s9, when the sterilized endoscope 29 is to be used, the box cover is opened, the head end opening of the endoscope 29 is pulled out from the insertion tube 18, and finally the endoscope 29 is taken out from the middle cavity 9, so that the sterilized endoscope 29 can be used for the second time.

a first valve (11) and a second valve (12) are arranged in the left chamber (8), one port of the first valve (11) is communicated with the middle chamber (9), the other port is connected with a pipeline I (13), the other end of the pipeline I (13) sequentially penetrates through the bottom wall of the inner instrument box (3) and the bottom wall of the outer instrument box (2) and is connected with the working port of the hot air blower (4); one port of the second valve (12) is communicated with the middle chamber (9), the other port is connected with a pipeline II (14), the other end of the pipeline II (14) sequentially penetrates through the bottom wall of the inner instrument box (3) and the bottom wall of the outer instrument box (2) to be arranged, and the extension end of the pipeline II is connected with a working port of the vacuum pump (5);
a return valve (15), a back-pressure valve (16) and a two-position three-way return valve (17) are arranged in the right chamber (10), an insertion pipe (18) extending into the middle chamber (9) is connected at the outlet end of the two-position three-way return valve (17), two inlet ends of the two-position three-way return valve (17) are arranged in the right chamber (10), one end opening of the reflux valve (15) and one end opening of the back pressure valve (16) are communicated with the middle chamber (9), the other end opening of the reflux valve (15) is connected with a pipeline V (19), the other end opening of the pipeline V (19) penetrates through the bottom wall of the inner instrument box (3) and is connected with one end opening of a circulating pump (28), the other end opening of the circulating pump (28) is connected with a pipeline IV (20), the pipeline IV (20) penetrates through the bottom wall of the inner instrument box (3) and is connected with one inlet end of a two-position three-way reflux valve (17), the other inlet end of the two-position three-way reflux valve (17) is connected with a pipeline III (21), the pipeline III (21) penetrates through the bottom wall of the inner instrument box (3) and is connected with a valve body (22), the other end opening of the valve body (22) is communicated with a hydrogen peroxide purification device (6), the hydrogen peroxide purification device (6) is also connected with a third valve (23) communicated with the hydrogen peroxide purification device, and the other end opening of the third valve (23) is communicated with a pipeline II (14);
and a buffer flow guide device (24) is arranged in the middle chamber (9).

s2, the first valve (11) and the back pressure valve (16) are controlled to be opened through the controller, then the hot air blower (4) is controlled to be started, clean hot air is conveyed out by the hot air blower (4), and finally enters the middle chamber (9) of the inner instrument box (3) through the pipeline I (13) and the first valve (11) in sequence, so that the inner instrument (29) is dried and heated;
s3, after drying for a period of time, closing the first valve (11) and the back pressure valve (16), then controlling the second valve (12) to open through the controller, then controlling the vacuum pump (5) to start, vacuumizing the pipeline II (14) and the middle chamber (9) through the vacuum pump (5), controlling the third valve (23) to start in the vacuumizing process, gasifying the hydrogen peroxide liquid in the hydrogen peroxide purification device (6), and controlling the third valve (23) to close after gasifying for a period of time;
s4, primarily sterilizing the endoscope, wherein when the pressure in the middle chamber (9) is pumped to 100-200pa, the controller controls the vacuum pump (5) to be closed, then controls the two-position three-way reflux valve (17) to be started, hydrogen peroxide gas in the hydrogen peroxide purification device (6) sequentially passes through the valve body (22), the pipeline III (21), one inlet end of the two-position three-way reflux valve (17), the insertion tube (18), the head port of the endoscope (29) and the pipeline part of the endoscope (29) under negative pressure, is finally discharged into the middle chamber (9) from the tail end port of the endoscope (29), the hydrogen peroxide gas discharged from the tail end port is blocked by the buffering flow guide device (24) and then flows back to form a set of air flow leading from the right to the left, and the hydrogen peroxide gas fully wraps the outer surface of the endoscope (29), so that the primary sterilization of the endoscope (29) is realized;

s6, continuously perfusing with the continuous work of the circulating pump (28) to ensure that the endoscope (29) is thoroughly sterilized;
s7, after sterilization is finished, controlling the backflow valve (15) and the circulating pump (28) to be closed, then controlling the second valve (12) to be started, then controlling the vacuum pump (5) to be started again, pumping away residual hydrogen peroxide gas in the middle chamber (9) by the vacuum pump (5), and decomposing and absorbing the pumped hydrogen peroxide gas by the hydrogen peroxide analysis device (27);
s8, after the residual hydrogen peroxide gas is pumped out, controlling the vacuum pump (5) to be closed, then opening the back pressure valve (16), and introducing clean air into the middle chamber (9) through the back pressure valve (16) so as to enable the inner instrument box (3) to form normal pressure;
s9, when the sterilized endoscope (29) is to be used, the box cover is opened, then the first port of the endoscope (29) is pulled out from the insertion tube (18), and finally the endoscope (29) is taken out from the middle cavity (9), so that the sterilized endoscope (29) can be used for the second time.
