In a specific application scenario, as can be seen from fig. 1 and 8, in the process of moving the blade 13 up and down, after the blade 13 completes the cutting of the frozen meat, the grindstone 192 contacts with the blade edge of the blade 13, and the grinding process of the blade edge of the blade 13 is completed.
By adopting the technical scheme:

1. A storage device for frozen meat slices, comprising:
a frame plate assembly comprising a chassis (1) and a bracket (2) welded to each other;
the slicing assembly comprises a movable plate (3) and a driving mechanism, wherein the movable plate (3) is assembled on the surface of the support (2) in a sliding manner, a blade (13) is detachably arranged on the movable plate (3), and the driving mechanism is arranged on the bottom frame (1) and is used for driving the movable plate (3) to swing up and down;
the feeding assembly is arranged on the surface of the bracket (2); and
and the storage box (6) is arranged on the surface of the bottom frame (1) and is used for receiving the meat slices falling from the feeding assembly.
2. The storage device for frozen meat slices as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the dorsal part fixedly connected with track (11) of support (2), and the gliding style is equipped with slider (12) on track (11), through screw fixed connection between slider (12) and fly leaf (3).
3. A frozen meat slice storage device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a plurality of connecting plates (131) are welded on the side of the blade (13) in an integrated mode, and the connecting plates (131) are fixedly connected with the movable plate (3) through screws.
4. The storage device for frozen meat slices as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the driving mechanism comprises a driving motor (4) and a transmission part;
the driving motor (4) is arranged on the surface of the bottom frame (1);
the transmission part comprises a rotary table (15) and a bearing part (14), the output end of the driving motor (4) is in transmission connection with the rotary table (15), and the rotary table (15) is arranged on the support (2) through a bearing seat frame and is in transmission connection with the bearing part (14) arranged at the bottom side of the movable plate (3).
5. The storage device for frozen meat slices as claimed in claim 4, wherein: and a circular plate (16) is rotatably assembled on the plate surface of the rotary plate (15), and the circular plate (16) is connected with the bearing piece (14) through a transmission rod.

wherein, a material pushing cylinder (8) is arranged at the position of the feed inlet of the meat placing groove (5), and one end of a piston rod matched with the material pushing cylinder (8) is connected with a backing plate (9);
the sliding chute (7) is rotatably assembled on the surface of the movable plate (3) and is connected with the bottom frame (1) by arranging an expansion piece (71); the telescopic piece (71) is composed of a hydraulic rod and a spring sleeved on the surface of the hydraulic rod, and two ends of the hydraulic rod are connected with the sliding groove (7) and the underframe (1) through bearing seats.
