The electromyographic signal detection module further comprises a signal acquisition unit, the output end of the electrode array is electrically connected to the input end of the control module through the signal acquisition unit, and the electromyographic signals acquired by the electrode array are amplified and filtered through the signal acquisition unit and then are sent to the control module.
The signal acquisition unit comprises a differential signal conditioning circuit, a signal filtering circuit, a level lifting circuit and a digital-to-analog conversion circuit which are electrically connected in sequence by the output end of the electrode array, and the output end of the digital-to-analog conversion circuit is electrically connected with the input end of the control module.
The signal filtering circuit comprises a high-pass filter, a low-pass filter and a wave trap which are electrically connected in sequence by the output end of the differential signal conditioning circuit.
The output end of the electrode array is also electrically connected with the right leg driving module, and the output end of the right leg driving module is electrically connected with the differential signal conditioning circuit.
The electrode array limited by the invention is different from the traditional one-way power supply mode, three electrodes are used in total, the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the metal electrode are used for power supply, the right leg driving module is used as a reference electrode, and the negative electrode is converted into the positive electrode by the level lifting circuit and can be identified by the high-precision digital-to-analog conversion circuit.
It should be noted that a large number of low-frequency interference signals, high-frequency interference signals, and power-frequency interference signals close to direct current are included in the skin electromyogram signals of the human face, and the frequency range of the actually required skin electromyogram signals is approximately between 2 Hz and 500 Hz. The switch driving unit comprises a driving circuit and an analog switch circuit which are electrically connected with the output end of the control module in sequence, and the output end of the analog switch circuit is electrically connected with the input end of the electrode array.
The electrode array comprises four signal acquisition electrodes and a signal reference electrode, wherein the signal acquisition electrodes are distributed in a square shape, and the signal reference electrode is positioned in the center of the square formed by signal acquisition.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the surface of the mask shell close to one side of the panel is provided with a plurality of human body induction modules, and the positions of the human body induction modules correspond to the positions of the adjustment subareas; the human body induction module is used for distinguishing the face of a human body in a close range and is electrically connected with the control module.
When the human body induction module detects that the face of a human body enters a specific distance, a feedback signal is sent to the control module, and the control module controls the light emitting module, the heating module and the electrical stimulation module to be started; when the human body induction module detects that the face of a human body exceeds a specific distance, a feedback signal is sent to the control module, and the control module controls the light emitting module, the heating module and the electrical stimulation module to be closed.
The human body induction module comprises a human body infrared induction probe and a distance sensor which are electrically connected, when the human body infrared induction probe senses infrared rays generated by human body radiation in the space around the mask, a feedback signal is sent to the distance sensor, the distance sensor is used for detecting the distance between the mask and the human body face and transmitting the distance signal to the control module, the control module carries out logic judgment on the distance signal, and when a set distance value is reached, the light emitting module, the heating module and the electrical stimulation module are triggered to start.
The human body sensing module is used for detecting the distance between the face and the mask type phototherapy beauty device, and when the human body sensing module detects that the face enters the collecting distance, the image collecting unit is triggered to start firstly, and the facial image of the user is collected to obtain a facial three-dimensional image. The mask type phototherapy beauty device further comprises a manual control module, wherein the manual control module is internally provided with a voice recognizer and a signal transmitter which are electrically connected, and the signal receiver and the signal transmitter realize data transmission through wireless communication or serial port communication.

(III) after the human body sensing module detects that the mask type phototherapy beauty device is attached to the face of the human body, the light source array and the heating module are started; the control module selects different heating temperatures and illumination intensities according to the skin state, the water and oil content and the epidermis temperature, and carries out heating and phototherapy on the face of a user; in the heating and phototherapy processes, the electromyographic signals in different areas of the face are detected through the electromyographic signal detection module, and the controller adjusts the micro-current intensity or the radio frequency current intensity in the corresponding area according to the difference of the electromyographic signals in the different areas to electrically stimulate the face of a user.
In a third aspect, the invention provides a use of the mask type phototherapy cosmetic device of the first aspect in facial cosmetology for non-disease diagnosis and treatment purposes.

