Background
The protection target plate is a protection article used for testing by different protection companies, and for target plates made of different materials, the heights of the protection target plates are inconsistent, and the clamping work of the target plates is troublesome. The existing target plate fixing device is simple, is an iron frame which is generally made by welding, is provided with holes on two sides of the iron frame and is used for fixing an upper mounting plate and a lower mounting plate of a target plate, and the two fixing plates are often adjusted. In addition, the target plate is generally made of cast iron, is difficult to carry manually, is generally adjusted in position by using a forklift, and is often required to be offset by a certain angle due to the requirement of a shooting angle in the adjustment process. These problems often result in inefficient protection testing.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a target plate mounting device in a protective bullet test, which utilizes a hydraulic device to realize the lifting of a whole target frame and utilizes a mechanical transmission device to realize the quick adjustment of upper and lower position plates of a target plate; the efficiency of the test is improved.
The technical solution for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: the target plate mounting device for shooting comprises a support frame, a target frame lifting mechanism mounting plate, universal wheels mounted on the lower surface of the target frame lifting mechanism mounting plate, and two groups of screws rotatably mounted on the target frame, wherein each group of screws drives the screws to rotate through a transmission shaft and bevel gears positioned at two ends of the transmission shaft, and each transmission shaft is provided with a hand wheel worm and a gear, so that the rotation of the transmission shaft is realized;

The hand wheel worm 13 is formed by welding a worm and a hand wheel, the worm is arranged in a tapered roller bearing, and the tapered roller bearing can be arranged according to the size requirement by welding a bearing frame from a target frame position, such as a bearing 4. The threaded rod bearing 3 is a rolling bearing which is arranged on the bottom plate of the target frame. The method of mounting the drive shaft 12 is also similar. When the hand wheel worm 13 rotates, the gear 11 also rotates along with the rotation, the bevel gears on two sides of the transmission shaft 12 also start to rotate, the bevel gears 5 and the right bevel gears symmetrical with the bevel gears synchronously rotate, and the rotation directions are different, if one is clockwise, the other is anticlockwise. When the lifting angle of the screw thread is smaller than the equivalent friction angle of the screw pair, the screw thread transmission has the characteristic of self-locking, so the upper groove plate can be stopped at any height of the screw rod by rotating the hand wheel worm left and right.
The upper plate 9 and the lower plate 10 of the target plate are fixed on the upper groove plates at two sides by screws, the lower plate 10 is used for supporting the weight of the target plate, and the shape and the structure of the two plates are shown in fig. 4. After the upper and lower mounting plates 9 and 10 of the target plate are fixed, a target plate sample is placed therein, and the upper part of the target plate sample is clamped to the rear wall of the upper mounting plate 9 and the lower part of the sample is clamped to the rear wall of the lower mounting plate by using an F-shaped clamp, as shown in FIG. 6.
Two universal wheels 17 are arranged at the bottom of the target frame, the target frame is fixed by screws, and the universal wheels 17 are selected as standard components. When the hydraulic device rises the target frame to a certain height, the support frame 1 is separated from the ground, the universal wheels support the target frame, the shooting distance and the angle can be adjusted, and after the adjustment is finished, the oil return rod is opened to realize the falling of the support frame 1, so that the target frame is fixed.
