The supporting block 7 is provided with the supporting column 10 with adjustable height, the supporting column 10 is used for supporting the workpiece 11 to be processed, fine adjustment of the supporting height of the workpiece 11 to be processed is realized by adjusting the height of the supporting column 10, the convenience of use is improved, and the clamping requirements of the workpieces 11 to be processed with different specifications are met.
In this embodiment, the support column 10 is an adjusting screw, which is not only convenient to obtain materials, but also low in cost and easy to adjust.
The supporting seat 14 is provided with a through groove, a sliding block 21 is arranged in the through groove, the supporting block 7 is connected with the sliding block 21 through a fastening piece, and the through groove is provided with a cover plate 17. The side positioning assembly comprises a side positioning seat 15, a high-pressure supporting oil cylinder 9 and a side positioning screw 19, wherein the high-pressure supporting oil cylinder 9 and the side positioning screw 19 are arranged on the side wall of the side positioning seat 15. The high-pressure support oil cylinder 9 is additionally arranged at the corresponding position, so that local support points of the workpiece 11 to be processed can be increased, local stress deformation is prevented, and the processing quality is improved. By adjusting the screwing depth of the side set screw 19, the extension length of the side set screw 19 is adjusted so that the workpiece 11 to be processed is positioned at an appropriate processing position.
The pressing mechanism comprises a corner oil cylinder 16 and a corner pressing plate 18, wherein the corner oil cylinder 16 is arranged on the side positioning seat 15, and the output end of the corner oil cylinder 16 is connected with the corner pressing plate 18. The corner pressing plate 18 is a cuboid, the middle part of the corner pressing plate 18 is connected with the output end of the corner oil cylinder 16 through a pin shaft 23, the corner oil cylinder 16 drives the corner pressing plate 18 to rotate and move downwards to clamp a workpiece, clamping firmness of the workpiece 11 to be machined is guaranteed, machining of the bottom surface of a guide rail of the workpiece 11 to be machined is achieved, when the top surface 11-1 of the guide rail of the workpiece 11 to be machined needs to be machined, the corner oil cylinder 16 drives the corner pressing plate 18 to rotate reversely, and the corner pressing plate moves upwards to be separated from the workpiece 11 to be machined, so that a cutter can machine the top surface 11-1 of the guide rail of the workpiece 11 to be machined.
The positioning mechanism comprises a positioning plate 13 and positioning screws 20, wherein the positioning plate 13 is T-shaped, the positioning plate 13 is installed on the tire plate 1, and the positioning screws 20 are installed on the positioning plate 13. The working process of the invention is as follows:
the clamp is arranged on a four-axis of a machining center, the clamp is connected with an existing oiling system through the four-axis, the machining center controls an oil pressure system, the power of the oil pressure system is stable and reliable, the clamping force of the clamp is stable and can be adjusted as required, automatic clamping is achieved, clamping time is saved, and labor intensity is relieved.
The workpiece 11 to be processed is placed on the containing through groove 22, the head of the workpiece 11 to be processed is contacted with the adjustable supporting component, the tail of the workpiece 11 to be processed is contacted with the positioning mechanism, and the side face of the workpiece 11 to be processed is clamped through the cooperation of the side clamping component and the side positioning component.
The hydraulic oil of the oiling system is controlled to enter the corner oil cylinder 16 through four shafts, the corner oil cylinder 16 drives the corner pressing plate 18 to rotate by 90 degrees and then move downwards to enable the workpiece 11 to be machined to be in close contact with the positioning mechanism, then the hydraulic oil enters the high-pressure supporting oil cylinder 9, the oil cylinder stretches out to contact the workpiece 11 to be machined and is locked to play a supporting role, finally the hydraulic oil enters the clamping oil cylinder 3, the side face of the workpiece 11 to be machined is clamped through cooperation with the high-pressure supporting oil cylinder 9, and clamping of the workpiece 11 to be machined is completed.
Starting a machining program, turning over four shafts to start machining the bottom surface of the guide rail of the workpiece 11 to be machined and the screw hole, turning over the four shafts and the turning-over jig plate 1 after machining is completed, introducing hydraulic oil again into the corner oil cylinder 16, driving the corner pressing plate 18 to ascend to separate from the workpiece 11 to be machined and reversely rotate by 90 degrees, giving up a machining space, and continuing to machine the top surface 11-1 of the guide rail of the workpiece 11 to be machined by the machining center until finishing. Because the workpiece 11 to be processed is horizontally placed when the top surface 11-1 of the guide rail is processed, the side clamping assembly, the side positioning assembly, the adjustable supporting assembly and the positioning mechanism clamp and position the workpiece 11 to be processed, the corner pressing plate 18 is separated from the workpiece 11 to be processed, and the clamping firmness of the workpiece 11 to be processed is not affected.
The fixture is arranged on the machining center, so that the machining of the top surface 11-1, the bottom surface and the screw holes of the movable clamp body guide rail with various specifications can be completed, the number of fixtures is greatly reduced, the machining efficiency is improved, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
