Abstract
本发明公开一种防火剂及其制备方法,包括以下质量百分比原料:磷酸二氢铵8‑18%、磷酸氢二铵5‑15%、尿素10‑20%、元明粉1‑9%、AEO‑90.5‑1.5%、去离子水补足余量;其制备方法为:将去离子水加热至50℃,再依次加入磷酸二氢铵、磷酸氢二铵、尿素、元明粉、AEO‑9,再搅拌混合30min,冷却至25℃室温即可。本发明防火剂不含卤素及重金属元素,无色无味,阻燃抑烟、稳定性好、不挥发、环保无毒、无腐蚀性,价格低廉,经其涂刷处理的纺织品阻燃性能达到“难燃B1”的国家标准,相比于传统粉剂防火剂,具有相容性良好、抑烟效果明显、使用方法灵活等优点,能够抑制燃烧过程中有毒有害烟雾的产生,适用于天然纤维织物、涤纶、绵沦、粘胶织物、无纺布等纺织品及木材、纸张、密度板等。

技术领域
本发明属于阻燃剂领域,具体涉及一种防火剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
防火剂又称阻燃剂,赋予易燃聚合物难燃性的功能性助剂,主要是针对高分子材料的阻燃设计的,广泛应用于各类装修材料的阻燃加工中。经过阻燃剂加工后的材料,在受到外界火源攻击时,能够有效地阻止、延缓或终止火焰的传播,从而达到阻燃的作用。但现有防火剂大多是粉剂制品,使用方法普遍为物理添加,需在聚合物材料未成型前与之混合,不适于已成型的产品,尤其是在各类纺织品中的应用更为困难,且粉剂防火剂与聚合物材料的相容性较差,燃烧时,产生的烟雾较大,抑烟效果差。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种防火剂及其制备方法。

本发明还提供一种防火剂的制备方法:将去离子水加热至50℃,再依次加入磷酸二氢铵、磷酸氢二铵、尿素、元明粉、AEO-9,再搅拌混合30min,冷却至25℃室温即可。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明利用8-18wt%磷酸二氢铵、5-15wt%磷酸氢二铵、10-20wt%尿素、1-9wt%元明粉、0.5-1.5wt%AEO-9、余量去离子水复配水基液体防火剂,相比于传统粉剂防火剂,具有相容性良好、抑烟效果明显、使用方法灵活等优点,能够抑制燃烧过程中有毒有害烟雾的产生,适用于天然纤维织物、涤纶、绵沦、粘胶织物、无纺布等纺织品及木材、纸张、密度板等。
2、本发明防火剂不含卤素及重金属元素,无色无味,阻燃抑烟、稳定性好、不挥发、环保无毒、无腐蚀性,价格低廉,经其涂刷处理的纺织品阻燃性能达到“难燃B1”的国家标准。
3、本发明防火剂适用于各类已成型产品的阻燃处理,使用方法可为浸泡法、涂刷法、喷雾法,使用方便。
4、本发明利用元明粉在防火剂中起到平衡电解质的作用,使防火剂性能更稳定,并提高阻燃效果。

本发明提供一实施例的一种防火剂,包括以下质量百分比原料:

将实施例1-5防火剂分别均匀涂刷在规格为1000mm×1000mm、厚度为0.5mm黑白相间的纺织品上,控制涂刷量为25g/m2,并按GB 8624-2012《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》、GB/T 5454-1997《纺织品燃烧性能试验氧指数法、GB/T 5454-2014《纺织品燃烧性能垂直方向损毁长度、阴燃和续燃时间的测定》进行性能测定:
按GB 8624-2012分级判定,实施例1-5防火剂处理后的纺织品燃烧性能达到难燃B1级。
