Further, one examination visit of one examination object (i.e., patient) may correspond to one application form; and one application form corresponds to a plurality of examination items. For example, a certain test subject has a stomach discomfort and needs to be subjected to an ultrasound test, and the corresponding ultrasound test application sheet includes 1 or more items such as the spleen, liver, uterus, and the like.
In the embodiment of the present application, one consultation report belongs to one patient, and can correspond to one or more examination items. A review report comprising one or more ultrasound images; one consultation report corresponds to one or more consultation. In addition, one application form corresponds to one consultation report, a consultation submitting party can select part or all of items in the application form to apply for consultation, and all consultation of one application form of the examination object are in one consultation report.
In one possible embodiment, a unified user data model may be established between the consultation procedure management system and the ultrasound real-time consultation system, and the user data includes user ID, user name, user hospital, user sex, user title, and the like. Similarly, the unified user data model means that the two systems have the same knowledge of the same user data, and for example, when identifying a doctor, an identification ID corresponding to the doctor, a name of a hospital institution where the doctor is located, and the like are required.
In a possible embodiment, in the process of actually establishing the audio/video consultation, the consultation process management System server obtains Information such as a request form of an examination object from a third-party System (e.g., hospital Information System, HIS) to establish a new examination including Information such as the request form and an examination project. When a lower-level hospital consultation submits a new consultation application through a first consultation process management system client, relevant consultation application information about examination information of an object to be examined can be filled, and a consultation application ID is distributed to the consultation application by a consultation process management system server and an ultrasonic real-time consultation system is called to create a consultation ID; in addition, the consultation process management system server binds the consultation ID and the consultation application ID to establish an association relationship. When a consultation is newly established through the consultation process management system, the information transmitted to the ultrasonic real-time consultation system comprises the information of an examination object, the information of an examination project, the information of a request form, the information of consultation application, the information of a doctor applying and the like, and the ultrasonic real-time consultation system automatically establishes a new consultation and returns a consultation ID. Taking the consultation submitting party appointing a consultation party doctor as an example, the consultation process management system server side respectively establishes a first consultation report and a second consultation report for the consultation submitting party and the consultation party, and the consultation process management system associates the consultation ID with the examination information, the first consultation report and the second consultation report. The consultation doctor can inquire the patient examination needing consultation and a second consultation report in the client of the second consultation process management system.
When a new consultation is established, taking the consultation submitting party as an example, wherein the consultation submitting party designates a doctor as a consultation party, at the moment, the consultation process management system transmits a consultation submitting party ID and a consultation party ID to the ultrasonic real-time consultation system, namely, the user ID of the doctor is taken as a core, mapping is carried out between the two systems, and if the ultrasonic real-time consultation system does not comprise the user information of the consultation submitting party doctor and/or the consultation party doctor, user creation is automatically carried out in the ultrasonic real-time consultation system so as to complete mapping.
In the newly-built consultation process, a consultation submitting doctor can select a consultation hospital and a consultation doctor. After the consultation application is established, the consultation process management system can remind the consultation doctor that a new consultation exists, and the consultation doctor can conveniently conduct consultation. When the consultation hospital and the consultation doctor are not specified, the consultation management system server side can automatically distribute according to the predefined rules. The distribution rules comprise hospital oral relationship, scheduling information of the consultant, the speciality of the consultant, the grade of the consultant and the like.