The invention will now be described in detail with reference to the following examples and the accompanying drawings, it being pointed out that the examples described are intended only to facilitate an understanding of the invention and are not intended to be limiting in any way.
The device comprises a unit discrete device 1, a transmission system 2, a full-appearance detection device 3 and a collection device 4, wherein the unit discrete device 1 is used for dividing a concentrated and stacked cigarette unit into a single cigarette, an outlet of the unit discrete device 1 is in butt joint with an inlet of the full-appearance detection device 3, the full-appearance detection device 3 is used for carrying out image collection and defect identification on the appearance of the cigarette, the collection device 4 is arranged at the tail end of the full-appearance detection device 3 in a bearing mode, the collection device 4 is used for sequentially arranging and collecting the cigarettes, and the unit discrete device 1 and the full-appearance detection device 3 are connected with the transmission system 2. The device disperses cigarettes placed in the device into single cigarettes through the dispersing device, and then comprehensively adopts the picture of the appearance of the cigarettes through the full-appearance detecting device so as to facilitate the calculation of the defect judging software system, and the detection result is displayed on the display screen in real time after the statistics is carried out through the control system.
The unit discrete device 1 comprises a bin 12 to be detected, a discrete roller 15 and a rail plate 16, wherein the surface of the discrete roller 15 is axially provided with a discrete groove 151, an air groove 152 is formed along the circumference in an annular shape, an air hole is formed in the air groove 152, the side surface of the discrete roller 15 is provided with the bin 12 to be detected, a rubbing roller 13 is arranged in the bin 12 to be detected, the upper part of the bin 12 to be detected is provided with a choke tube 14, the choke tube 14 is provided with a choke hole, one side of the discrete roller 15 opposite to the bin 12 to be detected is provided with the rail plate 16, the rail plate 16 is provided with an arc plate and is matched with the discrete roller 15 in a matching mode, and the lower end of the rail plate 16 is arranged at the circumferential bottom end position of the discrete roller 15. After cigarettes in the bin to be detected automatically enter the discrete groove 151 on the discrete roller, the cigarettes are tightly adsorbed in the discrete groove under the negative pressure adsorption action of the air groove 152, the discrete roller 15 rotates to carry the cigarettes to finish the discrete action, the cigarettes are prevented from falling off in advance by the matching of the rotation track of the rail plate 16 and the discrete roller in the rotating falling process, after the lowest point of the discrete roller, the rail plate guiding action is lost, positive pressure air is sprayed in the air groove 152, the cigarettes are blown to fall onto the full-appearance detection device, the rubbing roller 13 can gradually and orderly fold the messy cigarettes in the bin to be detected 12 under the radial force in the rotating process, and when two or more cigarettes are simultaneously carried upwards in the discrete groove 151, the redundant cigarettes are blown off by the air sprayed out of the choke holes of the choke tube 14, and only a single cigarette is reserved to enter the subsequent detection work flow.
The rotating shaft of the discrete roller 15 is connected to the seat board 11, the seat board 11 is also provided with a direct drive motor connected with the rubbing roller 13, and the cross section of the rubbing roller 13 is rectangular or diamond; the choke tube 14 is fixed on the seat plate 11 and is communicated with positive pressure air; the number of the rail plates 16 is two, and the positions of the rail plates correspond to the positions of the two air grooves 152 on the discrete roller 15; the air grooves 152 are communicated with the air cavities in the discrete roller 15; the rotating shaft of the discrete roller 15 is connected with a motor 21 through a driving belt 22. The air cavity in the discrete roller 15 is controlled by the phase plate, and when the cigarettes are in the adsorption phase of the discrete grooves, the air cavity provides negative pressure for the air grooves 152, and when the cigarettes need to fall down after being positioned right below the discrete roller, the air cavity provides positive pressure for the air grooves 152.
The full-appearance detection device 3 comprises a conveying roller set 31, a positioning system, a first imaging assembly 35, a second imaging assembly 36 and a top imaging assembly 37, wherein the conveying roller set 31 is a follow-up roller set driven by a belt, a friction pad is arranged below the follow-up roller set, the positioning system is arranged at the working front section of the conveying roller set 31, the first imaging assembly 35 is correspondingly arranged at the position of the positioning system, the second imaging assembly 36 is arranged at the rear end of the positioning system, and the top imaging assembly 37 is arranged above the conveying roller set 31. The first imaging component 35, the second imaging component 36 and the top imaging component 37 together complete overall picture acquisition of the cigarettes, and the positioning system is used for limiting the positions of the cigarettes and ensuring that the cigarettes can pass through the picture acquisition positions of the imaging components.
