In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, an end of the operation panel 100 facing away from the operation station 221 is pivotally connected to the lifting platform 320. Preferably, the touch screen 110 has a screen turning function, and when the user needs the auxiliary operation of the worker, the angle adjusting assembly 400 can adjust the turning angle of the operation panel 100, for example, the turning angle of the operation panel 100 is reduced, and at the same time, the screen of the touch screen 110 is turned, so that the worker can conveniently view the content of the touch screen 110 in the operation station.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the body 200 is provided with a mounting groove 212 communicating with the receiving groove 211, and the second expansion member 410 is mounted on a groove wall of the mounting groove 212. The mounting groove 212 is formed on the top surface 210 of the machine body 200, the mounting groove 212 is communicated with the receiving groove 211, the second extensible member 410 is mounted on the groove wall of the mounting groove 212, and the output end of the second extensible member 410 can be partially positioned in the mounting groove 212 and partially positioned in the receiving groove 211. When the lifting assembly 300 extends the operation panel 100 out of the receiving groove 211, the second expansion element 410 of the angle adjustment assembly 400 works to drive the push rod 420 to push the operation panel 100.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, a plurality of USB interfaces 800 for data exchange are disposed on the second arc-shaped surface 230 of the machine body 200, and by using the USB interfaces 800, a user can connect the multimedia platform with a mobile phone to upload data in the mobile phone, and simultaneously, the user can also charge the mobile phone, so as to avoid delaying service transaction when the mobile phone is not powered during service transaction.
Preferably, referring back to fig. 2, in order to read the transaction quickly, an identification card reader 700 is disposed on one side of the lower end (lower end as shown in fig. 2) of the operation panel 100, and an NFC card reader 750 is disposed on the other side of the lower end of the operation panel 100. The identity card is pasted on the identity card reader 700, and the information of the user can be quickly extracted through magnetic card induction, so that the link of filling in the information is omitted, and the operation efficiency is improved. The NFC card reader 750 combines the functions of an inductive card reader, an inductive card and point-to-point on a single chip, can perform identification and data exchange with compatible devices in a short distance, and can be used for payment by a user, thereby improving the user's handling efficiency.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, a camera 900 is installed at an upper end (as shown in fig. 2) of the operation panel 100, and facial information of the user can be collected by using the camera 900, and the user can also be remotely assisted to perform service transaction, and can remotely communicate with the user, so that the user is assisted to perform service transaction, and the transaction efficiency is improved.

the lifting assembly (300) is arranged below the operating panel (100), the lifting assembly (300) comprises a first telescopic piece (310) and a lifting platform (320), the operating panel (100) is rotatably connected to the lifting platform (320), the first telescopic piece (310) is installed on the groove wall of the accommodating groove (211), the output end of the first telescopic piece (310) is connected to the lifting platform (320), and the first telescopic piece (310) is used for driving the lifting platform (320) to ascend or descend;
the angle adjusting assembly (400) is installed on the machine body (200), the angle adjusting assembly (400) comprises a second telescopic piece (410), and the second telescopic piece (410) is used for pushing the operation plate (100) to rotate relative to the lifting platform (320).

The multimedia platform of claim 1, wherein the angle adjustment assembly (400) further comprises a push rod (420) connected to an output end of the second expansion member (410) at an included angle, a groove (421) is formed in an end of the push rod (420) facing away from the lifting platform (320), a sliding plate (120) in sliding fit with the groove (421) is arranged at an end of the operation plate (100) facing away from the touch screen (110), and the push rod (420) can slide along the sliding plate (120) to push the operation plate (100) to rotate relative to the lifting platform (320).

The multimedia platform of claim 2, wherein a first sliding table is disposed at an end of the push rod (420) close to the lifting platform (320), a first sliding groove (321) slidably engaged with the first sliding table is disposed on the lifting platform (320), and the push rod (420) can slide along the first sliding groove (321) and the sliding plate (120) simultaneously to push the operation panel (100) to rotate relative to the lifting platform (320).

The multimedia platform of claim 3, wherein the first sliding groove (321) extends along a width direction of the lifting platform (320), and the sliding plate (120) extends along the width direction, and when an included angle between the lifting platform (320) and the operation panel (100) is within a preset range, at least a portion of the sliding plate (120) can be accommodated in the first sliding groove (321).

the operating board (100) is configured to rotate relative to the lifting platform (320) to drive the sliding rod (130) to slide in the second sliding groove (510).
6. The multimedia platform of claim 1, further comprising an elastic pad (600) disposed between the operation panel (100) and the lifting platform (320), wherein the elastic pad (600) is mounted on the operation panel (100) and/or the lifting platform (320).
7. The multimedia platform of claim 1, wherein the body (200) is provided with a plurality of receiving grooves (211), and each receiving groove (211) is provided with the operating panel (100), the lifting assembly (300) and the angle adjusting assembly (400).
8. The multimedia platform according to claim 7, characterized in that said body (200) has an operating station (221), a plurality of said housing slots (211) being arranged around said operating station (221).
