Background
With the progress of the times and the development of science and technology, the living standard of people is gradually improved, so that the quality of the air environment is also pursued. Air purifier or humidifier of function singleness can't satisfy people's needs already, in order to adjust ambient humidity when reducing environmental pollution source as far as possible and harm the human body, improve human comfort level, have humidification and air-purifying environment's humidification clarifier suitable for fortune simultaneously.
At present, the humidification purifier mainly blows air through the rotation of the fan, and the moisture on the wet curtain is blown into the air when purifying the air, so that the humidification effect on the air is achieved, but the humidification purifier often blows bubbles along with the wet curtain and even catches water outwards in the operation process.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, embodiments of the present invention provide an apparatus with a humidification function, and a control method and a device thereof, so as to solve the problem that the humidification purifier often blows bubbles along with a wet curtain during the operation process, and even catches water outwards.
According to a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a control method for an apparatus with a humidification function, including the steps of: respectively acquiring an original set wind speed of the equipment and an upper limit wind speed corresponding to the original set wind speed; when the original set wind speed exceeds the upper limit wind speed, acquiring the running state information of the equipment; and adjusting the original set wind speed according to the running state information of the equipment.
When originally setting for the wind speed and surpassing upper limit wind speed, adjust originally setting for the wind speed according to the running state of the equipment that possesses the humidification function, can effectively solve the equipment that possesses the humidification function from this and blow the problem of bubble or even outside nourishing water because of the too high wet curtain of fan rotational speed leads to when wet curtain is not soaked completely, have better use experience simultaneously when guaranteeing good humidification, purifying effect.
With reference to the first aspect, in a first embodiment of the first aspect, the acquiring an upper limit wind speed corresponding to the original set wind speed includes: determining a gear to which the original set wind speed belongs; and acquiring the upper limit wind speed corresponding to the gear according to the gear to which the original set wind speed belongs.
With reference to the first aspect, in a second implementation manner of the first aspect, the adjusting the original set wind speed according to the information of the operation state of the humidification purifier includes: determining whether the humidifying function of the equipment is in an opening state or a closing state according to the running state information; when the humidifying function of the equipment is in an opening state, adjusting the original set wind speed to the upper limit wind speed; and when the humidifying function of the equipment is in a closed state, keeping the original set wind speed unchanged.
This is because, when the originally set wind speed exceeds the upper limit wind speed and the humidification function of the humidification purifier is in the on state, there may be a problem of bubbles blowing or even water getting into the outside, so the originally set wind speed needs to be adjusted to the upper limit wind speed, that is, the wind speed is reduced, and the risk of bubbles blowing or even water getting into the outside of the humidification purifier is reduced; when the original set wind speed exceeds the upper limit wind speed but the humidifying function of the humidifying purifier is in a closed state, the humidifying function of the humidifying purifier is closed, and the risk that bubbles blow water and even catch water outwards is small, so that the original set wind speed can be kept unchanged.
With reference to the first aspect, in a third implementation manner of the first aspect, when the originally set wind speed exceeds the upper limit wind speed, the method further includes acquiring a wetting degree of a wet curtain of the equipment; the adjusting the original set wind speed according to the operating state information of the equipment comprises: and adjusting the original set wind speed according to the running state information of the equipment and the wetting degree of the wet curtain.
With reference to the third implementation manner of the first aspect, in a fourth implementation manner of the first aspect, the adjusting the original set wind speed according to the operation state information of the humidification purifier and the wetting degree of the wet curtain includes: when the humidifying function of the equipment is in an opening state and the wetting degree of the wet curtain is not fully wetted, adjusting the original set wind speed to the upper limit wind speed; when the humidifying function of the equipment is in an open state and the humidifying degree of the wet curtain is wet, keeping the original set wind speed unchanged; and/or; when the humidifying function of the equipment is in a closed state and the wetting degree of the wet curtain is not completely dry, adjusting the original set wind speed to the upper limit wind speed; and when the humidifying function of the equipment is in a closed state and the wetting degree of the wet curtain is dry, keeping the original set wind speed unchanged.
This is because, when the humidification function of the device with humidification function is in an open state and the humidification degree of the wet curtain is not completely humid, the original set wind speed needs to be adjusted to the upper limit wind speed, that is, the wind speed is reduced, and the risk that the humidification purifier blows bubbles or even soaks outwards, along with the problem that the wet curtain blows bubbles or even soaks outwards during the operation of the device with humidification function; when the humidifying function of the equipment with the humidifying function is in an open state but the humidifying degree is already humidified, the problem that the wet curtain blows bubbles or even catches water outwards cannot exist in the operation process of the equipment with the humidifying function, so that the originally set wind speed can be kept unchanged. Similarly, when the humidification function of the device with the humidification function is in a closed state and the humidification degree of the wet curtain is not completely dry, the original set wind speed needs to be adjusted to the upper limit wind speed along with the problem that the wet curtain blows bubbles and even catches water outwards in the operation process of the device with the humidification function, namely the wind speed is reduced, and the risk that the humidification purifier blows bubbles and even catches water outwards is reduced; when the humidifying function of the equipment with the humidifying function is in a closed state but the humidifying degree is dry, the problem that the wet curtain blows bubbles or even soaks water outwards cannot exist in the operation process of the equipment with the humidifying function, so that the original set wind speed can be kept unchanged.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of protection of the present invention.