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, for example, when a consultation submitting doctor operates through the first consultation process management system client 103 to begin editing a first consultation report, the first consultation process management system client 103 sends a first activation request to the first ultrasound real-time consultation system client 106 to automatically call the first ultrasound real-time consultation system client 106, so as to activate the ultrasound real-time consultation system of the first terminal 101 to initialize, transmit information such as the ID and name of the current consultation submitting doctor and the first consultation ID to the ultrasound real-time consultation system server 107 through the first ultrasound real-time consultation system client 106, and automatically establish a real-time audio/video consultation channel to achieve a consultation available state. Similarly, the operation of the consultation doctor on the second terminal 102 is similar to the operation of the consultation submitting doctor on the first terminal 101, and is not described in detail. Therefore, the consultation submitting doctor and the consultation doctor can conduct audio-video consultation.
In one possible embodiment, the consultation procedure management system server 104 is further configured to synchronize the first consultation opinion entered in the first consultation report by the first consultation submitting party into the second consultation report; and/or, the consultation procedure management system server 104 synchronizes the second consultation opinions entered by the first party in the second consultation report into the first consultation report.
Specifically, in the process of performing audio/video consultation by the first consultation submitting party and the first consultation party, the first consultation submitting party can edit the first consultation report through the first consultation process management system client 103, and the first consultation party can edit the second consultation report through the second consultation process management system client 105. Wherein the first consultation submitting party can input the first consultation opinion in the first consultation report when editing the first consultation report, and the first consultation opinion is synchronized into the second consultation report through the consultation procedure management system server 104, or the first consultation submitting party can input the second consultation opinion in the second consultation report, and the second consultation opinion is synchronized into the first consultation report through the consultation procedure management system server 104 when editing the second consultation report.
In fact, optionally, the consultation process management system server 104 can synchronize the edited first consultation report to the first terminal, so that the first consultation party can obtain the first consultation report through the first consultation process management system client, that is, obtain the first consultation opinion input by the first consultation submitting party in the first consultation report. Similarly, the consultation process management system server 104 may synchronize the edited second consultation report to the second terminal, so that the first consultation party can obtain the second consultation report through the second consultation process management system client. In this way, the first consultation submitter can output a final consultation report of the first consultation application according to the first consultation report and the second consultation report. In the first way of outputting the consultation, the first consultation submitting party can print the first consultation report and the second consultation report, and the two printed reports are used as the consultation reports. In fact, after the first consultation submitting party completes the consultation, the contents of the first consultation report and the second consultation report can be audited, inappropriate positions in the first consultation report and the second consultation report can be modified, the report can be written and audited, and the report can be printed and distributed to patients. And in a second way of outputting the consultation report, the consultation process management system server responds to a merging request for merging the first consultation report and the second consultation report, which is initiated by the first consultation submitting party through the first consultation process management system client, automatically merges the second consultation report and the first consultation report to obtain a final consultation report of the first consultation application, and stores the consultation report. And then, the consultation process management system server side sends the consultation report to a first terminal corresponding to the first consultation submitting party and a second terminal corresponding to the first consultation party respectively, so that the first consultation submitting party obtains the consultation report through the first consultation process management system client side, and the first consultation party obtains the consultation report through the second consultation process management system client side. In this way, the first consultation presenter can distribute the final consultation report to the patients.

