The invention also provides an operation method of the track construction platform for binding the steel bars of the top plate of the prefabricated box girder, which comprises the following steps:
constructing a steel bar binding jig frame, wherein the jig frame is constructed according to parameters of a prefabricated box girder top plate to be constructed, and a track is arranged on the jig frame;
Step two, the construction platform is moved to the front of the jig frame, the electromagnetic clutch is controlled to be engaged through the control device, and the lifting control of the construction platform is started;
controlling the construction platform to descend so that pulleys of the construction platform are accurately embedded on the track, and continuously reversing the motor so that lifting rods of the construction platform are continuously retracted;
Step four, the electromagnetic clutch is controlled to be disconnected through the control device, and the rotation of the motor is not transmitted to the lifting system;
Step five, after equipment debugging is finished, the construction platform is moved to a specified starting position, and then operation can be performed;
and step six, the control device drives the motor to rotate at regular time, so that the construction platform moves for a preset distance after a preset time.

The lifting system is adopted, the defects of the prior art that a lifting platform is adopted for lifting the upper rail and the lower rail are overcome, the self-driving system is adopted, an additional traction system is avoided, and the lifting system and the moving system are driven simultaneously by the same driving device, so that the lifting device is compact in structure and high in adaptability.
Meanwhile, the driving system can automatically control the moving speed and distance, is convenient for binding the reinforcing steel bars and ensures the construction efficiency.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the invention provides a track construction platform for binding reinforcing steel bars of a top plate of a prefabricated box girder, which comprises a reinforcing steel bar binding jig frame, wherein the reinforcing steel bar binding jig frame comprises a bracket 1, the bracket 1 is constructed into three parts by steel rails, cross beams 11 are arranged on a left side bracket and a right side bracket, cross beams 111 are arranged on a middle bracket, and the cross beams 11 and 111 are arranged on the bracket 1 at intervals and extend along the longitudinal direction of the bracket 1. The left and right cross beams 11 are sequentially provided with a rail 11, a steel bar longitudinal positioning beam 13 and a steel bar transverse positioning beam 14 from outside to inside, and the middle cross beam 111 is provided with an angle steel beam positioning bracket 16 for positioning and supporting the angle steel beam 15. The rail 11, the steel bar longitudinal positioning beam 13, the steel bar transverse positioning beam 14, the angle steel beam positioning bracket 16 and the steel beam 15 all extend along the longitudinal direction of the bracket 1, namely, along the construction direction of the top plate of the prefabricated box girder.
The steel bar longitudinal positioning beam 13 is used for supporting and positioning the steel bars which are longitudinally arranged, the steel bar transverse positioning beam 14 is used for supporting and positioning the steel bars which are transversely arranged, gaps are formed in the steel bar transverse positioning beam 14 at intervals, the gaps are designed according to the arrangement of the steel bars of the top plate of the prefabricated box girder, and when the steel bar transverse positioning device is used, the steel bars are directly placed in the gaps, so that transverse interval positioning of the steel bars can be completed.
The steel bar longitudinal positioning beam 13 comprises a plurality of steel plates which are erected at intervals, and connecting steel bars which are positioned between the steel plates, so that a containing groove is formed between the two steel plates, and the steel bars are longitudinally arranged in the containing groove when in use, thereby the steel bars are longitudinally positioned.
The angle steel beam positioning bracket 16 is used for supporting the angle steel beam 15, and the angle steel beam 15 is supported on a vertical supporting rod of the angle steel beam positioning bracket 16 in a right-angle inverted mode.
The transverse steel bars and the longitudinal steel bars are all strictly arranged on the jig frame according to the design, and then are bound, so that the bound steel bars can be ensured to be straight and tidy.
