The invention provides a washing and alkaline washing combined deodorization device which comprises an air inlet pipe, a washing and alkaline washing combined kettle, a dosing tank, a centrifugal draught fan and an atomization spray header, wherein the air inlet pipe is connected with the washing and alkaline washing combined kettle; the odor collecting pipe is connected with the water-washing alkali-washing combined kettle; after entering, the mixture uniformly enters a water-washing alkali-washing combined kettle through a gas diffusion head; an atomization spray head is arranged above the water washing and alkali washing combined kettle; the atomizing spray head can spray tap water and alkali liquor for leaching, and the washing and alkali washing time can be automatically adjusted through the console; the water inlet pipe is connected with a dosing tank; a layer of material carrier is arranged in the middle of the water-washing and alkali-washing combined kettle, so that odor can be fully contacted with the showering liquid; the water washing and alkali washing combined device can carry out water washing and alkali washing according to the needs, can freely adjust the time proportion, reduces the occupied area, can effectively reduce the odor, and finally discharges the gas with almost no odor.

The chemical washing method is a technological process for removing odor by utilizing the chemical reaction of strong alkali or strong acid and malodorous substances such as hydrogen sulfide or ammonia gas and the like to generate salt substances. The treatment effect mainly depends on the usage amount of the alkali liquor or the acid liquor. The method has the disadvantages that the equipment and the pipeline are easy to corrode, the produced by-product sodium sulfide needs to be transported out, the cost is increased, and the alkali liquor or the acid liquor needs to be replenished periodically. In addition, in order to prevent the sprayed alkali liquor or acid liquor from scaling or hardening in the treatment device during operation, a strong spray pipe needs to be arranged in the treatment device, and the filler in the treatment device is regularly washed with high strength, so that secondary pollution is easily caused, the maintenance and repair amount is large, and the management difficulty is increased. The method is generally used to treat the system head-end as a pre-treatment process.

The leaching system can adjust the type of leaching liquid according to actual conditions, aqueous solution can be used for leaching when the odor concentration is low, alkali liquor can be used for leaching when the odor concentration is high, the usage amount of the agent is reduced, the environmental pollution is prevented, the occupied area is reduced after the water washing and alkali washing are combined, the structure is simple, the cost is reduced, and the operation is convenient.

The odor collecting pipe is connected with the water-washing alkali-washing combined kettle, and odor enters the water-washing alkali-washing combined kettle through a pipeline and is uniformly distributed and ascended through the gas dispersing device. The leacheate is sprayed from above onto the surface of the packing, spreading downward and flowing through the packing. The gas passes through the gaps of the filler and fully reacts with the leacheate. The acidic odor including hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and NO2 in the odor reacts with the leacheate to be dissolved in the leacheate to form stable and harmless salts, and the washed solution is collected and treated through a collecting pipeline. The leaching system can adjust the type of leaching solution according to actual conditions, aqueous solution can be used for leaching when the concentration of the odor is low, and alkali liquor can be used for leaching when the concentration of the odor is high, so that the dosage of the medicament is reduced, and the environmental pollution is prevented.
A reticular gas distribution grid plate (gas dispersing device) is arranged at the lower part of the water-washing and alkali-washing combined kettle and at a height of about 1 m from the foundation, and a gas distribution grid with thin pores is laid on the reticular gas distribution grid plate to meet the requirement of packing accumulation. The odor enters the filling area through the gap between the porous plate and the air distribution grid.
Spray water provided by the spraying system contacts with the filler, enters the water collecting system under the action of gravity flow, is discharged to a factory pipeline nearby, and is merged into a sewage treatment system for treatment.
The centrifugal draught fan is a power source for normal operation of the whole deodorization system, odor passes through the collection system under the pressure provided by the draught fan, stably and uniformly enters the deodorization device, and the deodorized gas in the device is sucked by the draught fan and is lifted to the air to be discharged.
The induced draft fan is a stainless steel centrifugal fan, and the fan is suitable for conveying corrosive gas with high moisture content and acidity and alkalinity. Generally, the working noise of the centrifugal fan is lower than 85dB (A), and the vibration isolation and noise prevention efficiency is higher than 80% by arranging control measures such as a base vibration isolation pad and the like in the design. The noise of the normal operation of the complete device is lower than 70dB. The air intake valve can adjust the air suction quantity between 45 percent and 100 percent when the fan runs normally. In addition, the shaft of the centrifugal fan is communicated with the shell, so that no gas is leaked.

the atomizing spray header is connected with a water inlet device, and a dosing tank and a control console are connected on the water inlet pipeline. The control console comprises an electromagnetic switch system, a metering detection system, a liquid level control system, an automatic water replenishing device, an atomizing sprayer and the like.
