Abstract
The invention relates to a pin chamfering production method, which comprises the steps of positioning the position of a pin in a flat plate part through a pre-punched blank, simultaneously, after preliminarily determining the overall size of the pin, in the next procedure, forming an oblique notch for reducing the meat expansion amount generated by extrusion in the subsequent procedure in the pre-punched blank, then, carrying out multiple fine cutting on the long strip-shaped blank to obtain a pin semi-finished product with a three-side chamfer at the head part so as to improve the shaping effect of the chamfer head part of the pin, and then, pressurizing the pin semi-finished product through two punches with opposite extrusion directions.

The invention relates to the field of pin processing, in particular to a pin chamfering production method.
Background

As shown in fig. 9, the step d of pressing by the press machine drives the punches to press, specifically, two punches with opposite pressing directions are close to each other toward the axis of the semi-finished pin 4, and an upper-lower double-sided chamfer is formed at one end of the semi-finished pin 4 close to the oblique notch 3.