Referring to fig. 2 to 7, the track construction platform for binding the prefabricated box girder roof steel bars further comprises a track construction platform, wherein the track construction platform comprises a bottom plate 53, a wheel bracket 531 is arranged below the bottom plate 53, a pulley 251 is arranged on the wheel bracket 531, and the pulley 251 can be supported on the track 11 and move along the track 11. In particular, the pulley 251 has a V-shaped sliding groove, and the rail 11 has an inverted V-shaped sliding rail, and the sliding groove and the sliding rail are mutually matched, so that the pulley 251 is stably supported in the sliding rail 11 without falling off the rail.
Above the base plate 53 a drive train is fixed, which comprises a lifting system and a moving system.
The lifting system comprises screw lifters 23 positioned at four corners of a bottom plate 53 and a motor 283 positioned in the middle of the bottom plate 53, the screw lifters 23 comprise an input shaft 291 and a lifting rod 22, one end of the input shaft 291 is connected with the screw lifters 23, the other end is connected with a shaft 29, the shaft 29 is supported on the bottom plate 53 by a bearing, so that two parallel shafts 29 are perpendicular to the direction of a track 11, and the four screw lifters 23 are connected into two groups, and the two groups are combined in a linkage way. The motor 283 is fixed in the middle of the bottom plate 53, and drives two parallel shafts 29 to rotate in the same direction through the transfer system 281, and each shaft 29 drives two screw lifters 23, so that a lifting device with linkage of four screw lifters 23 is formed. The four screw lifters 23 are driven by the driving shaft 291 to lift the lifting rod 22, and the universal wheels 21 are provided below the lifting rod 22. When the motor 283 rotates forward, the lifting rod 22 is extended toward the ground until the universal wheel 21 contacts the ground. The elevation height of the base plate 53 is adjusted so that the pulley 251 is aligned with the slide rail 11, and then the motor 283 is reversed, and the elevation of the base plate is again adjusted so that the elevation rod 22 protrudes in the sky direction, and the pulley 251 is fitted on the rail 11 as the base plate descends. The four screw lifters 23 complete the synchronous lifting action. Therefore, the rail construction platform can be free from hoisting, and the actions of upper rail and lower rail can be realized by means of self power.
On the shaft 29, an electromagnetic clutch 24 is provided near each screw lifter 23, and a driving wheel 25 is provided on a side of the electromagnetic clutch 24 away from the screw lifter 23. The fixed part of the electromagnetic clutch 24 is mounted on the base plate 53 with its input end being the shaft 29 and its output end being the drive shaft 291, whereby the input power of the shaft 29 can be input or disconnected into the drive shaft 291 by the electromagnetic clutch. After the platform finishes the track-up action, the electromagnetic clutch needs to be disconnected, so that the lifting action of the platform is ensured to be finished and terminated.
Referring to fig. 6, there is shown a moving system of the track construction platform of the present invention, which includes a driving wheel 25 driven by a shaft 29 fixed above a base plate 53, and a pulley 251 fixed below the base plate 53 by a support 531, both sides of a V-shaped chute of the pulley 251 being provided with pulleys or sprockets. The drive wheel 25 may be supported at both ends by bearing blocks and bearings 26, only part of the bearings 26 being schematically shown in the figures. The driving wheel 25 is arranged right above the pulley 251, the shaft 29 drives the driving wheel 25 to rotate, and the driving wheel 25 further rotates through a chain or belt driving pulley 251.
Therefore, the construction platform disclosed by the invention realizes lifting and moving of the construction platform through a set of power system, and is simple in structure and high in reliability.
Referring again to fig. 7, which shows the transfer system of the present application, comprising a motor 283, the output shaft of the motor 283 is connected with a bevel gear 2811, two sides of the bevel gear 2811 are respectively vertically meshed with a bevel gear 2812 and a bevel gear 2813, taking one end as an example, the output shaft of the bevel gear 2813 is provided with a bevel gear 271 which synchronously rotates, and the bevel gear 271 is meshed with the bevel gear 272 arranged on the shaft 29. Thus, the power from the motor 283 is transmitted to the upper and lower shafts 29 through the bevel gears, the shafts 29 are rotated synchronously and in the same direction, and the shafts 29 in turn drive the driving wheels 25 and the pulleys 251 to rotate, so that the construction platform can move along the track 11.
