本发明公开了一种PET绝缘胶带,包括PET胶带本体,所述PET胶带本体设有PET基层以及涂刷在该PET基层底部的压敏胶层,所述PET基层与压敏胶层之间还夹有织带层,所述织带层设有多个孔位,所述PET基层与压敏胶层通过孔位接触,所述PET基层表面粘覆有铝箔层,所述铝箔层表面涂有防水层。在PET胶带本体内部加入起到固定作用的织带层,织带层利用自身不易变形的特点让PET胶带本体在使用时避免长时间的拉扯导致变形,在表层加入的铝箔层,铝箔层与PET基层结合后进一步加强PET胶带本体的耐热性,整体提高了PET胶带本体使用的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及PET胶带技术领域,具体为一种PET绝缘胶带。
背景技术
PET绝缘胶带是由PET涂布丙烯酸胶制成,具有很好的绝缘性和耐热性,常用于适铭牌、装饰品、装饰件的粘接、塑料、橡胶的粘接。目前,很多的PET绝缘胶带在使用时容易变形,而且耐高温的性能差,以致在使用时无法贴平,甚至会出现变形的现象。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术方案的不足,本发明提供一种PET绝缘胶带,能有效的解决背景技术提出的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种PET绝缘胶带,包括PET胶带本体,所述PET胶带本体设有PET基层以及涂刷在该PET基层底部的压敏胶层,所述PET基层与压敏胶层之间还夹有织带层,所述织带层设有多个孔位,所述PET基层与压敏胶层通过孔位接触,所述PET基层表面粘覆有铝箔层,所述铝箔层表面涂有防水层。
进一步地,所述压敏胶层底部粘有可移除的离型纸层。
进一步地,所述压敏胶层为一种丙烯酸压敏胶。
进一步地,所述孔位呈矩阵的结构分布。
进一步地,所述铝箔层与防水层之间还设有印花层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明在PET胶带本体内部加入起到固定作用的织带层,织带层利用自身不易变形的特点让PET胶带本体在使用时避免长时间的拉扯导致变形,提高使用后的平整性,在表层加入的铝箔层,铝箔层与PET基层结合后进一步加强PET胶带本体的耐热性,整体提高了PET胶带本体使用的性能,整体结构简单,实用性强。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-2所示,本发明提供了一种PET绝缘胶带,包括PET胶带本体,所述PET胶带本体设有PET基层1以及涂刷在该PET基层1底部的压敏胶层2,所述PET基层1与压敏胶层2之间还夹有织带层3,所述织带层3设有多个孔位4,所述PET基层1与压敏胶层2通过孔位4接触,所述PET基层1表面粘覆有铝箔层5,所述铝箔层5表面涂有防水层6,具体地,PET胶带本体是一种有色或者无色的结构,PET基层1作为PET胶层本体的基层,与压敏胶层2搭配后可以起到很好的粘贴效果,而两者之间夹持的织带层3,该织带层3可以加固PET基层1与压敏胶层2之间的牢固性,而且不容易通过拉扯造成变形,让两者保持原始的结构状态,铝箔层5与PET基层1一样,具备了一定的耐高温的效果,提高整个PET胶带本体的耐高温性。
所述压敏胶层2底部粘有可移除的离型纸层7,离型纸层7与压敏胶层2粘合后,可以保护在PET胶带本体在使用前不与其它物质胶粘在一起,对压敏胶层2起到很好的保护效果,使用前,直接撕除离型纸层7后使用。
所述压敏胶层2为一种丙烯酸压敏胶,由于丙烯酸压敏胶具备了较好的性能,包括涂布适应性强、干燥速度快、对基材附着力强、流平性和透明性良好,以及耐水性好、耐高温高湿、耐寒性等,以致用于提高整个PET胶带本体的胶粘性。
所述孔位4呈矩阵的结构分布,矩阵结构的分布,既可以提高整个PET胶带本体的平整性,而且使得PET基层1与压敏胶层2之间连接更均匀。
所述铝箔层5与防水层6之间还设有印花层8,印花层8主要用于方便在PET胶带本体内部填充图案、花纹使用。
与传统技术相比,本技术方案在PET胶带本体内部加入起到固定作用的织带层3,织带层3利用自身不易变形的特点让PET胶带本体在使用时避免长时间的拉扯导致变形,提高使用后的平整性,在表层加入的铝箔层5,铝箔层5与PET基层1结合后进一步加强PET胶带本体的耐热性,整体提高了PET胶带本体使用的性能。
使用时,PET胶带本体移除底部的离型纸层7后,利用压敏胶层2与物品粘贴,在对PET胶带本体拉扯时,内部的织带层3阻止了内部结构由于过度的拉扯导致变形,这样PET胶带本体粘贴后会更平整,表面的铝箔层5具备耐高温的性能,与PET基层1结合使用后,提升了整体耐高温的效果,在高温条件下使用不会变形。

1.一种PET绝缘胶带,其特征在于:包括PET胶带本体,所述PET胶带本体设有PET基层以及涂刷在该PET基层底部的压敏胶层,所述PET基层与压敏胶层之间还夹有织带层,所述织带层设有多个孔位,所述PET基层与压敏胶层通过孔位接触,所述PET基层表面粘覆有铝箔层,所述铝箔层表面涂有防水层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET绝缘胶带,其特征在于:所述压敏胶层底部粘有可移除的离型纸层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET绝缘胶带,其特征在于:所述压敏胶层为一种丙烯酸压敏胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET绝缘胶带,其特征在于:所述孔位呈矩阵的结构分布。
