The existing barbell rack is used for avoiding injury or instrument damage of personnel by arranging the protection frame, but the gravity center of the barbell rack can be influenced when the barbell falls on the protection frame, the support and protection effects of the barbell rack are easily influenced when the barbell rack is used for a long time, and secondary damage can be caused to the personnel of a user.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is how to avoid influencing the use safety of the barbell stand when the barbell falls.
The modularized barbell frame for physical training comprises a base, buffer assemblies, a gravity center adjusting assembly, barbell supporting assemblies and a lying plate, wherein the buffer assemblies, the gravity center adjusting assembly and the barbell supporting assemblies are all arranged on the base, two buffer assemblies are arranged, the lying plate is arranged between the two buffer assemblies, the buffer assemblies and the gravity center adjusting assembly are arranged in a linkage mode, and the using height of the buffer assemblies can be adjusted.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more clear, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to fall within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the invention discloses a modularized barbell rack for physical training, which comprises a base 1, a buffer component 2, a gravity center adjusting component 3, a barbell supporting component 4 and a lying board 5.
The base 1 comprises support plates 11 and a first connecting plate 12, the two support plates 11 are arranged in parallel and fixedly connected through the first connecting plate 12, two buffer assemblies 2, a gravity center adjusting assembly 3 and a barbell supporting assembly 4 are respectively arranged on the two support plates 11 in pairs, a lying plate 5 is arranged between the two buffer assemblies 2 and spans from the upper side of the connecting plate 12, each buffer assembly 2 is arranged in linkage with the gravity center adjusting assembly 3 on the same support plate 11, and the use heights of the buffer assemblies 2 and the barbell supporting assembly 4 can be adjusted.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the damper assembly 2 includes a support mechanism 21, a mount 22, a pressing plate 23, a damper spring 24, a connection block 25, a tray 26, and a second connection plate 27.
The supporting mechanism 21 comprises a first support column 211, an adjusting block 212, an adjusting bolt 213 and a rib plate 214, wherein the bottom of the first support column 211 is fixedly connected to the top of the supporting plate 11 through bolts, the first support column 211 is provided with a cuboid inner cavity, the cuboid adjusting block 212 extends into the inner cavity of the first support column 211 from the top opening of the first support column 211 and is in sliding fit with the first support column along the lifting direction, the adjusting block 212 is fixedly connected with the first support column 211 through the adjusting bolt 213, and the rib plates 214 are respectively fixedly connected to two sides of the adjusting block 212.
The adjusting method of the supporting mechanism 21 is that the adjusting bolt 213 is manually operated to move towards the outside of the first supporting column 211, the adjusting block 212 is manually operated to move up and down, and the adjusting bolt 213 is manually operated to reset, so that the using height of the mounting seat 22 can be adjusted, people with different demands can use the supporting mechanism conveniently, and the flexibility is improved.
The bottom plate of the mounting seat 22 is fixedly connected to the top of the adjusting block 212 and rib plates 214 on two sides of the adjusting block, the extruding plate 23 is arranged in the inner cavity of the mounting seat 22 and is in up-down sliding fit with the mounting seat 22, a plurality of buffer damping springs 24 are arranged at two ends of the extruding plate 23, two ends of the buffer damping springs 24 are fixedly connected with the extruding plate 23 and the bottom plate of the mounting seat 22 respectively, the top of the extruding plate 23 is fixedly connected with a tray 26 through a connecting block 25 extending to the outside of the mounting seat 22, and the first supporting column 211 is fixedly connected with the barbell support assembly 4 through a second connecting plate 27.
When the barbell falls on the tray 26, the tray 26 can be extruded under the action of impact force, the tray 26 drives the extrusion plate 23 to move downwards through the connecting block 25, at the moment, the impact force is buffered through the buffer damping spring 24, the influence on the service life of the barbell frame is avoided, the noise generated when the barbell falls is reduced, and the secondary frightening to the user is prevented.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the gravity center adjusting mechanism 3 includes an elastic liquid bag 31, a first water inlet pipe 32, a water pipe 33, a contracting liquid bag 34, a second water inlet pipe 35, a sliding plate 36, a counterweight 37, and a slide rail 38.
The elastic liquid bag 31 is arranged in the inner cavity of the mounting seat 22 and is positioned at the middle position below the extrusion plate 23, the elastic liquid bag 31 is fixedly connected with the extrusion plate 23 and the bottom plate of the mounting seat 22, the elastic liquid bag 31 is provided with a first water inlet pipe 32, a switch valve is arranged after the first water inlet pipe 32 extends to the outside of the mounting seat 22, the elastic liquid bag 31 is communicated with the shrinkage liquid bag 34 through a water pipe 33, the shrinkage liquid bag 34 is arranged in the inner cavity of the supporting plate 11, a second water inlet pipe 35 is arranged on the shrinkage liquid bag 34, a switch valve is arranged after the second water inlet pipe 35 extends to the outside of the supporting plate 11, one side, close to the buffer assembly 2, of the shrinkage liquid bag 34 is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the supporting plate 11, the other side is fixedly connected with a balancing weight 37 through a sliding plate 36, the sliding rail 38 extends along the length direction of the supporting plate 11 and is fixedly connected to the inner side of the bottom plate of the supporting plate 11, two sides of the bottom of the balancing weight 37 are fixedly connected with sliding blocks, and the sliding blocks are in sliding fit with the sliding rails 38 through sliding blocks, so that the balancing weight 37 is in the inner cavity of the supporting plate 11.