Example 1
Through studying the humidification process and the purification process of the equipment that possess humidification function and purification performance simultaneously, when the wet curtain in the equipment that possesses humidification function and purification performance simultaneously did not soak completely, if the wind speed is too high, often be accompanied with the wet curtain and blow the problem that the bubble was even outwards fostered water in the operation process. This is because, in an apparatus having both the humidification function and the purification function, a high wind speed (i.e., a fan rotation speed) is required to ensure a sufficient purification amount, and a problem of wet curtain bubbling or even water collection to the outside occurs at the high wind speed. That is, the root cause of the problem of wet curtain water and bubble blowing is too high wind speed, and for the equipment only with the humidifying function, if the wind speed is too high, the problem of wet curtain water and bubble blowing and even water blowing outwards also exists in the operation process.
Based on this, embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a method for controlling an apparatus having a humidification function. Specifically, in embodiment 1 of the present invention, a method for controlling an apparatus having a humidification function will be described by taking a humidification purifier as an example. That is, the control method according to embodiment 1 of the present invention is applicable not only to the humidification/purification device but also to other devices having a humidification function other than the humidification/purification device, for example, an air conditioner having both a humidification function and a purification function.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a humidification purifier control method in embodiment 1 of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the humidification purifier control method in embodiment 1 of the present invention includes the following steps:
s101: and respectively acquiring an original set wind speed and an upper limit wind speed corresponding to the original set wind speed.
Specifically, the acquiring an upper limit wind speed corresponding to the original set wind speed includes: determining a gear to which the original set wind speed belongs; and acquiring the upper limit wind speed corresponding to the gear according to the gear to which the original set wind speed belongs. Wherein the upper limit wind speed is the wind speed at which the wet curtain can not generate water blowing bubbles or water nourishing under the condition of incomplete wetting. The upper limit wind speed can be obtained by performing humidification experiments at different rotating speeds.
As an example, the humidification purifier includes four gears, and when the originally set wind speed is 3 gears, the upper limit wind speed corresponding to 3 gears needs to be acquired; when the originally set wind speed is 4 th gear, an upper limit wind speed corresponding to 4 th gear needs to be acquired.
Further, before acquiring the upper limit wind speed corresponding to the gear, the method further includes: and judging whether the gear belongs to a preset gear interval, and executing the step of acquiring the upper limit wind speed corresponding to the gear when the gear belongs to the gear interval.
As an example, the humidification purifier includes four gears, and when the originally set wind speed belongs to 1 gear or 2 gears, the step of acquiring the upper limit wind speed corresponding to the gears is not required to be performed; when the originally set wind speed belongs to 3 th gear or 4 th gear, the upper limit wind speed corresponding to the gear needs to be acquired. This is so that, when the originally set wind speed belongs to the 1 st gear or the 2 nd gear, the originally set wind speed is small, and there is no problem of blowing bubbles or even moistening water to the outside, so that it is not necessary to perform the control method of the humidification purifier of embodiment 1 of the present invention; when the original set wind speed belongs to the 3 th gear or the 4 th gear, the original set wind speed is large, and there is a possibility that there is a problem that bubbles are blown or even water is taken in outward, so that it is necessary to perform the control method of the humidification purifier of embodiment 1 of the present invention, that is, to perform the step of obtaining the upper limit wind speed corresponding to the gear.
S102: and when the originally set wind speed exceeds the upper limit wind speed, acquiring the running state information of the humidification purifier.
Specifically, the operating state information of the humidification purifier can be used to represent whether the humidification function of the humidification purifier is in an on state or an off state.
Specifically, the purification function of the humidification purifier is always on.
S103: and adjusting the original set wind speed according to the running state information of the humidifying purifier.
Specifically, the adjusting the original set wind speed according to the operating state information of the humidification purifier includes: determining whether the humidifying function of the humidifying purifier is in an opening state or a closing state according to the running state information; when the humidifying function of the humidifying purifier is in an opening state, adjusting the original set wind speed to the upper limit wind speed; and when the humidifying function of the humidifying purifier is in a closed state, keeping the original set wind speed unchanged.
The steps S101 to S103 may be cyclically performed at regular intervals, for example, 1 second.
Therefore, in the control method of the humidification purifier provided by embodiment 1 of the present invention, when the original set wind speed exceeds the upper limit wind speed, the original set wind speed is dynamically adjusted according to the operation state of the humidification purifier, so that the problem that the humidification purifier blows water bubbles or even catches water outwards due to an excessively high rotation speed of the fan when the wet curtain is not completely wetted can be effectively solved, and good humidification and purification effects are ensured while better use experience is provided.
Example 2
The embodiment 2 of the invention provides a control method of a humidifying purifier. Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a humidification purifier control method in embodiment 2 of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the humidification purifier control method in embodiment 2 of the present invention includes the following steps:
s101: and respectively acquiring an original set wind speed and an upper limit wind speed corresponding to the original set wind speed.
