahjong tiles at the tail end of the tile lifting conveying belt of the tile lifting mechanism are pushed to the tile storage groove rail.
Further, the specific structure of the card-taking mechanism 6 is as follows:
the bottom plates of the inner card storage channel 44 and the outer card storage channel 45 of the card storage groove rail 41 are respectively provided with a card falling port 49 corresponding to the middle part of each player position; the positions, corresponding to the middle of each player position, below the tile falling port 49 of the tile storage groove rail 41 are respectively provided with a tile taking mechanism 6, the main structure of each tile taking mechanism 6 is respectively provided with a first tile taking motor 61, a second tile taking motor 62, a third tile taking motor 63, a front lifting table 64, a rear lifting table 65, a guide frame 66 and a tile taking push rod 67, and after the first tile taking motor 61, the second tile taking motor 62, the third tile taking motor 63, the front lifting table 64, the rear lifting table 65, the guide frame 66, the tile taking push rod 67 and other necessary auxiliary parts and standard parts are combined and connected, a set of tile taking mechanism 6 is formed.
The front lifting platform 64 is arranged at a position corresponding to the lower part of the mahjong falling port of the inner mahjong storage channel 44, the rear lifting platform 65 is arranged at a position corresponding to the lower part of the mahjong falling port of the outer mahjong storage channel 45, and the top surfaces of the front lifting platform 64 and the rear lifting platform 65 and the bottom surfaces of the inner mahjong storage channel 44 and the outer mahjong storage channel are positioned on the same horizontal plane; the mahjong tiles in the tile falling port of the inner tile storage channel 44 and the tile falling port of the outer tile storage channel 45 are respectively taken and transferred through the front lifting platform 64 and the rear lifting platform 65.
A first crank 68 is connected to an output shaft of the first tile taking motor 61, a second crank 69 is connected to an output shaft of the second tile taking motor 62, the front lifting platform 64 is driven to lift up and down through the first crank 68 when the first tile taking motor 61 rotates, and the rear lifting platform 65 is driven to lift up and down through the second crank 69 when the second tile taking motor 62 rotates.
The main supporting structure of the guide frame 66 is formed by combining and connecting a guide plate 661, a guide rod 662, a synchronous belt 663 and other necessary auxiliary parts and standard components;
the guide plate 661 is arranged along the vertical direction, the upper part of the outer side of the guide plate 661 is provided with a longitudinal guide rod 662, the lower part of the guide plate 661 is provided with a guide groove 663, the lower end of the card-taking push rod 67 is slidably arranged in the guide groove 663, and is fixedly arranged on the synchronous belt 663 through a clamping block 664; a slide block 665 is arranged above the clamping block 664, and the slide block 665 is slidably sleeved on the guide rod 662; the third card-taking motor 63 is connected to a card-taking driving wheel 666 of the synchronous belt 663; when the mahjong tiles loaded on the front lifting platform 64 and/or the rear lifting platform 65 are lifted to the same height as the card dealing mechanism, the third card taking motor 63 drives the clamping block 664 through the synchronous belt 663 to drive the card taking push rod 67 to move back and forth along the guide rod 662, so that the mahjong tiles on the front lifting platform 64 and/or the rear lifting platform 65 are pushed forward to the card dealing mechanism; the front lifting platform 64 and the rear lifting platform 65 can be pushed to descend simultaneously, the third tile taking motor 63 drives the clamping block 664 through the synchronous belt 663 to drive the tile taking push rod 67 to move back and forth along the guide rod 662, and two mahjong tiles on the front lifting platform 64 and the rear lifting platform 65 can be pushed simultaneously; or the front lifting platform 64 and the rear lifting platform 65 can descend in turn, and the third card taking motor 63 drives the clamping block 664 to drive the card taking push rod 67 to move back and forth along the guide rod 662 through the synchronous belt 663 so as to respectively push one mahjong card on the front lifting platform 64 or the rear lifting platform 65.
The mahjong tile turning mechanism can be further arranged on the front side of the tile taking mechanism 6, mahjong tiles conveyed by the tile taking mechanism 6 are limited and clamped by the turning clamp 10 after entering the clamping opening of the turning clamp 10, and as shown in fig. 20, the tile turning gear 1001 is driven to rotate through the tile turning power mechanism, so that the turning clamp 10 is driven to rotate, and the mahjong tiles can be placed on the tile dealing mechanism 7 with the front sides facing upwards or the back sides facing upwards according to the dealing or playing requirements.
Still further, the specific structure of the card dealing mechanism 7 is as follows:
the main structure of each card dealing mechanism 7 is formed by combining two parts, namely a horizontal card dealing conveying mechanism 8 and two ascending card dealing conveying mechanisms 9, wherein one end of the horizontal card dealing conveying mechanism 8 is connected to a card dealing outlet 102 through one ascending card dealing conveying mechanism 9; the other end of the horizontal dealing conveying mechanism 8 is connected to a card-eating and hitting bar card-playing port 101 through a rising dealing conveying mechanism 9; the horizontal dealing and conveying mechanism 8 and the ascending dealing and conveying mechanism 9 respectively perform conveying actions of mahjong along the horizontal direction and the height direction, and finally convey the mahjong to the dealing and dealing port 102 or the hitting and hitting bar card port 101 on the top plate in an ascending manner.
