The multi-angle SCRM information exchange method is applied to a multi-angle SCRM information exchange system and comprises a service client terminal, an SCRM message mass-sending module and an information exchange utilization module, and is characterized in that: the service client terminals are a plurality of using main body terminals for SCRM information exchange, the SCRM message mass-sending module is used for carrying out accurate analysis and real-time pushing on contents by taking a client as a center and butting a message pushing API of a third-party platform, the information exchange utilization module is used for carrying out multi-angle exchange utilization of information based on the multi-using main bodies, the service client terminals are connected with the SCRM message mass-sending module through a network, and the SCRM message mass-sending module is electrically connected with the information exchange utilization module;
the business client terminal comprises a user terminal, an administrator terminal and a multi-layer interaction terminal, wherein the user terminal is an integral client group based on the use of the system, the administrator terminal is a service terminal of a system module customized for the client group demand of the system, the multi-layer interaction terminal is an application structure terminal involved in the system and used for carrying out data information analysis and interaction output, and the multi-layer interaction terminal is electrically connected with the user terminal and the administrator terminal;
the SCRM message mass-sending module comprises a butt-joint information operation module, a third party configuration module, a data cluster module and an application calling pushing module, wherein the butt-joint information operation module is used for an administrator to carry out development setting of user side pushing information and acquisition channels, the third party configuration module is an intermediate interaction platform for multi-party information acquisition and production, the data cluster module is used for a multi-cluster structure called when the data is processed in the third party platform, the application calling pushing module is used for carrying out calling and pushing steps of a data hierarchy structure among the cluster structures, the butt-joint information operation module is electrically connected with the third party configuration module, and the data cluster module is electrically connected with the application calling pushing module;
the docking information operation module comprises a parameter two-dimensional sub-module, an activity label sub-module and a message pushing sub-module, wherein the parameter two-dimensional sub-module is used for an administrator to create a primary label and a secondary label through a third party platform to generate a parameter two-dimensional code for a user to scan, the activity label sub-module is used for the administrator to create an activity and activity parameter two-dimensional code related to the user, the message pushing sub-module is used for the administrator to push a message by checking the activity label, the parameter two-dimensional sub-module is electrically connected with the activity label sub-module, and the activity label sub-module is electrically connected with the message pushing sub-module;
the information exchange utilization module comprises a data content analysis module, a strategy and management module and a real-time update driving module, wherein the data content analysis module is used for carrying out deeper utilization according to data and knowledge obtained through monitoring and mining, the strategy and management module is used for carrying out strategy change and mode management between a system and a user according to the mined associated information, the real-time update driving module is used for promoting user service and carrying out real-time driving update on dynamic data of a product according to a decision result, the data content analysis module is electrically connected with the strategy and management module, and the strategy and management module is electrically connected with the real-time update driving module;
the multi-angle SCRM information exchange method based on the operation of the multi-angle SCRM information exchange system comprises the following steps:
step S1: the management terminal is abutted to a third party platform to perform authority set and development data configuration;
step S2: the calling interface acquires a pre-authorization code, and an authorization page jumps into a callback URI to generate a calling token for public number and related API call of an applet;
step S3: calling a WeChat public number customer service API, creating a parameter two-dimensional code with an activity label, and setting a label list message for pushing;
step S4: the internal cluster structure of the platform performs interactive calling of a data level;
step S5: the client group obtains and receives the push message from the webpage and the app terminal;
step S6: receiving data according to the push list content and the client group, and performing deep analysis of the data and the content by utilizing text mining and machine learning;
step S7: and utilizing analysis results and data to dynamically adjust internal decision management of the system to update and promote the real-time service oriented to the customer group.