Referring to fig. 4, in the base plate 53 of the present invention, a hollowed-out elongated groove 41 is provided at each of four corners, and the elongated groove 41 allows a chain or belt between the driving wheel 25 and the pulley 251 to pass through, while allowing the lifting rod 22 of the screw lifter 23 to pass through.
In a particular embodiment, the screw lifter 23, the electromagnetic clutch 24, the seat of the bearing 26, and the bracket 531 are fixedly disposed on both sides of the elongated slot 41. Due to the provision of the elongated slot the lateral position of the driving wheel 25 is adjustable, i.e. the driving wheel 25 is adjustable along the length of the elongated slot to adapt the width of the track 11, and at the same time the position of the pulley 251 is correspondingly adjusted to adapt the driving wheel. The existence of the long groove enables the movable construction platform to be suitable for box girder top plates of different types, and the rail 11 with different widths can be adapted only by adjusting the installation positions of the screw rod lifter 23, the driving wheel 25 and the bracket 531. In this way, the suitability of the product is enhanced.
Referring to fig. 5, the construction platform of the present invention further includes a cover 52, the cover 52 covers the top of the bottom plate 53, and covers the lifting, moving and transferring system of the present invention from above, and the top of the cover 52 is the platform on which the constructor stands.
Also included are a control device 60 and a power cord 61 connected to the motor 281, the control device 60 acting as a power supply system and control system for the motor. The power line is used for externally connecting a power supply.
The control device 60 can control the rotation of the motor, for example, the timing rotation, so that when the worker completes the bar binding operation for a certain distance, the construction platform is automatically moved forward, so that the worker can carry out the bar binding for the next section. In particular, the control device 60 may be equipped with a remote control device, such as a bluetooth control device, so that a worker can repeatedly control the forward and backward movement or the lifting movement of the mobile construction platform during construction.
The control device 60 is also electrically connected to the electromagnetic clutch 24, and can perform a disconnection or connection operation on the electromagnetic clutch 24.
The invention also provides an operation method of the track construction platform for binding the steel bars of the top plate of the prefabricated box girder, which comprises the following steps:
Constructing a jig frame, wherein the jig frame is constructed according to parameters of a prefabricated box girder top plate to be constructed, so that pre-bound steel bars can be supported and positioned according to standard rules, and meanwhile, a track is arranged on the jig frame;
Step two, the construction platform is moved to the front of the jig frame in a locomotive traction or manual traction mode, the construction platform lifting control is started, the electromagnetic clutch 24 is controlled to be engaged through the control device 60, the construction platform is lifted, the pulley 251 of the construction platform is aligned with the track 11 of the jig frame, the construction platform is moved forwards for a certain distance, the distance is used as a debugging distance, and the movement can be achieved through traction or manual pushing.
Controlling the construction platform to descend so that the pulley 251 of the construction platform is accurately embedded on the track 11, continuously reversing the motor so that the lifting rod 23 of the construction platform continuously retracts until the lifting rod leaves the ground to a certain height, wherein the height does not influence the movement of the construction platform;
step four, the electromagnetic clutch 24 is controlled to be disconnected through the control device 60, so that the rotation of the motor is not transmitted to the lifting system;
And fifthly, after equipment debugging is finished, moving the construction platform to a specified starting position, and then performing operation.
And step six, the control device 60 drives the motor to rotate at fixed time, so that the construction platform moves for a preset distance after a preset time, and workers can complete binding of the reinforcing steel bars for the preset distance within the preset time. Thus, the working efficiency of workers is ensured. The predetermined time may be adjustable. Meanwhile, during the period of timing driving the motor, the motor can be controlled to stop and forward and backward rotation at any time so as to face various unexpected or temporary situations.
The construction platform disclosed by the invention has high automation degree, can ensure that the binding of the top plate steel bars is flat and regular, ensure the construction safety and improve the construction efficiency of workers.
