Description

Weeding composition and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pesticides, in particular to a weeding composition and application thereof.
Background
The information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and should not be taken as an acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to a person of ordinary skill in the art.
Aminopyralid (aminopyralid) is a novel herbicide of the picolinic acid type developed by Tao Nongke, trade name: CHAPARRAL, CLEARVIEW, HOTSHOT. Chemical name: 4-amino-3, 6-dichloropyridine 2-carboxylic acid. Aminopyralid is a synthetic hormone herbicide widely used for weed control in mountain areas, grasslands, planting areas and non-cultivated areas. The degradation is mainly through aerobic microbial degradation and photolysis, DT50 is 0.6d under normal environmental conditions in summer, and the photolysis is mainly ultraviolet light to cause dechlorination and ring fracture.
2,4-D (2, 4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid) is discovered and synthesized by Amchem company (Jinzhengda company), is the first herbicide in the world, belongs to aryloxy-phenoxy-propionic acid herbicide, and has the chemical name: 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid is an artificially synthesized plant hormone, and 2,4-D and salts and esters thereof are efficient, systemic and high-selectivity herbicides and plant growth regulators; at low concentration, the plant growth regulator can promote growth, prevent flower and fruit drop, improve fruit setting rate, promote fruit growth, promote early ripening and increase yield, and can be used as plant growth regulator to reduce fruit drop, increase fruit and prolong storage period of citrus; at high concentrations, the growth inhibition and herbicide properties are exhibited, especially on broadleaf plants. The ultraviolet irradiation causes partial decomposition, thereby reducing the efficacy.
The aminopyralid and 2,4-D are easy to photolyze under the irradiation of ultraviolet light in the environment, so that the dosage is often increased in practical application, and larger application cost is caused for farmers. Meanwhile, the water-soluble salts and acid esters of aminopyralid and 2,4-D are applied in the market, the water-soluble salts have poor adhesion force of pesticides on plant leaves after application, and can be leached to soil layers where weeds are located by rainwater, so that the soil is polluted after long-time use, and environmental pollution is easy to cause; the vapor pressure of the acid ester is low, the medicament is easy to volatilize after the medicament is applied, the medicament effect is reduced, and the environmental pollution is increased.
In view of this, the present invention has been made.

The content of the pesticide effective components is determined by HPLC method (chromatographic column: waters)C18 3.9X105 mm; detection wavelength: 254nm; flow rate: 1.0 ml.min-1; mobile phase: methanol: water=85: 15).
TABLE 1 test results after 254nm UV irradiation for 32h
As can be seen from the photodegradation results in Table 1, the photodegradation rate of the active ingredients in the formulations of examples 1 to 10 is significantly lower than that of comparative examples 1 to 2 and comparative examples 4 to 7, particularly aminopyralid is 5% or less, the photodegradation resistance is more remarkable, and the photodegradation rate of 2,4-D is 3% or less.
Test example 2:
the weeding composition is used for measuring the field control effect of the broad leaf weeds in the spring wheat fields.
The test area is a farm of Xiangyang, the land is rainy in the south of the year, and broadleaf weeds have high resistance and harm to severe areas.
The herbicidal compositions of examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 2 and comparative examples 4 to 7 were tested for their effect on the control of broadleaf weeds in spring wheat fields at Tian Nafen, and the specific steps include: before spring wheat jointing stage, various medicines are accurately weighed according to the area of a test district, diluted with water until the spraying amount is 30L/mu, and uniformly sprayed by a knapsack sprayer, wherein the spray head is a fan-shaped spray head special for herbicide. When spraying, the liquid medicine is uniformly sprayed into the test cell, so that the phenomena of missing spraying and multiple spraying are avoided, and water is used for replacing the herbicide composition to serve as blank treatment. Except for the application of herbicide according to the scheme, the conditions of all other test cells are identical (the application amount of the effective components of the composition is the application amount of each mu of land), the death condition of weeds is observed on the 15 th day, the 30 th day and the 50 th day after the test, and the weeding activities of various agents are compared.
On days 15, 30 and 50 after the application, broadleaf weeds (chickweed and quinoa) in the test treatment area were identified and counted, and the plant control effect was calculated according to formula (A), and the results are shown in Table 2 below.
Table 2 results of field efficacy tests
As can be seen from the results of the treatment of the drug effect in table 2, the herbicidal composition formulations of examples 1 to 10 have better control effects on both chickweed and quinoa weeds than comparative examples 1 to 2 and comparative examples 4 to 7, and particularly after 50 days of application, the control effects are more remarkable, and the synergistic herbicidal composition of the invention has the characteristic of long lasting period on both chickweed and quinoa broadleaf weeds; and the application amount is reduced by 25% compared with that of the comparative example, the control effect is better, the excellent effect of enhancing and reducing the application is shown, the application times and the application amount are fewer, the cost is saved, and the pollution to the environment is reduced.
In addition, according to the results of the pharmacodynamic treatment in table 2, the inventors have unexpectedly found that the synergistic herbicidal composition has better effect on broadleaf weeds than other 2,4-D water soluble salts and acid esters when aminopyralid is compounded with 2,4-D, preferably 2,4-D triisopropanolamine salts, and has more excellent effect when aminopyralid is compounded with 2,4-D triisopropanolamine salts.
In conclusion, the synergistic weeding composition disclosed by the invention has excellent control effect on broadleaf weeds in spring wheat planting fields, the control effect is improved, the dosage is reduced, and most importantly, the synergistic weeding composition can prolong the control time on the broadleaf weeds after being applied, has excellent weeding effect in 50 days, and has wide application prospect and market popularization value.
