提供一种能显著提升家禽抗病能力的中药成分兽药对于推动家禽养殖发展具有重要的积极意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种提高家禽抗病能力的兽药及其制备方法,以解决上述现有技术存在的问题,从而显著提升家禽的抗病能力,降低养殖过程的死亡率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
本发明目的之一:提供一种家禽用兽药,原料包括以下质量份数的组分:
白头翁10-15份、白果叶5-8份、千里光8-12份、艾叶3-5份、香樟根醇提物5-7份、黄芪多糖15-18份、丹参素1-2份和川陈皮素2-3份。
进一步地,所述香樟根醇提物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a.将香樟根粉碎,加水煎煮3h,收集滤液并浓缩,得到浓缩液;
b.利用乙醇调节所述浓缩液含醇量为30%,静置,离心,弃去沉淀,继续利用乙醇调节含醇量为50%,静置、过滤,收集沉淀并干燥,得到所述香樟根醇提物。
进一步地,步骤a中煎煮步骤具体为:将香樟根粉碎,依次利用10、8、5倍体积的水进行煎煮,每次煎煮时间为1h。
进一步地,所述家禽为鸡。
本发明目的之二:提供上述家禽用兽药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方量的千里光、白头翁和白果叶粉碎后加入水中煎煮,冷却、过滤,收集滤渣;
(2)将步骤(1)所得滤渣加入丙酮中浸泡,过滤,收集滤液并浓缩、干燥,得到粉末混合物;
(3)将艾叶粉碎,加乙酸乙酯浸泡,过滤收集滤渣,除去所述滤渣中的溶剂,然后利用乙醇加热回流提取,浓缩除去乙醇,干燥,得到艾叶提取物;
(4)将所述艾叶提取物与步骤(2)的粉末混合物、香樟根醇提物、黄芪多糖、丹参素及川陈皮素混合,即得所述家禽用兽药。
进一步地,步骤(1)中煎煮时间为30-35min;步骤(2)中浸泡时间为30-40min。
进一步地,步骤(3)中浸泡时间为20-30min,加热回流提取时间为0.5-1h。
本发明目的之三:提供上述家禽用兽药在制备提高家禽抗病能力药物中的应用。
本发明目的之四:提供上述家禽用兽药在制备治疗家禽呼吸道疾病药物中的应用。进一步地,在上述应用中,所述家禽为鸡。
白果叶,银杏科银杏属植物银杏Ginkgo biloba L.的叶,具有很强的清除自由基、抗氧化作用,性味苦甘涩平,有杀虫功效;
千里光,具有清热解毒、清肝、明目等功效;
白头翁,具有清热解毒、利湿祛浊等功效、可用于预防泄泻痢疾等疾病;
艾叶,逐寒湿、理气血,其挥发油成分具有多种功效,且能防止上述白头翁、千里光的寒凉,防其寒凉太过。
川陈皮素,是从芸香科柑桔属橘子Citrus reticulaia Blanco果皮中提取的一种多甲氧基黄酮类化合物,属于碳水化合物代谢促进剂;丹参素,是从月一参中分离出的一种酚性芳香酸类化合物,具有一定促进组织再生及恢复的功效。本发明将特定量的川陈皮素、丹参素作为原料组分添加于中药原料中,二者可协同调节家禽对中药兽药及基础饲料的吸收转化,促进机体免疫调节力的提升,综合实现提高家禽抗病能力的效果。
本发明还对香樟根进行醇提,将其添加到本发明的中药兽药中能显著提升家禽的抗病能力,降低养殖死亡率,保证家禽高成活率,这可能与该香樟根醇提物促进家禽分泌内源性消化酶,维护肠道健康,调节免疫有关,同时,香樟根醇提物的亲脂性使其能够穿透细菌细胞膜达到细胞内部,扰乱细胞生长。
本发明公开了以下技术效果:
本发明的兽药能增强家禽的免疫能力和抗病能力,通过抑制大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌等有害菌的增殖,创造有利于有益菌繁殖的胃肠道环境,改善家禽胃肠道的微生物环境。将该兽药加入家禽日粮中,能够显著增强家禽的生长性能,提高免疫力。
本发明的各组分协同作用,在综合实现提高家禽抗病能力的基础上,还可以保证家禽增重,改善家禽生长特性,提高日粮利用率,提高成活率,对于提升家禽养殖效益具有重要的积极意义。

