The horizontal steam generator adopts a vertical double-collecting pipe structure, is divided into a loop coolant inlet collecting pipe and a loop coolant outlet collecting pipe, and the two collecting pipes are connected through a horizontally arranged heat transfer pipe bundle. Because the wall thickness of the horizontal steam generator heat transfer tube is only 1.5mm and the horizontal steam generator heat transfer tube needs to operate under the working condition of high temperature and high pressure, the heat transfer tube becomes a weak part of a loop pressure boundary, and each nuclear power country at home and abroad periodically performs pre-service inspection and in-service inspection on the steam generator heat transfer tube.
To finish the vortex inspection of the heat transfer pipe of the horizontal steam generator, vortex inspection equipment needs to be integrally hung into a collecting pipe of the steam generator, if equipment parts are loosened and fall off in the implementation process of the vortex inspection, foreign matters are formed in the heat transfer pipe, and the operation safety of a nuclear power station is seriously threatened. The eddy current inspection equipment has the problems of hole position positioning offset and the like in the operation process, and the foreign matter prevention umbrella has stronger neutrality and stability, so that the problem is perfectly solved. Therefore, the foreign matter preventing umbrella can prevent foreign matters from falling off and can support and center the lower part of the vortex flow inspection equipment, which is an indispensable part of the vortex flow inspection equipment.

Detailed Description
The invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1-3, an anti-foreign-matter umbrella-shaped device for vortex inspection of a VVER horizontal steam generator comprises a power module, a support module and an anti-foreign-matter umbrella ring, wherein the support module connects the power module and the anti-foreign-matter umbrella ring together.
The power module comprises a cylinder body 1, a pull rod seat 2 and a piston 3, wherein the piston 3 is arranged in the cylinder body 1, an end plate 17 seals an opening of the cylinder body 1 through a fixing screw 19, the end head of the piston 3 is connected with a push rod 18, the upper part of the cylinder body 1 is connected with a middle shaft 20, two sealing devices are arranged between the middle shaft 20 and the upper part of the cylinder body 1, the top of the cylinder body 1 is fixed on the pull rod seat 2, the pull rod seat 2 and the piston 3 are made of metal with higher strength (aluminum alloy is selected in the embodiment of the invention), and the stability of the module is ensured. The intermediate shaft 20 is installed in the center hole of the bottom plate of the eddy current inspection apparatus and is fixed by a snap spring. The intermediate shaft 20 is provided with a central hole through which compressed air is introduced to power the cylinder.
The supporting module comprises 3 pull rods 4 connected to a pull rod seat 2, the pull rod seat 2 is connected with one end of each pull rod 4 through a first pin shaft 9, the other end of each pull rod 4 is connected with a supporting wheel seat 6 through a second pin shaft 10, the number of the supporting wheel seats is 3, each supporting wheel seat 6 is connected with a bearing 16, a supporting wheel 7 is sleeved outside the bearing 16, an umbrella ring 14 is fixed to the bottom of each supporting wheel seat 6 through a screw 15, each supporting wheel seat 6 is further connected with one end of a supporting rod through a third pin shaft 11, the other end of each supporting rod 5 is connected with a connecting pushing rod 18 through a fourth pin shaft 12, and the pushing rod 18 is connected with a roller 8 through a fifth pin shaft 13.
The cylinder body 1, the pull rod seat 2, the pull rod 4, the support rod 5 and the support wheel seat 6 form a four-bar mechanism together through pin shafts, and the whole device shares three groups of four-bar mechanisms, so that stable three-point support is formed. Moreover, when the foreign body umbrella is closed, the mechanism can completely wrap the things in the umbrella cloth, and the possibility that the foreign body falls off when the foreign body umbrella is closed in the past is avoided. The tail end of the supporting wheel seat 6 is provided with a rotatable supporting wheel 7, so that the equipment can move up and down when being installed. The design mounting position of the supporting wheel 7 is slightly higher than the umbrella ring 14, so that the problem that umbrella cloth is clamped between the supporting wheel 7 and the wall of the current collecting pipe to cause opening deformation of the umbrella cloth is effectively solved, and smooth hoisting of equipment is ensured.
The surface of the supporting wheel 7 is made of soft nonmetallic materials (rubber and the like in the embodiment of the invention), and the damage to the wall of the collecting pipe at the contact part with the supporting wheel can be avoided on the premise of ensuring enough supporting force. The middle of the supporting wheel 7 is arranged at the tail end of the supporting wheel seat 6 through a ball bearing and a bearing 16 so as to ensure that the supporting wheel has good rotation performance.
The umbrella ring 14 is arranged below the supporting wheel seat 6 through screws 15, the umbrella ring 14 is formed into a complete circle by three groups of 9-section brackets together, and the umbrella ring 14 is made of a metal material with higher strength (stainless steel in the embodiment of the invention) so as to ensure the integral stability of the umbrella ring after being unfolded.
Umbrella cloth is arranged below the umbrella ring 14 through a hanging piece and is used for receiving foreign matters which can fall from the upper part. The umbrella cloth is usually made of flexible waterproof materials (waterproof tarpaulins and the like in the embodiment of the invention), and has enough strength to ensure that the umbrella cloth cannot be damaged in the use process, and is light, soft and easy to fold.
The ball bearing connected with the pin shaft 12 is replaced by a copper shaft sleeve, the ball bearing connected with the pin shaft 13 is replaced by a hard shaft wheel, and the possibility that the ball bearing is damaged due to the stress of a foreign object umbrella in the hoisting process to form foreign objects is effectively avoided on the premise of unchanged using effect.
The working mode of the invention is as follows:
When the device is used, the device is hoisted to the vicinity of the bottom of the collecting pipe along with equipment, when a compressed air valve is opened, air enters the air cylinder 1 to push the piston 3 to move downwards, the bottom of the air cylinder 1 pushes the roller 8 at the tail end of the supporting rod 5 to move downwards, so that the supporting rod 5 is turned into the horizontal direction from the vertical oblique downward direction when folded, and finally, the supporting module is driven to be turned into the horizontal direction from the vertical oblique upward direction when folded, and the whole spreading diameter of the device reaches the maximum state. The action is rapid, and the labor intensity of equipment installers can be greatly reduced. When the equipment is disassembled, the compressed air valve is closed, the supporting rod 5 moves downwards under the action of gravity and spring tension, the supporting module is folded upwards, and the supporting wheel is separated from the wall of the collecting pipe. The supporting module is folded to move to drive the whole umbrella ring and the umbrella cloth to fold and shrink upwards, and finally foreign matters received in the umbrella cloth are wrapped in the umbrella cloth. After the vortex inspection equipment is integrally lifted out of the collecting pipe, the foreign matters can be taken out of the umbrella cloth, and the risk that the foreign matters fall into the collecting pipe is eliminated.