The positioning system comprises a mounting plate, a first guide and poking plate 32, a second guide and poking plate 33 and a third guide and poking plate 34 which are arranged on the mounting plate, wherein the first guide and poking plate 32, the second guide and poking plate 33 and the third guide and poking plate 34 are arranged on two sides of the conveying roller group 31 in a staggered manner in sequence, and the first imaging component 35 is arranged between the second guide and poking plate 33 and the third guide and poking plate 34; the first imaging assembly 35 includes a bracket, a light source, and a pair of cameras 30 forming an included angle with the shooting direction; the second imaging assembly 36 is disposed on the opposite side of the first imaging assembly 35, the second imaging assembly 36 includes a bracket, a light source and a camera 30, and the camera 30 horizontally irradiates on the upper surface of the conveying roller set 31; the top imaging assembly includes a bracket, a camera 30 and a light source 371, the camera 30 is vertically disposed in a pair along a moving direction of the transfer roller set, and the light source 371 is disposed at both sides of the transfer roller set and irradiates obliquely downward. The first guide shifting sheet is used for limiting one end of a cigarette in the conveying process, the second guide shifting sheet is used for limiting the other end of the cigarette, cigarettes with different length specifications can be positioned at the unified position through the cooperation, drawing conditions are provided for the first imaging assembly, drawing of the circumferential surface of the cigarette is completed by the top imaging assembly in the rotating process of the cigarette, and image acquisition of the other end of the second imaging assembly is added, so that image acquisition of the whole appearance of the cigarette is realized. Wherein the first imaging component is matched by two cameras 30 forming an included angle, so that the image comprehensiveness and accuracy of the cigarette tobacco end packaging problem can be ensured.
The full-appearance detection device 3 further comprises a stable output device, and specifically comprises an arc plate 39, a bearing plate 310 and a limiting plate 38, wherein the arc plate 39 is arranged to be an arc-shaped guard plate and is adaptive to the movement radian of the belt wheel of the conveying roller set 31, the bearing plate 310 is arranged below the arc plate 39, a buffer cushion is arranged on the bearing plate 310, the limiting plates 38 are arranged on two sides of the buffer cushion, and the outlet of the bearing plate 310 is abutted to the collecting device 4. Under the protection of the arc plate 39, the cigarettes can not directly fall down, but fall on the bearing plate 310 at the lowest point under the clamping of the arc plate and the conveying roller, and a buffer cushion is further arranged on the bearing plate, so that the conveying stability of the cigarettes is ensured in multiple directions, and the damage of the cigarette detection process is avoided.
The collecting device 4 is arranged as a collecting box with an upper opening, the height of the inner part of the collecting box is less than 30mm, the bottom of the collecting box is provided with a blocking groove 41, the blocking groove 41 is provided with an arc groove, the depth of the groove is 2-4 mm, and the bottom of the collecting box is provided with a wooden bottom. The cigarette can appear the condition of external disturbance at the in-process that drops, and the blocking chute of collecting box bottom can let the cigarette drop the after-arrangement order and arrange in blocking chute in, and follow-up cigarette that drops can collect in order.
The discrete grooves 151 are arranged as inclined grooves, the inclined direction and the radial included angle are 10-15 degrees, the width of each discrete groove is 8-10 mm, and the depth is 3-5 mm.
The seat plate 11 is provided with an correlation sensor, the correlation position of which is on top of the discrete roller 15.
The system also comprises a control system, a defect judging software system and a display screen, wherein the control system controls the unit discrete device 1, the transmission system 2 and the full-appearance detection device 3, the photos collected by the full-appearance detection device are transmitted to the defect judging software system for processing and analysis, the results are fed back to the control system, and the collected photos, defect problems and data statistics are displayed on the display screen in real time; the full-appearance detection device is provided with a sensor for sensing the position of the cigarette and triggering the first imaging assembly 35, the second imaging assembly 36 and the top imaging assembly 37 to work in time.
Working principle and process: the cigarettes are placed in a bin to be detected, equipment works, the cigarettes are tidied under the rotating action of the rubbing roller, the discrete roller rotates, the cigarettes are brought into the discrete groove to be brought up, if a plurality of cigarettes are brought up, the choke tube blows off the redundant cigarettes, the cigarettes rotate to the position right below the discrete roller under the guidance and protection of the track plate and fall out between rollers of the conveying roller set, the roller set rotates to rotate the cigarettes, the image acquisition is completed through the positioning of the positioning system and the first imaging assembly 35, the second imaging assembly 36 and the top imaging assembly 37, the defect detection result is displayed on the display screen through the joint work of the control system and the defect judging software system, the detected cigarettes are conveyed to the tail end to be tidily collected in the collecting box, the work is completed, and the quality control work for intelligent production of cigarettes is completed.
