Propionibacterium acnes inhibition assay:
the bacteriostatic effects of the oil-controlling and moisturizing products prepared in application examples 1-7 and comparative application examples 1-8 on propionibacterium acnes were determined. Preparation of a culture medium: weighing lecithin-Tween nutrient agar culture medium 33g and liquid thioglycollate culture medium 29.3g, respectively, adding 1L ultrapure water, stirring, heating, boiling to dissolve completely, subpackaging, sterilizing at 121 deg.C under high pressure for 30min, cooling to 60 deg.C, and keeping warm in water bath.
Recovery of propionibacterium acnes and preparation of bacterial suspension: the method comprises the steps of melting an ampoule bottle of propionibacterium acnes freeze-dried powder under an alcohol lamp, adding 1mL of 0.85% normal saline, uniformly stirring, inoculating the mixture onto 3 plates containing a culture medium, and then culturing for 3 days under the anaerobic condition at 37 ℃. Scraping slant colony with inoculating ring, and diluting the bacterial suspension with normal saline to make its concentration be 10 6 CFU·mL -1 . Taking the bacterial suspension under aseptic operation, and uniformly smearing the bacterial suspension on a culture medium by using a coating rod. Then, the Oxford cup is lightly placed on the surface of the solidified culture medium by using sterile forceps, and the Oxford cup (the outer diameter is 8 mm) is lightly pressed to ensure good contact. Adding 200 mu L of test solution into the Oxford cup, adding deionized water as a blank control, culturing in an incubator at 37 ℃ for 48h, taking out, and measuring the diameter of the effective inhibition zone of the test solution in each culture dish. Each set of experiments was repeated 3 times, and two samples were taken for testing each time.
And (4) judging the standard: the diameter of the inhibition zone is more than 20mm, the obvious inhibition is realized, and the diameter of the inhibition zone is 10-20mm, the medium inhibition is realized; the diameter of the bacteriostatic circle is less than 10mm, and no bacteriostatic action is realized; the results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from the data in Table 1: the composition and the essence water thereof have good inhibition effect on propionibacterium acnes, and compared with products prepared in application examples 1-4, the composition and the essence water thereof have certain inhibition effect, but compared with application examples 5-8, the composition and the essence water thereof have almost no inhibition effect; and the four components of the hydrolyzed red algae extract, the olive leaf extract, the moguisinga nervosa extract and the betaine in the composition have certain synergistic effect on the effects, have a remarkable inhibiting effect on propionibacterium acnes, effectively control the propagation of the propionibacterium acnes and maintain the ecological balance of skin colonies.
Test example 3
And (3) oil control effect testing:
respectively weighing 4g of the essence water of the application examples 1-7 and the comparative application examples 1-8, uniformly coating the essence water on a glass culture dish with the diameter of 60mm, placing the glass culture dish in a constant temperature box with the temperature of 30 ℃, standing for 48 hours, and then placing the glass culture dish at the temperature of 25 ℃ for 30 minutes; then, 40. Mu.l of oleic acid was dropped onto the middle position of the petri dish, and after standing for 30min, the diffusion area of oleic acid was observed, and the oil spot diameter was measured. As can be seen from the data in Table 2: compared with a comparative application example, the composition and the essential water thereof have stronger oil adsorption capacity and better oil control effect; the four components of the hydrolyzed red algae extract, the olive leaf extract, the mogas canadensis harrenia extract and the betaine in the composition have certain synergistic effect on the effects, and the four components are matched but not matched; and the combination mode of the humectant also influences the oil control effect of the product to a certain extent.
Test example 4
And (4) testing the moisture retention performance:
the essences prepared in application examples 1 to 7 and comparative application examples 1 to 8 were compared with the change in skin moisture content before and after use (consistency of use), and subjects had 150 volunteers among them: 120 men, 30 men, between 20 and 40 years of age, with a mean age of 28 years, randomly divided into 15 groups of 8 women and 2 men.

As can be seen from the data in Table 3: compared with a comparative application example, the composition and the essence water thereof have stronger moisturizing effect; the four components of the hydrolyzed red algae extract, the olive leaf extract, the mogas canadensis harrenia extract and the betaine in the composition have certain synergistic effect on the effects, and the four components are matched but not matched; and the combination mode of the humectant further influences the moisturizing effect of the product obviously.

2. The composition with effects of controlling oil and preserving moisture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the hydrolyzed red algae extract, the olive leaf extract, the moguisagana extract and the betaine is (0.1-5): 0.01-1): 0.01-2): 0.1-5.
3. Use of the composition with oil-controlling and moisturizing effects according to claim 1 or 2 in the preparation of cosmetics.
4. The use according to claim 3, wherein the cosmetic comprises an essence, a lotion, an emulsion, a cream, a face lotion or a mask;
preferably, the composition with the effects of controlling oil and moisturizing is 0.5-20% of the cosmetic by mass.
5. The essence water with the effects of controlling oil and preserving moisture is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: composition, moisturizer, thickener, skin conditioner, water with oil control and moisturizing effects according to claim 1 or 2.

The essence water with oil control and moisturizing effects as claimed in claim 5, wherein the essence water with oil control and moisturizing effects comprises the following components in parts by weight: the composition with the effects of controlling oil and moisturizing as claimed in claim 1 or 2, 1-10 parts of moisturizer, 0.1-2 parts of thickener, 0.1-2.5 parts of skin conditioner and water.

The essence lotion with oil control and moisture retention efficacy according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the moisture retention agent comprises any one or a combination of at least two of hydroxyethyl urea, polyglycerol-10, propylene glycol, inositol, dipropylene glycol, tremella polysaccharide or sodium PCA; preferably a combination of hydroxyethyl urea, polyglycerol-10 and tremella polysaccharide.
8. The essential water with the effects of controlling oil and moisturizing as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein the thickener comprises any one or a combination of at least two of carbomer, glycerol polyacrylate, sodium polyacrylate or sclerotium rolfsii;
preferably, the skin conditioning agent comprises any one of or a combination of at least two of maltitol, lactobacillus/rice fermentation product, amino acid, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, niacinamide, beta-glucan, hydrolyzed collagen or polyglutamic acid.
9. The essence lotion with oil control and moisture retention effects according to any one of claims 5 to 8, wherein the essence lotion further comprises any one or a combination of at least two of a chelating agent, a preservative, a pH regulator and a fragrance.
10. The preparation method of essential water with oil control and moisture retention effects according to any one of claims 5-8, characterized by comprising the following steps:
mixing humectant, thickener, skin conditioner and water at 40-70 deg.C, homogenizing, cooling to 15-40 deg.C, and mixing the mixed matrix with the composition with oil controlling and moisturizing effects of claim 1 or 2.
