The use method of the leveling equipment for producing the polyester fabric comprises the following steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: one end of the terylene cloth is flatly pulled and placed on the operation platform 1, the electric lifting rod 31 is started to move the cloth guide mechanism 3 to the position of the terylene cloth, the pressing plate 34 is in close contact with the surface of the terylene cloth to press the terylene cloth, the first hydraulic rod 35 is started to pull the cloth guide wheel 37, the height of the cloth guide wheel 37 is adjusted, the cloth guide wheel 37 is in close contact with the terylene cloth, and the terylene cloth is clamped.
Step two: the second driving motor 8 is turned on to rotate the transfer mechanism 10 to transfer the terylene cloth, and when the terylene cloth is transferred to a position right under the smoothing mechanism 4, the second hydraulic rod 54 is turned on, the second hydraulic rod 54 descends to drive the ironing mechanism 43 to descend, and when the ironing roller 431 contacts with the surface of the terylene cloth, the ironing roller 431 is turned on to iron the terylene cloth.
Step three: the first driving motor 441 is activated to rotate the driving shaft 445, and the first gear 443 engaged with the second gear 444 of the driving shaft 445 rotates along with the driving shaft 445 to rotate the rotating shaft 442, thereby adjusting the ironing angle of the ironing mechanism 43 and ironing the polyester fabric in multiple angles and back and forth.
Step four: when the terylene cloth is ironed to be flat, the cylinder 61 is started to enable the push rod 62 to descend, the press roller 64 descends to the surface of the terylene cloth, the ironing of the terylene cloth is carried out, and meanwhile, the flattened terylene cloth is conveyed to the next operation point through the conveying mechanism 10.