Meanwhile, the consultation flow management system server 104 will remind the consultation submitting party and the consultation party to receive the third consultation suggestion, so that when the first consultation submitting party edits the first consultation report and the first consultation party edits the second consultation report, the first consultation submitting party can determine whether to write the received third consultation suggestion into the first consultation report according to needs; likewise, the first party may determine whether to write the received third consultation into the second consultation report, if necessary. The third-party system can be an ultrasonic real-time consultation system or other systems as long as the other systems are connected with the consultation process management system server. By using the method for obtaining the third consultation suggestion, a consultation submitting doctor can input the consultation suggestion without switching to the first consultation process management system client, so that the complex operation caused by client interface switching is reduced, the consultation suggestion can not be written into a consultation report, and the convenience of writing the consultation report is improved.

In addition, the doctor of the consultation party can acquire an image in the corresponding client of the second ultrasound real-time consultation system to obtain a second ultrasound image, and send the second ultrasound image to the client 103 of the first consultation process management system and the client 105 of the second consultation process management system through the server 107 of the ultrasound real-time consultation system and the server 104 of the consultation process management system. So that the consultation doctors and the consultation submitting doctors can determine whether to add the second ultrasonic image into the corresponding consultation report according to the requirement.
The method has the advantages that the image acquisition is carried out on the client side of the ultrasonic real-time consultation system, the original image acquisition habit of a doctor can be adapted, and the consultation efficiency of the doctor is improved.
In a possible embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the consultation flow management system server 104 is further configured to respond to an image acquisition request initiated by the first consultation submitting party through the first consultation flow management system client 103, so as to acquire a third ultrasound image obtained by image acquisition of an object to be examined by an ultrasound device connected to the first terminal;
the consultation process management system server 104 is further configured to synchronously send the third ultrasound image to the second consultation process management system client 105 corresponding to the second terminal 102 and the first consultation process management system client 103 corresponding to the first terminal 101.
The ultrasound device is connected with the first terminal, so that the first terminal can obtain the ultrasound video stream, and in this embodiment, the consultation flow management system can obtain the ultrasound video stream.
Specifically, in the process of audio/video consultation, a doctor at the consultation submitting party can initiate an image acquisition request through the first consultation process management system client 103, and the consultation process management system server 104 responds to the image acquisition request to acquire a third ultrasonic image obtained by acquiring an image of an object to be examined by an ultrasonic device connected to the first terminal, and then send the third ultrasonic image to the first consultation process management system client 103 and the second consultation process management system client 105 through the ultrasonic real-time consultation system server 107 and the consultation process management system server 104; so that the consultation presenter physician can view the third ultrasound image on the first consultation procedure management system client 103 and add it to the first consultation report as needed. Likewise, the reviewer physician may view the third ultrasound image on the second review procedure management system client 105 and add it to the second review report as needed.
By using the image collecting method, the consultation submitting doctor can collect images on the client side of the consultation process management system according to the self condition, the image collection is convenient, the interface does not need to be switched, and the collected images can be shared to the consultation doctor.
In a possible embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the ultrasound real-time consultation system server 107 is further configured to store audio and video data corresponding to the audio and video consultation session after the audio and video consultation session is ended, where the audio and video data is associated with the first consultation ID.
Specifically, after the audio/video consultation is finished, the audio/video data corresponding to the consultation can be stored, and the audio/video data is associated with the first consultation ID, so that the association and the correspondence between the consultation and the audio/video data between the consultation process management system and the ultrasonic real-time consultation system are realized, and therefore, when the relevant data of the consultation is checked in the subsequent process, the corresponding audio/video data can be found in the ultrasonic real-time consultation system according to the first consultation ID for being checked by a doctor.

Specifically, during historical review, doctors of both parties inquire patient examination and report information in a work list of a consultation process management system, a designated consultation is selected for review, the consultation process management system automatically displays report content, the ultrasonic real-time consultation system is automatically called, the ID and name of the currently submitted doctor and the consultation ID are transmitted, the ultrasonic real-time consultation system automatically logs in with the doctor account, the designated consultation is opened, and audio and video data corresponding to the historical consultation are displayed. In this way, the physician can review the consultation report and the audio-visual material simultaneously for historical review.

the consultation process management system server 104 is further configured to send a call request carrying the inspection information to the ultrasound real-time consultation system server 107, where the call request is used to call the ultrasound real-time consultation system server 107 to create a second consultation ID for audio/video consultation on the object to be inspected, where the second consultation ID is associated with the inspection information;

In this embodiment, when two consultation are directed to the same examination information, the assigned consultation ID is associated with the examination information, so that later doctors can view all consultation data related to the examination information, such as a consultation report and audio-video data, when viewing the examination.
In a possible embodiment, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating an architecture of a consultation flow management system according to an embodiment of the present invention; in this embodiment, an architecture of a possible consultation process management system 300 is provided, which includes a consultation process management system server 309 and a consultation process management system client 301, where the consultation process management system client 301 includes a registration module 302, a work list module 303, a consultation management module 304, a report editing module 305, a report printing module 306, an ultrasound real-time consultation system cooperation module 307, and a data statistics analysis module 308.
The registration module 302 is used for realizing the new establishment of patient examination information; and cooperating with the third-party system cooperation service to acquire and store the information of the application form.
A worklist module 303, which is used for inquiring and displaying the examination information of the patient; the work list can show the consultation state (such as whether consultation is finished or not), consultation submitting doctors, consultation hospitals and other information; a patient exam and report may be selected to begin writing the report, modify the report, view the report, and review the consultation.
And opening a report editing and viewing interface when writing, modifying and viewing the report, automatically calling an ultrasonic real-time consultation system, opening a designated consultation, and prompting a doctor to select if multiple consultation exists.
And when reviewing the consultation, if the examination corresponds to a plurality of consultation, showing the consultation list corresponding to the examination of the doctor, wherein the doctor can select to check a certain consultation, and after selection, the consultation flow management system automatically calls the ultrasonic real-time consultation system to open the audio and video data of the appointed consultation.

