如图1至图3所示,本发明提供一种农业机械秸秆粉碎装置技术方案:包括粉碎箱1,所述粉碎箱1的左侧面连通有进料仓2,且粉碎箱1的右侧面下方开设有出料口11,所述粉碎箱1内部设置有切割粉碎机构3,所述切割粉碎机构3用于对送入到粉碎箱1内的青储秸秆进行先切割呈段状,再进行粉碎处理,粉碎处理后的青储秸秆通过出料口11排出粉碎箱1外;工作时,当需要对收割完成的青储秸秆进行粉碎时,尤其是对那种长度比较长,且具有一定湿度的青储秸秆,例如玉米青储秸秆或者高粱青储秸秆,由于这种青储秸秆长度较长、且具有一定的湿度,因此,若是采用现有的粉碎装置进行直接粉碎,而不采用先切割后粉碎的方式进行,容易导致青储秸秆在粉碎箱1内粉碎时产生粉碎不均匀而堵塞的现象,进而现有的农业机械秸秆粉碎装置对青储秸秆的粉碎效率和粉碎的质量;因此,当需要将玉米青储秸秆进行粉碎时,操作人员先将玉米青储秸秆放入到进料仓2的仓口位置,然后缓慢推动玉米青储秸秆,是得玉米青储秸秆通过进料仓2与粉碎箱1连接处设置的切割片32先对玉米青储秸秆切割呈等长的段状,然后在粉碎箱1内向下落入到对称的粉碎辊35之间进行粉碎作业,粉碎后的玉米青储秸秆通过出料口11排出收集,进而本发明通过在粉碎箱1内设置切割粉碎机构3,使得切割粉碎机构3能够先对长度比较长的青储秸秆进行先切割呈等长的段状青储秸秆,然后在将段状青储秸秆进行粉碎,不仅能够防止长度较长的青储秸秆在直接粉碎时产生堵塞的现象,同时又能够提高长度较长的青储秸秆的粉碎质量和粉碎的效率。As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the present invention provides a technical solution for an agricultural machinery straw crushing device: it includes a crushing
如图1和图2所示,所述切割粉碎机构3包括转动环31、切割片32、转轴33、支撑杆34、粉碎辊35、转动轴36、弹性导板37和弹性筛网38,所述转动环31的外圈壁面均匀设置有多个切割片32,且转动环31与转轴33的端部固定连接,多个所述切割片32转动设置在进料仓2与粉碎箱1的连接处,所述转轴33通过多个支撑杆34转动支撑在粉碎箱1的顶壁上,且转轴33的另一端部穿过粉碎箱1的右侧壁与固定在粉碎箱1上电机的输出轴连接,对称的所述粉碎辊35通过转动轴36转动设置在粉碎箱1内部,且其位于切割片32的下方,对称的所述转动轴36通过粉碎箱1后侧面设置的啮合齿轮进行对向啮合传动,对称的所述粉碎辊35的上方均设置有弹性导板37,且弹性导板37的一端面固定在粉碎箱1的侧壁,且其另一端面悬空设置在粉碎辊35的上方,对称的所述粉碎辊35的下方设置有弹性筛网38,且弹性筛网38的两端分别连接到粉碎箱1的左右两侧壁,所述粉碎箱1的前侧壁上开设有透明窗口,且透明窗口与弹性筛网38对齐;工作时,当需要粉碎装置对青储秸秆进行粉碎时,操作人员先将粉碎装置移动到合适位置,然后对粉碎装置进行接通电源,通过粉碎装置上的控制箱启动粉碎箱1上安装的多个电机工作,然后青储秸秆送入到进料仓2内部后,通过粉碎箱1右侧面的电机驱动转轴33转动,进而使得多个切割片32能够在进料仓2的内仓口处转动,当青储秸秆移动到旋转的切割片32位置后,旋转的切割片32会对青储秸秆切割呈段状青储秸秆,且切割片32的旋转能够产生部分吸附力将进料仓2内的青储秸秆进行吸附切割,而切割后段状青储秸秆会顺着弹性导板37落入到通过两个齿轮相互啮合传动的粉碎辊35之间,因此,对向旋转的粉碎辊35会将段状青储秸秆进行粉碎处理,粉碎后的青储秸秆会下落到弹性筛网38上进行筛选,粉碎后大量合格的青储秸秆会通过弹性筛网38落入到粉碎箱1的下方,然后通过出料口11排出,而少部分不合格的青储秸秆会残留在弹性筛网38上,操作人员可以通过透明窗口观察弹性筛网38上残留的青储秸秆,同时在粉碎箱1不工作状态下定期打开头透明窗口,将弹性筛网38上残留的不合格青储秸秆取出,防止粉碎后不合格青储秸秆在弹性筛网38上堆积,而导致弹性筛网38产生堵塞的现象;因此,本发明通过在进料仓2与粉碎箱1的连接处设置具有一定旋转速度的切割片32可以先对长度较长的青储秸秆进行切段处理,然后通过弹性导板37导入到对向旋转到粉碎辊35之间,对向旋转的粉碎辊35可以将切段后的段状青储秸秆进行粉碎处理,粉碎后的青储秸秆会通过弹性筛网38进行筛选出质量合格的青储秸秆进行收集存放,进而不需要粉碎辊35直接对长度较小的青储秸秆进行粉碎处理,不仅能够防止长度较长的青储秸秆在粉碎辊35之间产生堵塞和卡死的现象,同时还能够提高粉碎辊35对长度较长的青储秸秆的粉碎质量和粉碎的效率。As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the cutting and crushing
