The hot air drying assembly comprises a heater, an air delivery pipe b12, an air outlet pipe b14 and an air outlet barrel 141, wherein the heater is arranged in the air delivery pipe b12, the air outlet pipe b14 and the air outlet barrel 141 are sequentially communicated, the opening size of the air outlet barrel 141 is gradually increased along the direction far away from the air outlet pipe b14, the hot air output speed is lower, the hot air is more beneficial to being diffused to the positions of the valve, balanced drying is realized, and the condition that uneven paint on the surface of the valve is avoided.
The fan 9 is arranged on the mounting cover 28, the output end of the fan 9 is communicated with the three-way pipe 10, the three-way pipe 10 is respectively communicated with the air delivery pipe a11 and the air delivery pipe b12, namely, the air inlet end of the three-way pipe 10 is communicated with the air outlet end of the fan 9, and the two air outlet ends of the three-way pipe 10 are respectively communicated with the air delivery pipe a11 and the air delivery pipe b 12. The fan 9 outputs normal-temperature air, the normal-temperature air enters the air outlet pipe a13 through the air delivery pipe a11, and the normal-temperature high-speed air flow is sprayed out through the air nozzle 131, and after the normal-temperature air enters the air delivery pipe b12, the air is heated by the heater, so that the heated air is discharged through the air outlet pipe b14 and the air outlet cylinder 141, and the paint on the surface of the valve can be subjected to balanced drying treatment.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, in the valve production apparatus according to the present embodiment, compared with the first embodiment, the paint spraying assembly includes a transfer pump 26, a hose 27, a paint outlet pipe 19 and paint spraying nozzles 191 sequentially connected, the transfer pump 26 is disposed on the mounting cover 28, the paint spraying nozzles 191 are disposed in an array, and the paint outlet pipe 19 is disposed on the rotating rod b 20. The transfer pump 26 communicates with the external paint bucket, and draws paint from the paint bucket, and transfers paint to the spray nozzle 191 through the hose 27 and the paint outlet pipe 19 for spraying paint, and can continuously perform a painting operation with high paint spraying efficiency.

The rotating rod b20 can drive the connecting sleeve 23 to rotate, the connecting sleeve 23 drives the spring plate 25 to roll, the spring plate 25 stores elastic potential energy, and when the incomplete conical fluted disc 22 is separated from the bevel gear b21 through the notch, the spring plate 25 releases the elastic potential energy and drives the rotating rod b20 to reversely reset through the connecting sleeve 23.
In this embodiment, the power device drives the rotation shaft 18 to rotate, the rotation shaft 18 drives the rotation table 1 to rotate, the rotation table 1 drives the rotation rod a2 in the rotation assembly to rotate, the bevel gear a15 is arranged on the rotation rod a2 and can revolve around the rotation shaft 18 along with the rotation rod a2, meanwhile, the bevel gear a15 rolls on the bevel gear disc 16 and can rotate in the revolution process, and finally, the revolution and the rotation of the clamping mechanism are realized simultaneously. The rotating shaft 18 can also drive the incomplete conical fluted disc 22 to rotate, the incomplete conical fluted disc 22 intermittently drives the bevel gear b21 to rotate, the bevel gear b21 can drive the rotating rod b20 to rotate, the rotating rod b20 stores force through the elastic reset component, when the incomplete conical fluted disc 22 is separated from the engaged bevel gear b21, the elastic reset component drives the rotating rod b20 to reversely rotate, so that the rotating rod b20 is reset, the rotating rod b20 is driven to rotate again through the incomplete conical fluted disc 22 and the bevel gear b21 in preparation for the follow-up process, the above process is circularly carried out, the reciprocating swing of the rotating rod b20 can be realized, the reciprocating swing of the spray painting component is finally realized, and the spray painting uniformity and the comprehensiveness of the valve are ensured.
Example six
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, in the valve production apparatus according to the present embodiment, compared with the first embodiment, the bottom of the cleaning chamber 282 is provided with a dust collection net, which can absorb dust blown off from the valve; the bottom of the paint spray booth 283 is provided with a waste paint tank for collecting paint which is not sprayed to the surface of the valve; the drying chamber 284 has air outlet holes provided at the bottom thereof so that the hot air blown out from the air outlet cylinder 141 can be discharged through the holes, and the subsequent hot air can be continuously dried through the valve.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. A valve manufacturing apparatus comprising:
the clamping mechanisms are uniformly arranged in an annular shape, each clamping mechanism comprises a rotating assembly and a clamping assembly, the clamping assemblies are arranged on the rotating assemblies, and the clamping assemblies are tensioned on the inner sides of the valves;
the mounting cover (28) is internally provided with a clamp chamber (281), a cleaning chamber (282), a paint spray chamber (283), a drying chamber (284) and a workpiece taking chamber (285) in an annular mode in the anticlockwise direction in sequence, a moving channel (280) for a clamping mechanism to pass through is communicated between the clamp chamber (281), the cleaning chamber (282), the paint spray chamber (283), the drying chamber (284) and the workpiece taking chamber (285), an opening a (2811) is formed in the clamp chamber (281), and an opening b (2851) is formed in the workpiece taking chamber (285);
the cleaning and drying mechanism comprises an air flow cleaning assembly, a hot air drying assembly and a fan (9) for supplying air to the air flow cleaning assembly and the hot air drying assembly, wherein the air outlet end of the air flow cleaning assembly is positioned in a cleaning chamber (282), and the air outlet end of the hot air drying assembly is positioned in a drying chamber (284);
the paint spraying mechanism comprises a rotating rod b (20) and a paint spraying assembly, the paint spraying assembly is positioned in a paint spraying room (283), the paint spraying assembly is arranged on the rotating rod b (20), and the rotating rod b (20) is rotatably arranged on the mounting cover (28); and
the driving mechanism is arranged in the mounting cover (28) and used for driving the multiple groups of clamping mechanisms to revolve and rotate simultaneously and driving the rotating rod b (20) to swing reciprocally;
the driving mechanism comprises a power device, a rotating shaft (18), a bevel gear a (15), a bevel gear disc (16), a mounting frame (17), a bevel gear b (21), an incomplete bevel gear disc (22) and an elastic reset assembly for resetting the rotating rod b (20); the power device is arranged on the mounting cover (28), the power device is in driving connection with the rotating shaft (18), the rotating shaft (18) is rotatably arranged on the mounting cover (28), the rotating table (1) and the incomplete conical fluted disc (22) are sequentially arranged on the rotating shaft (18) from bottom to top, six bevel gears a (15) are arranged, the bevel gears a (15) are correspondingly arranged on six groups of rotating assemblies in the six assembly clamping mechanisms, the bevel gears a (15) are in meshed connection with the conical fluted disc (16), the conical fluted disc (16) and the rotating shaft (18) are coaxially distributed, the conical fluted disc (16) is arranged on the mounting frame (17), and the mounting frame (17) is arranged on the mounting cover (28); the incomplete conical fluted disc (22) is provided with a plurality of notches distributed in a ring shape, the bevel gear b (21) is arranged on the rotating rod b (20), and the bevel gear b (21) is in intermittent meshing connection with the incomplete conical fluted disc (22).