实施例1
一种提高家禽抗病能力的兽药,原料包括以下质量份数的组分:
白头翁10份、白果叶7份、千里光10份、艾叶5份、香樟根醇提物7份、黄芪多糖15份、丹参素2份和川陈皮素3份。
其中,香樟根醇提物经以下步骤提取得到:
a.将香樟根粉碎至60目,依次加入10、8、5倍体积的水进行煎煮,每次煎煮时间为1h,收集各次滤液,之后将收集的滤液浓缩至原体积的50%,得到浓缩液;
b.利用乙醇调节浓缩液含醇量为30%,静置,离心,弃去沉淀,继续利用乙醇调节含醇量为50%,静置、过滤,收集沉淀并干燥,即得香樟根醇提物。
本实施例中,提高家禽抗病能力的兽药制备步骤如下:
(1)将上述配方量的千里光、白头翁和白果叶粉碎至100目后,加入水中煎煮30min,冷却、过滤,收集滤渣;
(2)将步骤(1)所得滤渣加入丙酮中浸泡40min,收集滤液并浓缩、干燥,得到粉末混合物;
(3)将艾叶粉碎至50目,加乙酸乙酯浸泡25min,过滤收集滤渣,除去滤渣中的溶剂,然后利用乙醇加热回流提取0.5h,浓缩除去乙醇,干燥,得到艾叶提取物;
(4)将艾叶提取物与步骤(2)的粉末混合物、香樟根醇提物、黄芪多糖、丹参素及川陈皮素混合,即得提高家禽抗病能力的兽药。
实施例2
一种提高家禽抗病能力的兽药,原料包括以下质量份数的组分:
白头翁10份、白果叶8份、千里光8份、艾叶4份、香樟根醇提物5份、黄芪多糖15份、丹参素1份和川陈皮素2份。
其中,香樟根醇提物经以下步骤提取得到:

(3)将艾叶粉碎至50目,加乙酸乙酯浸泡25min,过滤收集滤渣,除去滤渣中的溶剂,然后利用乙醇加热回流提取1h,浓缩除去乙醇,干燥,得到艾叶提取物;
(4)将艾叶提取物与步骤(2)的粉末混合物、香樟根醇提物、黄芪多糖、丹参素及川陈皮素混合,即得提高家禽抗病能力的兽药。
实施例3
一种提高家禽抗病能力的兽药,原料包括以下质量份数的组分:
白头翁10份、白果叶5份、千里光12份、艾叶3份、香樟根醇提物7份、黄芪多糖17份、丹参素1.5份和川陈皮素2份。
其中,香樟根醇提物经以下步骤提取得到:
a.将香樟根粉碎至60目,依次加入10、8、5倍体积的水进行煎煮,每次煎煮时间为1h,收集各次滤液,之后将收集的滤液浓缩至原体积的50%,得到浓缩液;
b.利用乙醇调节浓缩液含醇量为30%,静置,离心,弃去沉淀,继续利用乙醇调节含醇量为50%,静置、过滤,收集沉淀并干燥,即得香樟根醇提物。
本实施例中,提高家禽抗病能力的兽药制备步骤如下:
(1)将上述配方量的千里光、白头翁和白果叶粉碎至100目后,加入水中煎煮30min,冷却、过滤,收集滤渣;
(2)将步骤(1)所得滤渣加入丙酮中浸泡30min,收集滤液并浓缩、干燥,得到粉末混合物;

(4)将艾叶提取物与步骤(2)的粉末混合物、香樟根醇提物、黄芪多糖、丹参素及川陈皮素混合,即得提高家禽抗病能力的兽药。
实施例4
一种提高家禽抗病能力的兽药,原料包括以下质量份数的组分:
白头翁12份、白果叶7份、千里光10份、艾叶4份、香樟根醇提物5份、黄芪多糖15份、丹参素1份和川陈皮素3份。
其中,香樟根醇提物经以下步骤提取得到:
a.将香樟根粉碎至60目,依次加入10、8、5倍体积的水进行煎煮,每次煎煮时间为1h,收集各次滤液,之后将收集的滤液浓缩至原体积的50%,得到浓缩液;
b.利用乙醇调节浓缩液含醇量为30%,静置,离心,弃去沉淀,继续利用乙醇调节含醇量为50%,静置、过滤,收集沉淀并干燥,即得香樟根醇提物。
本实施例中,提高家禽抗病能力的兽药制备步骤如下:
(1)将上述配方量的千里光、白头翁和白果叶粉碎至100目后,加入水中煎煮30min,冷却、过滤,收集滤渣;
(2)将步骤(1)所得滤渣加入丙酮中浸泡35min,收集滤液并浓缩、干燥,得到粉末混合物;
(3)将艾叶粉碎至50目,加乙酸乙酯浸泡25min,过滤收集滤渣,除去滤渣中的溶剂,然后利用乙醇加热回流提取1h,浓缩除去乙醇,干燥,得到艾叶提取物;
(4)将艾叶提取物与步骤(2)的粉末混合物、香樟根醇提物、黄芪多糖、丹参素及川陈皮素混合,即得提高家禽抗病能力的兽药。
对比例1
与实施例1不同之处仅在于,不添加香樟根醇提物。
对比例2
与实施例1不同之处仅在于,调节香樟根醇提物制备过程中的含醇量,步骤如下:
a.将香樟根粉碎至60目,依次加入10、8、5倍体积的水进行煎煮,每次煎煮时间为1h,收集各次滤液,之后将收集的滤液浓缩至原体积的50%,得到浓缩液;
b.利用乙醇调节浓缩液含醇量为45%,静置,离心,弃去沉淀,继续利用乙醇调节含醇量为60%,静置、过滤,收集沉淀并干燥,即得香樟根醇提物。
对比例3
与实施例1不同之处仅在于,不添加川陈皮素。
对比例4
与实施例1不同之处仅在于,不添加丹参素。
效果验证例:
一、采用纸片法测定本发明实施例制备的兽药对于常见病原微生物的抑制作用,测试结果见表1。