S102: and when the originally set wind speed exceeds the upper limit wind speed, acquiring the running state information of the humidifying purifier and the wetting degree of the wet curtain.
Specifically, the following technical scheme can be adopted to obtain the humidification degree of the humidification purifier: when the humidifying function of the humidifying purifier is in an open state, acquiring the actual humidifying time of the humidifying purifier in the current state; when the actual humidification time length is smaller than a preset first time length threshold value, judging that the humidification degree of the wet curtain is not completely humidified; when the actual humidification time is larger than or equal to the first time threshold, judging that the humidification degree of the wet curtain is already humidified; when the humidifying function of the humidifying purifier is in a closed state, acquiring the actual drying time of the humidifying purifier in the current state; when the actual drying time is less than a preset second time threshold, judging that the wetting degree of the wet curtain is not completely dried; and when the actual drying time is greater than or equal to the second time threshold, judging that the wetting degree of the wet curtain is dry.
This is because, when the humidification function of the humidification purifier is in an open state and the humidification degree of the wet curtain is not completely humid, there is a problem that bubbles are blown by the wet curtain during the operation of the humidification purifier and even the water is sucked outwards; when the humidifying function of the humidifying purifier is in an open state but the humidifying degree is already humidified, the problem that the wet curtain blows bubbles and even catches water outwards cannot exist in the operation process of the humidifying purifier. Similarly, when the humidifying function of the humidifying purifier is in a closed state and the wetting degree of the wet curtain is not completely dry, the problem that the wet curtain blows bubbles and even nourishes water outwards in the operation process of the humidifying purifier is solved; when the humidifying function of the humidifying purifier is in a closed state but the humidifying degree is dry, the problem that the wet curtain blows bubbles and even catches water outwards cannot occur in the operation process of the humidifying purifier.
Specifically, the actual humidification time period and/or the actual drying time period is a continuous time period. That is to say, only when the continuous accumulated time of the actual humidification duration or the actual drying duration reaches the corresponding time threshold, the wind speed is adjusted, and the wet curtain wetting or drying degree judgment realizes the interlocking, so that the frequent change of the humidification switch state of a user can be prevented, the frequent change of the wind speed following due to the frequent change of the humidification switch state of the user is further prevented, and the monitoring reasonableness of the wet curtain wetting degree is improved.
Specifically, when the humidifying function of the humidifying purifier is changed from an open state to a closed state, the actual drying time is set to zero; and/or, when the humidifying function of the humidifying purifier is changed from an off state to an on state, setting the actual humidifying time to be zero.
S103: and adjusting the originally set wind speed according to the running state information of the humidification purifier and the wetting degree of the wet curtain.
Based on the above principle, the adjustment of the original set wind speed according to the operation state information of the humidification purifier and the wetting degree of the wet curtain can adopt the following two schemes.
The first scheme is as follows: when the humidifying function of the humidifying purifier is in an opening state and the wetting degree of the wet curtain is not fully wetted, adjusting the original set wind speed to the upper limit wind speed; when the humidifying function of the humidifying purifier is in an open state and the wetting degree of the wet curtain is wet, keeping the original set wind speed unchanged; when the humidifying function of the humidifying purifier is in a closed state and the wetting degree of the wet curtain is not completely dry, adjusting the original set wind speed to the upper limit wind speed; when the humidifying function of the humidifying purifier is in a closed state and the wetting degree of the wet curtain is dry, the original set wind speed is kept unchanged.
That is, when the humidification purifier runs with the problem that the wet curtain blows bubbles and even catches water outwards, the original set wind speed is adjusted to the upper limit wind speed, namely the wind speed is reduced, and the risk that the humidification purifier blows bubbles and even catches water outwards is reduced; when the humidification purifier does not have the problem that the wet curtain blows bubbles or even catches water outwards in the operation process, the originally set wind speed can be kept unchanged.
The second scheme is as follows: when the humidifying function of the humidifying purifier is in an opening state and the wetting degree of the wet curtain is not fully wetted, determining the wetting grade of the wet curtain according to the wetting degree of the wet curtain, and adjusting the original set wind speed according to the wetting grade of the wet curtain; when the humidifying function of the humidifying purifier is in an open state and the wetting degree of the wet curtain is wet, keeping the original set wind speed unchanged; when the humidifying function of the humidifying purifier is in a closed state and the wetting degree of the wet curtain is not completely dry, determining the wetting grade of the wet curtain according to the wetting degree of the wet curtain, and adjusting the original set wind speed according to the wetting grade of the wet curtain; when the humidifying function of the humidifying purifier is in a closed state and the wetting degree of the wet curtain is dry, the original set wind speed is kept unchanged.
For example, the correspondence relationship between the degree of wetting of the wet curtain, the continuous humidification time period, the continuous drying time period, and the upper limit wind speed is shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 correspondence of wet curtain wetting degree, continuous humidification duration, continuous drying duration and upper limit wind speed