The valve production equipment according to claim 1, wherein the rotating assembly comprises a rotating table (1), a rotating rod a (2) and a mounting sleeve (3), the mounting sleeve (3) is arranged on the rotating rod a (2), and the rotating rod a (2) is rotatably arranged on the rotating table (1);

3. The valve production equipment according to claim 1, wherein the air flow cleaning assembly comprises an air delivery pipe a (11), an air outlet pipe a (13) and air nozzles (131) which are sequentially communicated, and a plurality of air nozzles (131) are arranged in an array;
the hot air drying assembly comprises a heater, an air delivery pipe b (12), an air outlet pipe b (14) and an air outlet cylinder (141), wherein the heater is arranged in the air delivery pipe b (12), the air outlet pipe b (14) and the air outlet cylinder (141) are sequentially communicated, and the opening size of the air outlet cylinder (141) is gradually increased along the direction away from the air outlet pipe b (14);
the fan (9) is arranged on the mounting cover (28), the output end of the fan (9) is communicated with the three-way pipe (10), and the three-way pipe (10) is respectively communicated with the air delivery pipe a (11) and the air delivery pipe b (12).

Valve production equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that the paint spraying assembly comprises a conveying pump (26), a hose (27), paint outlet pipes (19) and paint spraying nozzles (191) which are communicated in sequence, the conveying pump (26) is arranged on a mounting cover (28), a plurality of paint spraying nozzles (191) are arranged in an array, and the paint outlet pipes (19) are arranged on a rotating rod b (20).

s2, starting a driving mechanism, wherein the driving mechanism drives a plurality of groups of clamping mechanisms to revolve and rotate simultaneously, and drives a rotating rod b (20) to swing in a reciprocating manner, so that the paint spraying assembly swings in a reciprocating manner;
s3, clamping the valve to the outer peripheral side of the clamping assembly through an opening a (2811) when the clamping assembly moves into the clamping chamber (281), and enabling the valve to revolve and rotate simultaneously;
s4, moving a clamping mechanism with a valve to a cleaning chamber (282), and blowing out high-speed air flow by an air flow cleaning assembly to clean the surface of the valve by using the high-speed air flow;
s5, the cleaned valve moves into a paint spray room (283) along with the clamping mechanism, and the paint spray assembly sprays paint on the surface of the valve in the swinging process;
s6, the valve after paint spraying moves into a drying chamber (284) along with the clamping mechanism, low-speed hot air is blown out by the hot air drying assembly, and the valve after drying is dried;
and S7, moving the dried valve into the workpiece taking chamber (285) along with the clamping mechanism, and taking down the valve in the workpiece taking chamber (285) through the opening b (2851).
