The power mechanism can adopt power elements such as an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, an electro-hydraulic push rod and the like to drive the movable plate 4 to repeatedly swing around the rotating shaft 7.
The distance between the adjacent fixed side plates 5 is equal to or slightly equal to the length of the rod material pipe 22, so that the rod material pipe can be well limited, the rod material pipe can be repeatedly extruded and relaxed, and the rod material pipe can be more orderly distributed in the pipe body storage cavity 3 when repeatedly ascending and descending.
Referring to fig. 3, the stopper plate 1 is further included, a limiting channel 12 is formed between the stopper plate 1 and at least a portion of the surface body 20, and stable transmission of the rod material tube 22 in the vertical direction can be ensured by the limiting action of the stopper plate 1.

The chain 18 comprises a plurality of unit sections, two adjacent unit sections are defined as a first unit section 13 and a second unit section 15, a connecting plate 14 is arranged between the first unit section 13 and the second unit section 15, a supporting shaft 16 is rotatably connected between the connecting plate 14 and the first unit section 13 and between the connecting plate 14 and the second unit section 15, and cylindrical rods 17 are coaxially and fixedly arranged between the supporting shafts 16 corresponding to the two chains 18, so that the cylindrical rods 17 can rotate relative to the chain 18.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the friction transmission mechanism 6 is installed on the inner side of the inclined surface 19, the friction transmission mechanism 6 includes a conveying belt 9, and a transmission roller 10 for driving the conveying belt 9 to rotate, at least part of the cylindrical rod 17 of the inclined surface 19 is in friction transmission with one side surface of the conveying belt 9, the back plate 8 is supported on the inner side of the belt portion of the conveying belt 9, which is in contact with the inclined surface 19, the moving direction of the belt portion of the conveying belt 9, which is in contact with the inclined surface 19, is opposite to the moving direction of the inclined surface 19, when the surface body 20 rotates, the inclined surface 19 moves upwards, the cylindrical rod 17 moves upwards along with the chain, the cylindrical rod 17 is driven by the conveying belt 9 to rotate clockwise under the action of friction force, the cylindrical rod 17 below the cylindrical rod 22 is subjected to downward gravity, and the cylindrical rod 17 below the cylindrical rod 22 can give an upward thrust force to the cylindrical rod 22 when rotating clockwise, so that the cylindrical rod 17 can better enable the rod 22 to fall into the bar grooves, and the cylindrical rod 22 is orderly conveyed in the bar grooves 21, and the cylindrical rod 17 rotates orderly under the condition, and the cylindrical rod 17 is beneficial to promoting orderly distribution in the storage cavities 3 of the rod.
Since the rod tube is ejected from the limiting channel 12 by a push rod in the direction of the bar slot 21 during packaging, the diameter of the cylindrical rod is larger than the thickness of the chain 18 in order to avoid that the chain 18 prevents the rod tube from being separated from the cylindrical rod 17.
