Background

The warp knitting fabric has the advantages of good longitudinal dimensional stability, stiff and smooth fabric, small stripping property, no curling, good air permeability and the like. Lateral elongation, elasticity and softness are inferior to weft knitted fabrics. Because of higher warp knitting cost, a knitting method for obtaining warp knitting style by weft knitting is needed, so that the weft knitting fabric also has the advantages of good air permeability, stable size and the like of the warp knitting fabric. the specification of the bamboo cotton yarn is 45S; the specification of the Sorona fiber is 75D.
Preferably, the bamboo cotton yarn is obtained by blending 50wt% of bamboo fibers and 50wt% of cotton fibers.
In a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for producing a warp knitting style circular knitting machine fabric, comprising the steps of:
(1) Knitting needle arrangement: the knitting needles of the upper needle dial and the lower needle cylinder of the knitting machine are sequentially and circularly arranged according to the AB as a circulation unit;