The consultation application function includes filling in application reason, condition description, consultation hospital, consultation doctor, expected consultation time and the like. The consultation modification function supports modification application reasons, situation descriptions, consultation hospitals, consultation doctors, expected consultation time and the like. The consultation cancellation function supports cancellation of already submitted consultation.
And the report editing module 305 is used for realizing the editing of the report, including the functions of selecting and displaying a report template, saving a report example, displaying and using a report knowledge base, importing consultation opinions and the like. And the ultrasound real-time consultation system cooperation module 307 is used for starting and correctly initializing the ultrasound real-time consultation system and stimulating to establish an audio/video consultation channel. One way to launch the ultrasound real-time review system client may be to launch the client's executable program with parameters (at least with a review ID and a physician ID) in a command line manner. And when the consultation process management system is in a Web mode, starting an executable program of the client of the ultrasonic real-time consultation system by using a custom protocol of a Windows system.

Therefore, the consultation flow management system stores complete information of consultation flows, patient examinations, reports and the like, can realize data statistical analysis based on different dimensions, for example, statistical analysis is carried out according to the corresponding relation of examination information and consultation, and can determine consultation corresponding to different examination information and corresponding consultation number.
On the other hand, the ultrasonic real-time consultation system comprises an ultrasonic real-time consultation system client and an ultrasonic real-time consultation system server, wherein the ultrasonic real-time consultation system client is used for receiving the starting parameters, mapping the user, matching the patient examination and the consultation ID and entering a consultation session. The ultrasonic real-time consultation system server is used for receiving the request to establish consultation, returning a consultation ID and automatically adding new users; sending the collected image to a consultation process management system server side according to the requirement; and sending the received consultation opinions to a consultation process management system server according to needs.
The consultation process management system takes patient examination and report as core objects, expands consultation information, supports the consultation process, and interacts based on consultation ID, doctor ID, patient information and the like in the process of cooperation with the ultrasonic real-time consultation system, wherein the core is the consultation ID. By the method, the patient and report management function which is more consistent with the requirement of daily work scenes can be provided for doctors, and data statistical analysis is better supported. By the mode, the consultation function taking the audio and video as the core is effectively combined with the service flow taking the patient examination and report as the core, so that the working efficiency of doctors is improved, unnecessary manual operation is avoided, and manual synchronization of various data is avoided.
Based on the embodiment of the ultrasound consultation cooperative system, the present embodiment further provides a consultation cooperative method applied to the ultrasound consultation cooperative system, and referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow diagram of the consultation cooperative method provided in the embodiment of the present invention; consultation cooperation method 400 includes the steps of:

By using the method 400, the audio and video consultation session between the consultation submitting party and the consultation party can be quickly established, the operation required by a doctor in the process of establishing the audio and video consultation can be effectively reduced, and the working efficiency of the doctor is effectively improved.

Further, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a consultation flow management system server according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the consultation flow management system server 600 may include: the processor 601, the network interface 604 and the memory 605, and the consultation process management system server 600 may further include: a user interface 603, and at least one communication bus 602. Wherein the communication bus 602 is used to enable connection communication between these components. The user interface 603 may include a Display (Display) and a Keyboard (Keyboard), and the selectable user interface 603 may also include a standard wired interface and a standard wireless interface. The network interface 604 may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface). The memory 605 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory. The memory 605 can optionally also be at least one storage device located remotely from the processor 601. As shown in fig. 6, the memory 605, which is a type of computer storage medium, may include therein an operating system, a network communication module, a user interface module, and a device control application program.
In the consultation procedure management system server 600 shown in fig. 6, the network interface 604 may provide a network communication function; and the user interface 603 is primarily an interface for providing input to a user; and processor 601 may be used to invoke a device control application stored in memory 605 to implement the steps described above.

