The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, crystal sugar, herba Taraxaci, semen Armeniacae amarum, fructus crataegi, radix Platycodi, mume fructus, herba Menthae, glycyrrhrizae radix, and exocarpium Citri rubrum, decocting in water under stirring for 40min, pulverizing and pulping the hot mixture with a pulverizer to obtain the final Chinese medicinal composition in the form of Chinese medicinal paste.

Test examples

21 patients with qi deficiency and physical weakness, cough and asthma, listlessness, insufficient sleep and other symptoms judged to be spleen deficiency or lung deficiency by doctors are divided into 7 groups of 3 patients, wherein 1-6 groups of the patients respectively take the Chinese medicinal ointment in the examples 1-6 of the application, and the 7 th group of the patients are not treated by medicaments and only adjust work and rest, eat healthy diet and rest. The Chinese medicinal ointment is administered at a dose of about 30g per day in two times a day. After one week, the following statistics were made on the improvement of the above patients, the results of which are shown in table 1:

the improvement of cough is determined by the improvement degree of the cough with less frequency, no cough with phlegm and no cough with phlegm, and the evaluation is respectively poor, medium and excellent, and the same is applied below; the mental improvement takes physical weakness, occasional fatigue and mental fullness as the judgment standards of the improvement degree; the sleep improvement takes nighttime dreaminess, slightly increased sleep time and sufficient sleep as the judgment standards of the improvement degree; the facial complexion is judged by the improvement degree of the complexion being whitish, yellowish and ruddy, and the pulse condition is judged by the improvement degree of the deficiency, floating, weakness, gentle pulse and fluency.

As mentioned above, the traditional Chinese medicine composition for tonifying spleen and lung provided by the application has good improvement effects on symptoms such as cough, mental fatigue, poor sleep, pale and sallow complexion, weak pulse and the like caused by spleen deficiency and lung deficiency, and has faster recovery effect on healthy diet compared with the effect of only nursing work.

Claims

1. A traditional Chinese medicine composition for tonifying spleen and lung is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials: fragrant solomonseal rhizome, rock candy, dandelion, almond, hawthorn, platycodon grandiflorum, dark plum, mint, liquorice and exocarpium citri rubrum.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition for tonifying spleen and lung according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 70-85% of fragrant solomonseal rhizome, 2-4% of rock candy, 2-4% of dandelion, 1-3% of almond, 1-3% of hawthorn, 1-3% of platycodon grandiflorum, 1-3% of dark plum, 0.5-1.5% of mint, 0.5-1.5% of liquorice and 0.5-1.5% of orange.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition for tonifying spleen and lung according to claim 2, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 78% of polygonatum odoratum, 3% of rock candy, 3% of dandelion, 2% of almond, 2% of hawthorn, 2% of platycodon grandiflorum, 2% of dark plum, 1% of mint, 1% of liquorice and 1% of exocarpium citri rubrum.

4. The spleen and lung invigorating traditional Chinese medicine composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw materials further comprise radix astragali and rhizoma dioscoreae.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition for tonifying spleen and lung according to claim 4, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-70% of fragrant solomonseal rhizome, 10-20% of astragalus root, 5-10% of Chinese yam, 2-4% of rock candy, 2-4% of dandelion, 1-3% of almond, 1-3% of hawthorn, 1-3% of platycodon root, 1-3% of dark plum, 0.5-1.5% of mint, 0.5-1.5% of liquorice and 0.5-1.5% of orange.

6. The spleen and lung tonifying traditional Chinese medicine composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the almond is sweet almond.

7. The spleen and lung invigorating traditional Chinese medicine composition according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the hawthorn is fried hawthorn.

8. A method of preparing a Chinese medicinal composition for tonifying the spleen and lung as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the raw materials are mixed, then boiled together with water, crushed and pulped to obtain the final Chinese medicinal composition.

9. The method for preparing a Chinese medicinal composition for invigorating spleen and lung of claim 8, wherein the decoction period is 40-60min.
