Abstract

本发明的目的在于提供一种可靠的反应堆用循环泵,泵结构简单,运行安全可靠,无泄漏,专门为高密度介质和高温液体使用。可调节堆芯温度,同时对中子辐照和射线有很好的的屏蔽作用,泵壳和水力部分全部覆沫在高温液态金属中。材料强度在高温下安全可靠,可运用到不同的高温液体场所。

技术领域
本发明涉及铅基核电站的堆芯冷却系统安全技术领域,更具体的是涉及一种铅基反应堆用循环泵。
背景技术
铅基合金反应堆是一种新型的反应堆,安全性、可靠性、经济性、抑制核扩散与防辐照上有大量的改善。在第四代反应堆中主要用泵型都是立式高温机械泵,常见的立式高温机械泵,立式离心泵、轴封泵、屏蔽泵等。
在反应釜内输送液态金属冷却剂在反应釜内部循环,驱动泵是由水力部分、电机部分、轴封部分、联轴器部分、冷却和润滑部分结构组成。为输送高温高密度介质,需要很强的机械结构强度和耐高温抗疲劳的特性,同时水利部分需要在高温下拥有可靠的机械性能。需要对结构进行优化,达到铅基反应堆循环使用要求。
发明内容
本发明解决上述问题,而提出的一种可靠的反应堆用循环泵,泵结构简单,运行安全可靠,无泄漏,专门为高密度介质和高温液体使用。泵进口和水力部分全部覆沫在高温液态金属中。选用合金材料强度在高温下安全可靠,可运用到不同的高温液体场所。
本发明提供一种铅基反应堆用循环泵,包括:
电机,用于带动泵壳内轴连器轴水力部件转动,所述电机通过电机上部分安装的编码器,检测电机振动和角动量,来让泵安全稳定可靠在稳态下长时间工作。
冷却腔,电机内部用机油冷却传动轴传导过来的的热量,同时在一定温度下起到润滑保护作用。
泵壳,泵壳内设有轴承,传动轴和水力部件。电机下面安装有实心轴,贯穿电机,下端插入到泵壳内与水力部件叶轮相接,所述泵壳外壁上设有泵介质进口、底部设有泵介质出口。
作为优化手段,所述实心轴漏出电机上端部分用机械轴承封进行密封,轴承定期打入高温润滑脂,实心轴最上端安装编码器。
作为进一步地优化手段,所述热屏结构与所述电机冷却腔之间设有电机隔热腔。
作为进一步地优化手段,所述实心轴冷却系统设有油冷高压强制循环系统,通入高压冷却介质强制循环带走轴承和密封圈内的热量。
本发明的电机隔热腔和冷却腔的结构设计,进一步的降低轴的温度以及电机工作的温度。

下面结合附图1对本发明作进一步详细描述:
本发明的一种铅基反应堆用循环泵,包括:
电机(002)带动轴连器(003)通过实心传动轴(007)让水力部件叶轮转动。
所述电机通过电机(002)上部分安装的编码器(001),检测电机转速扭矩振动和角动量,通过数据让泵安全稳定在稳态下长时间工作。
所述电机(002)与冷却腔之(005)之间设有电机隔热腔(013)防止热量通过壳体和实心传动轴(007)传入热量,把温度控制在安全范围。
所述冷却腔(005)主要把实心传动轴(007)和泵壳所传导的热量通过冷却介质入口(004)流入冷却介质,换热后通过冷却介质出口(006)排出。冷缺介质采用机油冷却同时给轴封和密封圈起到降温润滑作用。
所述泵壳内实心传动轴(007)带动,水力部件叶轮(009)旋转,使腔体内部形成负压,泵壳介质入口(008)吸入高温高密度液态金属介质,通过泵壳介质出口(011)排出。让上部高温介质与下部较低温度介质进行充分混合,通过这种强对流混合,可使高温介质传热效率提高,减少温度梯度和温度分层,从而提高换热效率调节堆芯温度。
上述一种铅基反应堆用循环泵,结构简单,可靠性高,无泄露,特别适合输送高温介质,部件全部浸没在高温介质中,全部部件中子辐照和射线工况下可以稳态运行。

1.一种铅基反应堆用循环泵其特征是:(001)编码器、(002)电机、(003)轴连器、(004)冷却介质入口、(005)冷却腔、(006)冷却介质出口、(007)实心传动轴、(008)泵壳介质入口、(009)水力部件叶轮、(010)支撑轴承、(011)泵壳介质出口,(012)观察口、(013)隔热腔、(014)安装法兰组成。
2.如权利要求1所述:电机(002)带动轴连器(003)通过实心传动轴(007)让水力部件叶轮转动。
3.如权利要求1所述电机通过电机(002)上部分安装的编码器(001),检测电机转速扭矩振动和角动量,通过数据让泵在稳态下长时间工作。
4.如权利要求1所述电机(002)与冷却腔之(005)之间设有电机隔热腔(013)防止热量通过壳体和实心传动轴(007)传入热量,把温度控制在安全范围。