the consultation flow management system server sends a calling request carrying the inspection information to the ultrasonic real-time consultation system server, wherein the calling request is used for calling the ultrasonic real-time consultation system server to create a first consultation ID for audio and video consultation for the object to be inspected, and the first consultation ID is associated with the inspection information;
the consultation process management system server receives the first consultation ID returned by the ultrasonic real-time consultation system server, and establishes an incidence relation between the first consultation application ID and the first consultation ID;
the consultation flow management system server sends the first consultation application ID to the second terminal corresponding to the first consultation party, so that the first consultation party can obtain the first consultation application through the second consultation flow management system client;

the second terminal responds to a second activation request for the first consultation application initiated by a first consultation party through the second consultation process management system client, and calls the second ultrasonic real-time consultation system client to transmit the first consultation ID and the first consultation party ID to the ultrasonic real-time consultation system server according to the incidence relation between the first consultation application ID and the first consultation ID;
and the ultrasonic real-time consultation system server establishes an audio-video consultation session between the first consultation submitting party and the first consultation party according to the first consultation ID, the first consultation submitting party ID and the first consultation party ID.
2. The method of claim 1,
the consultation process management system server side creates a first consultation report for the first consultation submitting party and a second consultation report for the first consultation submitting party; wherein the first visit report is associated with the first visit application ID; the second consultation report is associated with the first consultation application ID;
the method further comprises the following steps:
the consultation process management system server synchronizes the first consultation opinion input by the first consultation submitting party in the first consultation report into the second consultation report; and/or the consultation process management system server synchronizes a second consultation opinion input by the first consultation party in the second consultation report into the first consultation report.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the ultrasound real-time consultation system server receives a first ultrasound image sent by the first consultation submitting party through the first ultrasound real-time consultation system client, and sends the first ultrasound image to the consultation process management system server;
the consultation process management system server side synchronously sends the first ultrasonic image to the first consultation process management system client side corresponding to the first terminal and the second consultation process management system client side corresponding to the second terminal; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
the ultrasonic real-time consultation system server receives a second ultrasonic image sent by the first consultation party through the second ultrasonic real-time consultation system client, and sends the second ultrasonic image to the consultation process management system server;
and the consultation process management system server synchronously sends the second ultrasonic image to the first consultation process management system client corresponding to the first terminal and the second consultation process management system client corresponding to the second terminal.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the sending the first consultation application ID to the second terminal corresponding to the first consultation party by the consultation procedure management system server includes:
and the consultation process management system server responds to a query request initiated by the first consultation party through the first consultation process management system client, and sends the first consultation ID associated with the checking information and the first consultation application ID to the second terminal corresponding to the first consultation party.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the sending, by the consultation procedure management system server, the first consultation application ID to the second terminal corresponding to the first consultation party includes:
and the consultation process management system server updates the ID of the first consultation application to a consultation management list of the hospital where the first consultation party is located according to the hospital where the first consultation party is located and the consultation is invited to participate in consultation, which is input by the first consultation submitting party, so that the first consultation party accesses the consultation management list through the second consultation process management system client on the second terminal to check the first consultation application.

the consultation process management system server side synchronously sends the third consultation opinion to the first consultation process management system client side corresponding to the first terminal and the second consultation process management system client side corresponding to the second terminal;

the second terminal receives the fourth consultation suggestion input by the first consultation party through the second ultrasonic real-time consultation system client, and sends the fourth consultation suggestion to the ultrasonic real-time consultation system server;
the ultrasonic real-time consultation system server forwards the fourth consultation suggestion to the consultation process management system server;
and the consultation process management system server side synchronously sends the fourth consultation opinion to the second consultation process management system client side corresponding to the second terminal and the first consultation process management system client side corresponding to the first terminal.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising:
the consultation flow management system server responds to an image acquisition request initiated by the first consultation submitting party through the first consultation flow management system client to acquire a third ultrasonic image obtained by acquiring an image of the object to be checked by the ultrasonic equipment connected with the first terminal;
and the consultation process management system server side synchronously sends the third ultrasonic image to the second consultation process management system client side corresponding to the second terminal and the first consultation process management system client side corresponding to the first terminal.