二、分别将实施例和对比例制备的兽药按照400g/t的添加量添加于肉仔鸡(Cobb)基础日粮中,以不添加的作为空白对照组,各组在相同的常规养殖条件下,喂养42天,测试肉仔鸡的情况。测试结果如表2-3所示。

本发明制备的兽药能有效提高禽类抗病能力,显著降低死亡率。
由表2-3可以看出,本发明兽药可以显著降低肉鸡养殖过程的死亡率,且肉鸡平均体重和料肉比得到提升。
三、对养殖场确诊患呼吸道疾病的病鸡,采用本发明实施例1制备的兽药按照2%的添加量混饲(样本400只),喂养5天,治疗结果见表4。

本发明的兽药不仅可以用于提高家禽抗病能力,还能用于治疗禽类呼吸道疾病,并且具有见效快、有效率高的显著特点。

1.一种提高抗病能力、治疗呼吸道疾病的家禽用兽药,其特征在于,原料为以下质量份数的组分:
白头翁10-15份、白果叶5-8份、千里光8-12份、艾叶3-5份、香樟根醇提物5-7份、黄芪多糖15-18份、丹参素1-2份和川陈皮素2-3份;
所述提高抗病能力、治疗呼吸道疾病的家禽用兽药制备方法如下:
(1)将配方量的千里光、白头翁和白果叶粉碎后加入水中煎煮,冷却、过滤,收集滤渣;
(2)将步骤(1)所得滤渣加入丙酮中浸泡,过滤,收集滤液并浓缩、干燥,得到粉末混合物;
(3)将艾叶粉碎,加乙酸乙酯浸泡,过滤收集滤渣,除去所述滤渣中的溶剂,然后利用乙醇加热回流提取,浓缩除去乙醇,干燥,得到艾叶提取物;
(4)将所述艾叶提取物与步骤(2)的粉末混合物、香樟根醇提物、黄芪多糖、丹参素及川陈皮素混合,即得所述提高抗病能力、治疗呼吸道疾病的家禽用兽药;
所述香樟根醇提物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a.将香樟根粉碎,加水煎煮3h,收集滤液并浓缩,得到浓缩液;
b.利用乙醇调节所述浓缩液含醇量为30%,静置,离心,弃去沉淀,继续利用乙醇调节含醇量为50%,静置、过滤,收集沉淀并干燥,得到所述香樟根醇提物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家禽用兽药,其特征在于,步骤a中煎煮步骤具体为:将香樟根粉碎,依次利用10、8、5倍体积的水进行煎煮,每次煎煮时间为1h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的家禽用兽药,其特征在于,所述家禽为鸡。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的家禽用兽药的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方量的千里光、白头翁和白果叶粉碎后加入水中煎煮,冷却、过滤,收集滤渣;
(2)将步骤(1)所得滤渣加入丙酮中浸泡,过滤,收集滤液并浓缩、干燥,得到粉末混合物;
(3)将艾叶粉碎,加乙酸乙酯浸泡,过滤收集滤渣,除去所述滤渣中的溶剂,然后利用乙醇加热回流提取,浓缩除去乙醇,干燥,得到艾叶提取物;
(4)将所述艾叶提取物与步骤(2)的粉末混合物、香樟根醇提物、黄芪多糖、丹参素及川陈皮素混合,即得所述家禽用兽药。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中煎煮时间为30-35min;步骤(2)中浸泡时间为30-40min。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中浸泡时间为20-30min,加热回流提取时间为0.5-1h。
7.如权利要求1所述的家禽用兽药在制备提高家禽抗病能力药物中的应用。
8.如权利要求1所述的家禽用兽药在制备治疗家禽呼吸道疾病药物中的应用。