The mask type phototherapy beauty device provided by the invention realizes combined treatment of phototherapy beauty, hot compress beauty and electric stimulation beauty, detects the skin state of a user by arranging the skin detection module and the electromyographic signal detection module, enables the client to know the skin state more intuitively, and provides reasonable use suggestions and treatment modes for the client. As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the light emitting module includes a plurality of light source arrays 7, the heating module includes a graphene heating layer 12, as shown in fig. 3, the light source array 7, a first waterproof layer 11, the graphene heating layer 12, and a second waterproof layer 13 are sequentially stacked on one side of the mask shell 1 close to the face, where the light source array 7 is close to the face.
The heating device heats through the electric heating effect of the electrified graphene, and because the resistance of the graphene is extremely small, the heating is quick, the heating time is short, the heat conduction effect is good, the problem of non-uniform heating temperature is avoided, and the face of a user can be sufficiently and uniformly heated. In addition, due to the fact that the graphene can emit infrared rays in a special heating mode, the graphene interacts with human skin, skin repair is promoted, and the effect of smoothing and cleaning skin and repairing wrinkles is achieved. Meanwhile, through the arrangement of the light source array 7, the facial skin of a user is subjected to illumination treatment, different wavelengths and light intensity of light are emitted by adjusting different parts, the skin problems of different parts of the user are subjected to targeted treatment, and the application range and the cosmetic effect of the mask type phototherapy cosmetic device are improved. In addition, the mask type phototherapy beauty device can effectively isolate water vapor in the air when the mask type phototherapy beauty device is used by arranging the first waterproof layer 11 and the second waterproof layer 13, ensures the effective heating effect of the graphene heating layer 12, ensures good air permeability while preserving heat, and is convenient for heat conduction.

The mask shell 1 is provided with an adjusting subarea 2 at the positions corresponding to the forehead, the mandible and the cheeks at two sides of the face.
According to the invention, the LED lamps with different wavelengths are arranged to irradiate the facial skin, and the light with different wavelengths can stimulate skin cells to generate specific physiological functions, for example, infrared light in the wavelength range of 700-1000 nm can remove melanin through cell activation. The red light within the wavelength range of 600-700 nm can stimulate the regeneration of collagen, increase blood circulation, improve skin color and promote the regeneration of hair. Yellow light in the wavelength range of 565-590 nm can relieve skin problems such as redness, swelling and inflammation, such as burns and sunburn. The green light with the wavelength range of 520-565 nm has the calming effect on the skin, and is helpful for relieving pigmentation spots and brightening the skin color. Blue light within the wavelength range of 420-500 nm has strong antibacterial performance, can kill acne pathogenic bacteria, is used for preventing and treating mild and moderate acne, is beneficial to purifying skin, stabilizing oil glands and relieving inflammation, and plays a role in relieving, calming, repairing and accelerating wound healing by matching with other skin care means.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the light source arrays 7 correspond to the positions of the adjustment zones 2 one to one, so that the independent zone adjustment of the temperature and the illumination intensity is realized in different adjustment zones 2, and thus, selective irradiation can be performed in a targeted manner according to skin problems occurring at different parts of the face of a user, and intelligent control is realized while the phototherapy and heating effects are ensured.
Specifically, red light with the wavelength of 600-700 nm is adopted for irradiating the forehead area, so that the regeneration of hair follicles at the forehead is promoted, and the problem of upward movement of hair lines is solved; yellow light with the wavelength of 565-590 nm is adopted in the areas on the two sides of the cheek to improve the problems of red blood streak and sunburn, or infrared light with the wavelength of 700-1000 nm is adopted to improve the skin color; the blue light with the wavelength of 420-500 nm is adopted in the lower jaw area to improve the problems of acne, pox and the like.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the graphene heating layer 12 includes an insulating and heat conducting layer 14, a graphene layer, a heat reflecting layer 15, and an insulating layer 16, which are sequentially stacked, and the insulating and heat conducting layer 14 is close to the first waterproof layer 11.