The extrusion plate 23 extrudes the elastic liquid bag 31 when moving downwards, the water in the elastic liquid bag 31 is conveyed to the inside of the shrinkage liquid bag 34 through the water conveying pipe 33, so that the shrinkage liquid bag 34 drives the balancing weight 37 to move along the sliding rail 38 to the side far away from the buffer component 2, the gravity center of the base 1 far away from the buffer component 2 is increased, the influence on the gravity center of the barbell frame when the barbell falls on the tray 26 is prevented, the use safety of the barbell frame is further influenced, the impact force generated when the barbell falls from the higher height is larger, the distance of the downward movement of the extrusion plate 23 is also larger, the extrusion force on the buffer damping spring 24 and the elastic liquid bag 31 is also larger, the water in the shrinkage liquid bag 31 conveyed to the inside of the shrinkage liquid bag 34 through the water conveying pipe 33 is also larger, the distance of the shrinkage liquid bag 34 driving the balancing weight 37 is further larger, the gravity center adjusting force on the barbell frame is also larger, when the acting force on the tray 26 is balanced, the damping spring 24 drives the extrusion plate 23 to move upwards, the gravity center of the barbell frame is automatically moved to the inside the shrinkage liquid bag 34 through the water conveying pipe 33, and the water is conveniently extracted from the side of the barbell frame 2.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the barbell support assembly 4 includes a second stay 41, a screw 42, a screw bush 43, a barbell rack 44, a first bevel gear 45, a second bevel gear 46, a rotation shaft 47, and a rotation handle 48.
The bottom of the second support column 41 is fixedly connected to the top of the support plate 11 through bolts, the second support column 41 is provided with a cuboid inner cavity, a screw rod 42 is arranged in the inner cavity of the second support column 41, the lower end of the screw rod 42 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the second support column 41 through a bearing, a cuboid threaded sleeve 43 extends into the inner cavity of the second support column 41 from the top opening of the second support column 41 and is in sliding fit with the second support column in the lifting direction, the threaded sleeve 43 is in threaded connection with the screw rod 42, the top of the threaded sleeve 43 is fixedly connected with a barbell placing frame 44, a first bevel gear 45 and a second bevel gear 46 are arranged in the inner cavity of the second support column 41, the first bevel gear 45 is fixedly sleeved outside the screw rod 42, the second bevel gear 46 is fixedly sleeved outside a rotating shaft 47, the second bevel gear 46 is meshed with the first bevel gear 45, the rotating shaft 47 is rotatably connected to the lower side face of the second support column 41 through a bearing, and the rotating shaft 48 is fixedly connected to one end of the rotating shaft 47 extending to the outside the second support column 41.
The barbell support assembly 4 is adjusted by manually operating the rotating handle 48 to drive the rotating shaft 47 to rotate, the rotating shaft 47 drives the screw rod 42 to rotate through the second bevel gear 46 and the first bevel gear 45, the screw rod 42 drives the threaded sleeve 43 to move up and down, the using height of the barbell placing rack 44 can be adjusted, people with different demands can use the barbell placing rack conveniently, and flexibility is improved.
The operating principle is that before use, the lying plate 5 is placed at a proper position above the base 1, the rotating shaft 47 is driven to rotate by the manual operation rotating handle 48, the screw rod 42 is driven to rotate by the rotating shaft 47 through the second bevel gear 46 and the first bevel gear 45, the screw rod 42 drives the screw sleeve 43 to move up and down, the use height of the barbell rack can be adjusted, the adjusting bolt 213 is manually operated to move towards the outside of the first support 211, the adjusting block 212 is manually operated to move up and down, the adjusting bolt 213 is manually operated to reset, the use height of the mounting seat 22 can be adjusted, the barbell rack is convenient for people with different demands to use, and flexibility is improved.
When the barbell is used, a user can lie on the lying plate 5, the barbell with the eyes above is on the same straight line, then the barbell rod is held by the hand to carry out horizontal pushing training, the buffer component 2 can support the barbell, the barbell is prevented from falling down due to exhaustion of the hand or sliding of the hand after the user uses the barbell for a long time, the influence on the safety of the user is avoided, when the barbell falls on the tray 26, the tray 26 is extruded under the action of impact force, the tray 26 drives the extrusion plate 23 to move downwards through the connecting block 25, the impact force is buffered through the buffer damping spring 24, the influence on the service life of the barbell rack is avoided, meanwhile, noise generated when the barbell falls is reduced, and the secondary frightening on the user is prevented.
The extrusion plate 23 extrudes the elastic liquid bag 31 when moving downwards, the water in the elastic liquid bag 31 is conveyed to the inside of the shrinkage liquid bag 34 through the water conveying pipe 33, so that the shrinkage liquid bag 34 drives the balancing weight 37 to move along the sliding rail 38 to the side far away from the buffer component 2, the gravity center of the base 1 far away from the buffer component 2 is increased, the influence on the gravity center of the barbell frame when the barbell falls on the tray 26 is prevented, the use safety of the barbell frame is further influenced, the impact force generated when the barbell falls from the higher height is larger, the distance of the downward movement of the extrusion plate 23 is also larger, the extrusion force on the buffer damping spring 24 and the elastic liquid bag 31 is also larger, the water in the shrinkage liquid bag 31 conveyed to the inside of the shrinkage liquid bag 34 through the water conveying pipe 33 is also larger, the distance of the shrinkage liquid bag 34 driving the balancing weight 37 is further larger, the gravity center adjusting force on the barbell frame is also larger, when the acting force on the tray 26 is balanced, the damping spring 24 drives the extrusion plate 23 to move upwards, the gravity center of the barbell frame is automatically moved to the inside the shrinkage liquid bag 34 through the water conveying pipe 33, and the water is conveniently extracted from the side of the barbell frame 2.
